Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zur Montage und Demontage von Spaltrohrregistem im Feuerraum eines Olefinanlagen-Krackofens, wobei jedes Spaltrohrregister vertikale Spaltrohre aufweist und mehrere Spaltrohrregister im montierten Zustand im Feuerraum in mindestestens einer Reihe nebeneinander angeordnet sind und der Feuerraum Stimwände, einen Feuerraumboden und eine Feuerraumdecke aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für Montagezweckeeine Stirnwand des Feuerraumes mit mindestens einem vertikalen Schlitz versehen istdie Feuerraumdecke von Blindhülsen durchbrochen ist, zur Aufnahme von Tragseilen für Katzbahnträger, wobei die Katzbahnträger mit Seilwinden über der Feuerraumdecke bündig an der unteren Seite der Feuerraumdecke anschließbar sind, um mindestens eine Spaltrohrregisterbreite aus einem vertikalen Stimwandschlitz herausragen und zusammen mit Hubzügen, Laufkatzen und Haspelfahrwerken ein fahrbares Liftsystem für die Spaltrohrregister bildendie Rohre eines Spaltrohrregisters mit einer Klemmvorrichtung zusammengehalten und in einem Tragrahmen befestigt sindder Tragrahmen über das Liftsystem an den Katzbahnträgern aufgehängt und über besagtes Liftsystem horizontal und vertikal positionierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blindhülsen der Feuerraumdecke mit Stopfen aus Isoliermaterial und Deckeln verschließbar ausgeführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Schlitze mit zur Feuerraumseite isolierten Blechelementen verschließbar ausgeführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Schlitze durchgehend von der Decke bis zum Boden des Feuerrraumes reichen.
