Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zur Steuerung der Tätigkeit von motorisierten Verschlußsystemen (1, 2, 3) eines Gebäudes, wie Rollos, Rolladen oder dergleichen, bestehend aus :
    einer Verbindung der besagten motorisierten Systeme (1, 2, 3) durch eine intelligente Anlage (4, 4', 4"), die mit ihnen und über ein angemessenes erstes Kommunikationsnetz (5) mit einem zentralen Server (6) verbunden ist, geeignet, die Steuerung der Tätigkeit zu sichern,
    einer Identifizierung des oder der Verschlußsysteme (1, 2, 3) im Bereich dieses zentralen Servers (6),
    einer Auswahl der veränderlichen Parameter, die zur Steuerung der Tätigkeit von jedem von ihnen berücksichtigt werden sollen,
    einer Bestimmung der Schwellenwerte von diesen veränderlichen Parametern,
    einer Überwachung im Bereich des zentralen Servers (6) der Schwellenwerte von den veränderlichen Parametern, die hinsichtlich der Daten ausgewählt wurden, welche in einer Datenbank (8) enthalten sind, die geeignet ist, regelmäßig aktualisiert zu werden,
    einer Steuerung, über den zentralen Server (6) und hinsichtlich der vorgespeicherten Steuerungssollwerte, der Tätigkeit von einem oder mehreren motorisierten Verschlußsystemen (1, 2, 3) im Fall der Überschreitung. für den einen und anderen der veränderlichen Parameter, des entsprechenden Sollschwellenwertes,
    einer Sicherung der Aufarbeitung der Datenbank (8) des zentralen Servers (6) mit Hilfe von äußeren Informationsservern (7), mit denen er durch ein angemessenes zweites Kommunikationsnetz (9) verbunden ist, indem insbesondere das Internetprotokoll oder dergleichen über eine telephonische Linie, Rundfunk oder dergleichen benutzt wird.
  2. Verfahren zur Steuerung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die motorisierten Verschlußsysteme (1, 2, 3) von mehreren Wohnungen oder Wohngebäuden an einem delokalisierten zentralen Server (6) durch die intelligente Anlage (4, 4', 4''), die jeweils diese motorisierten Verschlußsysteme (1, 2, 3) ausstattet, und durch das erste Kommunikationsnetz (5) angeschlossen werden, wobei dieses durch ein intelligentes Netz (5A) innerhalb der Wohnung gebildet ist, über welches die intelligenten Anlagen (4, 4', 4'') von jedem motorisierten Verschlußsystem (1, 2, 3) mit einem äußeren Kommunikationsnetz (5B) über ein Modem oder dergleichen verbunden sind, indem insbesondere das Internetprotokoll oder ein Äquivalent benutzt wird und die Verbindung mit diesem delokalisierten zentralen Server (6) gesichert wird.
  3. Verfahren zur Steuerung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung der Tätigkeit von motorisierten Verschlußsystemen (1, 2, 3) einer Wohnung hinsichtlich des einen und/oder des anderen der folgenden veränderlichen Parameter sichert :
    Messung von Niederschlägen,
    Temperatur,
    Grad der Sonnenbestrahlung,
    Wind,
    Umweltverschmutzung,
    Tag/Nacht-Zyklen.
  4. Verfahren zur Steuerung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der äußeren Informationsserver (7), mit dem der zentrale Server (6) für die Aktualisierung seiner Datenbank (8) verbunden ist, eine Wetterstation ist, fähig, die in der Umgebung der Wohnung eintretenden Wetteränderungen festzustellen, welche die zu verwaltenden motorisierten Verschlußsystemen (1, 2, 3) erhalten.
  5. Verfahren zur Steuerung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwellenwerte von wenigstens einigen der veränderlichen Parameter, die geeignet sind, ausgewählt und für die Steuerung des Funktionieren von den motorisierten Verschlußsystemen berücksichtigt zu werden, im Bereich des zentralen Servers (6) vorbestimmt sind.
  6. Verfahren zur Steuerung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein von dem zentralen Server (6) an die motorisierten Verschlußsysteme (1, 2, 3) oder an eins von ihnen übermittelter Befehl einen Schritt zur Überprüfung durch diesen zentralen Server (6) der guten Ausführung verursacht, und zwar, über das erste Kommunikationsnetz (5) und über die intelligente Anlage oder Anlagen (4, 4', 4'') von diesem oder von diesen motorisierten Verschlußsystemen (1, 2, 3).
  7. Verfahren zur Steuerung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine im Bereich eines motorisierten Verschlußsystems (1, 2, 3) festgestellte Abweichung über seine intelligente Anlage (4, 4', 4") und das zweite Kommunikationsnetz (5) an einen bestimmten zentralen Server (6) übertragen wird, der geeignet gebildet ist, um die Information an eine äußere Dienstfirma. wie Fernüberwachungsfirma, über das zweite Kommunikationsnetz (9) weiterzuleiten.
