Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer Schar (7) von Bändern oder Fäden zu einer Vielzahl von Spulen (16) mit mehreren an einer Maschinenlängsseite (18) nebeneinander angeordneten Wickelstellen (15), wobei in jeder Wickelstelle (15) zumindest eine Spule (16) gewickelt wird, mit einer in Fadenlaufrichtung vor den Wickelstellen (15) angeordneten Fadenführerleiste (12), welche die Bändchenschar (7) in einer sich quer zu der Maschinenlängsseite (18) erstreckenden Ebene (Verteilerebene) oberhalb der Wickelstellen (15) führt, und mit mehreren jeweils den Wickelstellen (15) zugeordneten Fadenführern(13), wobei die Bänder der Bändchenschar (7) zur Verteilung auf die einzelnen Wickelstellen (15) mittels der Fadenführerleiste (12) und den Fadenführern (13) geführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fadenführerleiste (12) beweglich ausgebildet ist, um zum Wechseln der Spulen (16) eine die Verteilerebene durchdringende und sich parallel zu der Maschinenlängsseite (18) erstreckende Doffebene freizugeben, in welcher ein Hilfsmittel (23) zum Abnehmen der Spulen (16) führbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegung der Fadenführerleiste (12) mittels eines Antriebes (20) mit einer gleichmäßigen Führungsgeschwindigkeit ausführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ende der Fadenführerleiste (12) als ein Schwenklager (21) ausgebildet ist und daß die Fadenführerleiste (12) mittels des Antriebes (20) quer zur Laufrichtung der Bändchenschar (7) verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelstellen (15) zum Spulenwechsel durch das in der Doffebene geführte Hilfsmittel (23), welches vorzugsweise als ein an einer Hängebahn (22) geführter Spulenmanipulator (23) ausgebildet ist, nacheinander bedienbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fadenführerleiste mehrere Fadenführer trägt, welche Fadenführer jeweils zur Führung eine das Band teilumschließende Führungskante aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelstellen (15) in mehreren horizontalen Reihen untereinander an der Maschinenlängsseite (18) angeordnet sind, wobei die den Wickelstellen (15) zur Fadenverteilung zugeordneten Fadenführer (13) oberhalb der letzten horizontalen Reihe angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelstellen (15) in zwei spiegelsymetrisch aneinander stehenden Maschinenlängsseiten (18,25) angeordnet sind und daß jeder Maschinenlängsseite (18, 25) eine bewegliche Fadenfühererleiste (12, 26) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fadenführerleisten (12, 26) unabhängig voneinander mittels separater Antriebe bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelstellen (15) jeweils einen Tänzerarmregler (29) aufweisen, um das Band mit im wesentlichen konstanter Fadenspannung zu einer Spule (16) aufzuwickeln.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenführerleiste (12) ein Niederhalter (27) vorgeschaltet ist, welcher die Bändchenschar (7) vor Auflauf auf die Fadenführerleiste (12) in einer Ebene führt.
- Verfahren zum Aufwickeln einer Schar von Bändern oder Fäden zu einer Vielzahl von Spulen, bei welchem die Spulen in mehreren an einer Maschinenlängsseite nebeneinander angeordneten Wickelstellen gewickelt werden und bei welchem die Bändchenschar durch eine in Fadenlaufrichtung vor den Wickelstellen angeordneten Fadenführerleiste in einer sich quer zu der Maschinenlängsseite erstreckende Ebene (Verteilerebene) oberhalb der Wickelstellen geführt und durch mehrere jeweils den Wickelstellen zugeordneten Fadenführern auf die einzelnen Wickelstellen verteilt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Wechseln der Spulen die Bändchenschar aus der Verteilerebene derart geführt wird, daß ein sich parallel zu der Maschinenlängsseite erstreckende Doffebene freigegeben wird und ein Hilfsmittel in der Doffebene zum Abnehmen der Spulen geführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bändchenschar durch Verschwenken der Fadenführerleiste mit gleichmäßiger Führungsgeschwindigkeit aus der Verteilerebene geführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelstellen zum Spulenwechsel durch das in der Doffebene geführte Hilfsmittel, welches vorzugsweise als ein an einer Hängebahn geführter Spulenmanipulator ausgebildet ist, nacheinander bedient werden.
- Verfahren zum Spulenwechsel beim Aufwickeln einer Schar von Bändern oder Fäden zu einer Vielzahl von Spulen, bei welchem die Spulen in mehreren an einer Maschinenlängsseite nebeneinander und untereinander angeordneten Wickelstellen gewickelt werden und bei welchen die Spulen in den Wickelstellen am Ende der Aufwicklung jeweils gegen eine Leerhülse ausgewechselt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spulen einzeln nacheinander durch ein parallel zu der Maschinenlängsseite verfahrbares Hilfsmittel aus der jeweiligen Wickelstelle abgenommen und abtransportiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spulen durch ein an einer Hängebahn geführten teilautomatischen Spulenmanipulator geführt werden.
