Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wärmedämmverbundsystemen mit Hilfe einer organischen Klebe- bzw. Spachtelmasse als Kleber für an der Fassade festzulegende Dämmplatten bzw. als Spachtelmasse für den Ausgleich von Fassadenunebenheiten vor der Festlegung der Dämmplatten bzw. für die Schaffung einer Armierungsschicht auf den festgelegten Dämmplatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebe-/Spachtelmasse vor ihrem Einsatz aufgeschäumt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz der Massen bei einer nach dem Aufschäumen gegebenen Naßdichte von 0,3 bis 1,2 kg/l, bevorzugt 0,6 bis 0,9 kg/l erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufschäumen durch Zuführung von ggf. unter Druck stehender Luft bzw. einem anderen Gas erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch Verwendung eines Produktes, dem ein Schaummittel beigegeben ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaummittel erst kurz vor der Verarbeitung zugefügt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als schaummittel Polymerisate aus Ethylen- und Propylenoxid, Alkyl-diglykoläthersulfat-Natriumsalz, Sodiumlaurylsulphate oder nicht ionische Tenside wie z.B. Fettalkoholethoxylate verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Produkt ein Kleberverbesserer, wie z.B. eine Harzdispersion zugefügt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebe- bzw. Spachtelmasse ein Schaumstabilisator, wie z.B. Sodium Sulphosuccinamate zugefügt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auf schäumen unmittelbar vor dem Auftragen in einer Misch- und Fördereinrichtung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch einen derart gesteuerten Aufschäumvorgang, daß das Aufschäumen beim Austritt aus dem Applikationsgerät, bevorzugt einer Spritzdüse erfolgt.
