Claims (15)
- Kältegerät (10) mit einem wenigstens innerhalb seines wärmeisolierenden Gehäuses (11) angeordneten, zur Lagerung von Lagergut dienenden, von einer Tür verschließbaren Nutzraum (13), innerhalb welchem zumindest ein an seinen beiden Längsseiten an Laufrollen (23, 33; 41, 42) geführtes Ablagefach vorgesehen ist, wobei die Laufrollen paarweise einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laufrollen (33) eines Laufrollenpaares zumindest weitestgehend starr miteinander gekoppelt und an ihrer Mantelfläche (35) in zwei im wesentlichen der Breite der Laufrollen (33) entsprechende Abschnitte unterteilt sind, von denen ein Abschnitt mit einer für beide Laufrollen (33) einen gleichen Teilkreisdurchmesser aufweisenden Außenverzahnung (36) versehen ist, der sich mit einer zahnstangenartig ausgebildeten Gegenverzahnung (20), angeordnet an Führungsmitteln zur Führung der Laufrollen (30), in Eingriff befindet und zu kämmen vermag, während der andere Abschnitt mit einer glatten Führungsfläche (37) versehen ist, die sich an einer weitestgehend ebenen, glattflächigen Führungsbahn (21) abzustützen vermag.
- Kältegerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenverzahnung (20) an ihrem der Tür (12) abgewandten Endabschnitt durch eine im wesentlichen gleichmäßig reduzierte Zahnhöhe verjüngt ausgebildet ist.
- Kältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenverzahnung (20) an der Innenseite des höherliegenden Schenkel (19) eines als Führungsmittel dienenden, im Querschnitt U-förmigen Führungsprofil vorgesehen ist, welches an den beiden Seitenwänden (15) des Nutzraumes (13) angeordnet und an der Innenseite seines tieferliegenden Schenkels (19) mit einer glattflächigen Führungsbahn (21) versehen ist und dass die mit der Gegenverzahnung (20) und der glattflächigen Führungsbahn (21) in Eingriff stehenden, weitestgehend starr miteinander gekoppelten Laufrollen (33) am vorderen, in Einschubrichtung in den Nutzraum (13) voraneilenden Abschnitt (29) des Ablagefaches (24) angeordnet sind.
- Kältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenverzahnung (20) und die glattflächige Führungsbahn (21) nebeneinander an der Innenfläche des tieferliegenden Schenkels (19) eines als Führungsmittel dienenden, im Querschnitt U-förmigen Führungsprofiles (17) vorgesehen sind, welches an den Seitenwänden (15) des Nutzraumes (13) angeordnet ist und dass die mit der Gegenverzahnung (20) und der glattflächigen Führungsbahn (21) am tieferliegenden Schenkel (19) in Eingriff stehenden, weitestgehend starr miteinander gekoppelten Laufrollen (33) am vorderen, in Einschubrichtung in den Nutzraum (13) voraneilenden Abschnitt (29) des Ablagefaches (24) angeordnet sind.
- Kältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildete Profil (17) an seinen vom Nutzraum abgewandten Außenseiten in die Wärmeisolation des Gehäuses (11) eingebettet und von dieser an seinen Wandungen (18, 19) gestützt ist.
- Kältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Querschnitt U-förmigen Profile (17) aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff gefertigt sind.
- Kältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die U-förmigen Profile (17) an den Seitenwänden (15) einer den Nutzraum (13) auskleidenden Innenverkleidung (14) des Gehäuses (11) mitangeformt sind.
- Kältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenverzahnung (20) und die glattflächige Führungsbahn (21) nebeneinander an der Unterseite des als Führungsmittel dienenden Ablagefaches (24) paarweise entlang an dessen seitlichen Rändern angeordnet sind und dass die mit der Gegenverzahnung (20) und der glattflächigen Führungsbahn (21) an der Unterseite des Ablagefaches (24) in Eingriff stehenden Laufrollen (18) ortsfest an den Seitenwänden (15) des Nutzraumes (13) im Nahbereich von dessen Öffnung angeordnet sind.
- Kältegerät nach Anspruch 1 bis 4 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegenverzahnung (20) eine Zwangsführung vorgelagert ist, welche die außenverzahnten Laufrollen (33) in einer zumindest im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Gegenverzahnung (20) verlaufenden Bewegung mit der Gegenverzahnung (20) in Eingriff zu bringen vermag.
- Kältegerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwangsführung als eine glattflächige und kulissenartige Zuführeinrichtung ausgebildet ist, welche einen ersten Führungsabschnitt (22.1) aufweist, welcher die Laufrollen (33) in eine zur Gegenverzahnung (20) vertikal beabstandete Position zu bringen vermag und welche einen zweiten daran anschließenden, zur Gegenverzahnung (20) hinführenden Führungsabschnitt (22.4) aufweist, bei dessen Verlassen sich die außenverzahnten Laufrollen (33) bereits in Eingriff mit der Gegenverzahnung (20) befinden.
- Kältegerät nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kulissenartig ausgebildete Zuführeinrichtung als Führungskanal (22) ausgebildet ist, welcher einen ersten, trichterartig auf den Außendurchmesser der Laufrolle (33) sich verengenden Kanalabschnitt (22.1) und einen daran anschließenden, zur Gegenverzahnung (20) hin gerichteten Kanalabschnitt (22.4) aufweist, welcher über seine gesamte Länge zumindest weitestgehend an den Außendurchmesser der außenverzahnten Laufrolle (33) angepaßt ist.
- Kältegerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die außenverzahnten Laufrollen (33) in ihrer vertikalen Position zur Gegenverzahnung (20) einen lichten Abstand ihrer Außenkontur zur Außenkontur der Gegenverzahnung (20) von wenigstens dem Radius der Laufrollen (33) aufweisen.
- Kältegerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenverzahnung (20) und die glattflächige Führungsbahn (21) an der Unterseite des Ablagefaches (24) an dieses mit angeformt sind.
- Kältegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ablagefach (24) aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- Kältegerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die starr miteinander gekoppelten Laufrollen (23, 33) über die gesamte Breite ihrer als Führungselement dienenden Mantelfläche (35) mit der Außenverzahnung (36) versehen sind, welche mit der Gegenverzahnung (20) an einer Führungsbahn zur Führung der Laufrollen (22, 33) in Eingriff stehen.
