- la figure 1 représente en coupe longitudinale le culot et la partie arrière de l'étui d'une munition de gros calibre portant un dispositif d'allumage selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention,
- la figure 2 représente en coupe longitudinale le culot et la partie arrière de l'étui d'une munition de gros calibre portant un dispositif d'allumage selon un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention,
Claims (11)
- Dispositif d'allumage pour un chargement propulsif (4) contenu dans un étui cylindrique (3) d'une munition (1) dispositif comprenant au moins un élément d'allumage énergétique linéaire (8,8a) et un moyen d'initiation de ce dernier, et caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'initiation comprend une pièce tubulaire (10), disposée au niveau d'un fond (13,22) de fermeture de l'étui et délimitant une chambre (11) qui communique avec un composant pyrotechnique d'initiation (18), pièce tubulaire comprenant un trou axial (16) destiné à permettre le passage et l'entrée dans la chambre du ou des éléments d'allumage linéaires (8,8a) disposés sensiblement au niveau de l'axe (21) de l'étui.
- Dispositif d'allumage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins deux éléments d'allumage (8,8a) linéaires énergétiques, ces éléments étant liés sur au moins une partie de leur longueur de façon à former un toron (9) qui est disposé sensiblement au niveau de l'axe (21) de l'étui et qui pénètre dans la chambre (11) de la pièce tubulaire (10) au travers du trou axial (16).
- Dispositif d'allumage selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la chambre (11) renferme au moins un relais d'allumage annulaire (20).
- Dispositif d'allumage selon une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le trou axial (16) de la pièce tubulaire (10) a un diamètre sensiblement égal à celui du toron (9).
- Dispositif d'allumage selon une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le toron (9) a une longueur supérieure ou égale à 50 mm.
- Dispositif d'allumage selon une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le toron (9) pénètre dans la pièce tubulaire (10) sur une longueur d'au moins 15 mm.
- Dispositif d'allumage selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le ou les éléments d'allumage linéaires énergétiques (8) sont fixés au niveau d'une partie arrière d'un projectile (2) disposé dans l'étui.
- Dispositif d'allumage selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le ou les éléments d'allumage linéaires énergétiques (8a) sont fixés au niveau d'une surface cylindrique interne de l'étui (3).
- Dispositif d'allumage selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce tubulaire (10) est réalisée en un matériau combustible et/ou énergétique.
- Dispositif d'allumage selon une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'initiation comprennent un bloc allumeur (25) sur lequel est fixée la pièce tubulaire (10), bloc allumeur comprenant un composant pyrotechnique d'initiation (18), tel un inflammateur, et au moins un relais d'allumage (19).
- Dispositif d'allumage selon une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la pièce tubulaire (10) est solidaire d'une cuvette (22) assurant une obturation du fond de l'étui (3) et qui est rendue solidaire d'une paroi cylindrique de l'étui par des moyens de fixation.
