Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen und Reinigen von kleinstückeligem Gut, insbesondere von zerkleinerten Kunststoffabfällen, mit einem stehenden Behälter (1), der zwischen einem äußeren und einem inneren Siebmantel (8, 9) einen ringförmigen Strömungskanal (7) für das zu behandelnde Gut bildet und wenigstens einen an den äußeren Siebmantel (8) angeschlossenen Gutauslaß (24) aufweist, und mit wenigstens einem Gebläse (6) für eine innerhalb des Strömungskanales (7) Schraubenförmig umlaufende, über den inneren Siebmantel (9) aus dem Behälter (1) nach oben abgeführte Förder- und Trocknungsluftströmung für das zu behandelnde Gut, wobei zwischen dem Behältermantel (22) und dem äußeren Siebmantel (8) ein Sammelraum (21) für Abscheidungen aus dem Strömungskanal (7) vorgesehen ist, wobei der innere Siebmantel (9) drehbar gelagert und im Umlaufsinn der Luftströmung angetrieben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ringförmige Strömungskanal (7) unten an einen zum inneren Siebmantel (9) koaxialen Rotor (4) für den Guteintrag angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotor (4) für den Guteintrag mit dem inneren Siebmantel (9) drehfest verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gutauslaß (24) in Abhängigkeit von der Drehmomentbelastung des Rotors (4) ansteuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotor (4) für den Guteintrag das Gebläse (6) für die Luftströmung im Strömungskanal (7) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gebläse für die Luftströmung im Strömungskanal aus einem Sauggebläse (30) oberhalb des inneren Siebmantels (9) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckleitung (26) des Gebläses für die Luftströmung im Strömungskanal-(7) tangential zum äußeren Siebmantel (8) in den Strömungskanal (7) mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Siebmantel (7) an der oberen Stirnseite einen mit einem Behälterring (10) zusammenwirkenden Dichtflansch (14) aufweist, der in den Spalt (15) zwischen Behälterring (10) und Dichtflansch (14) vorstehende Lüfterflügel (16) bildet.
