Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Schutz der unteren Extremität der unteren menschlichen Gliedmaßen, insbesondere des Fußes, gegen Ausbreitung der durch Explosion eines minenartigen Explosionskörpers entstehenden Druckwelle und Hitze, in Form eines Schuhs, wobei
dessen Sohle die geometrische Form eines Dieders beschreibt, dessen von den beiden Flächen des Verteilungsdieders gebildete Grat zum Boden zeigt und der freien Luft (1) ausgesetzt ist, so dass er den größten Teil der Explosions-Druckwelle und -Hitze (1), (2) und (3) zerstreut;
in die Sohle und den Verteilungsdieder Stützkeile (5) eingebaut sind, die eine Stabilisation der Einheit in bezug auf den Boden sowie natürlichen Gang und Laufen auf allen Bodenbeschaffenheiten gestatten, und
der Schuh eine ohne Anbringen von lösbaren Elementen benutzbare homogene Einheit bildet, deren Aufbau den Schuhschaft (6), den Verteilungsdieder (1) und die Keile (5) zur Stabilisation des Gangs vereinigt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Masse der Stützkeile senkrecht steht, wobei die Angriffskante der spitz zulaufenden Masse dieser Keile senkrecht zur Hauptachse des Verteilungsdiedergrats verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützkeile (5) an den anatomischen Auflagern des Fußes (4) angeordnet sind, wobei sich die vorderen Stützkeile senkrecht unter dem Ballen und der großen Zehe und die hinteren Stützkeile senkrecht unter dem Sprungbein befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die geringe Dicke der Stützkeile, deren Gesamtfläche 15 bis 35% der Sohlenfläche darstellt, so dass der Dieder zu mindestens 3/4 seiner Fläche (1) und (5) sichtbar bleibt.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass spitz zulaufende Form der Stützkeile (5) so ausgelegt ist, dass sie der Druckwelle möglichst wenig Widerstand bietet und deren bessere Verteilung (2) und (3) über den Dieder (1) ermöglicht.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung von starren Verbundmaterialien für die Herstellung des Verteilungsdieders (1), um guten Widerstand gegen die Explosion und dadurch eine bessere Verteilung zu gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung von nicht-starren Verbundmaterialien einer Shore-Härte zwischen 40 und 80 für die Herstellung der Stützkeile (5), damit bei Zerstörung der Stützkeile infolge der Explosion keine durchschlagenden Projektile entstehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Verteilungsdieder (1) und den Schuhschaft (6) eine Feuerbarriere (7) eingebaut ist.
- Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Herstellung eines Halbstiefels.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei
der vorgefertigte Schaft (6) (oder das Schuhoberteil) an den vorgefertigten Dieder (1) angeklebt wird;
die so erhaltene neue Einheit in eine Polyurethanharz-Spritzgussform eingebracht wird;
die Form geschlossen wird;
das geschmolzene Polyurethanharz eingespritzt wird, wodurch die Stützkeile (5) ausgebildet und sämtliche vorgefertigten Teile miteinander verschweißt werden; und
der Schuh nach dem Abkühlen entformt wird.
