Definitions
- the present invention relates to a plastic packaging of the type can.
- Plastic packaging in the form of a container is commonly used to store liquids, for example in the field automobile.
- these plastic packaging may contain drain oils, coolant or a windshield washer fluid.
- the object of the present invention is to resolve the drawbacks above and to offer plastic packaging that can be easily combined with other packaging.
- plastic packaging of the canister type, includes fixing means molded into the body of the package plastic and adapted to cooperate with complementary fixing means molded into the body of a second package.
- the body of the plastic packaging thus directly carries the means fixing allowing to associate this packaging with another plastic packaging.
- the bodies of two packages can thus be fixed to each other thanks to the fixing means provided for this purpose.
- the means of fasteners are recessed or protruding respectively in the body of the package plastic.
- plastic packaging comprising means of recessed fixing have an overall volume which is not increased by compared to traditional plastic packaging without fixing means.
- the fixing means form a stud, respectively a cavity, in a wall of the package plastic.
- the snap of the nipple into the cavity allows, by simple pressure of the first packaging against the second packaging, to fix the packaging.
- a twinning of packaging plastic, container type includes first plastic packaging comprising fixing means molded into the body of said first plastic packaging, and a second plastic packaging comprising additional fixing means molded into the body of said second plastic packaging and adapted to cooperate with the means of fixing the first plastic packaging.
- the volume of the first plastic package is greater than or equal to the volume of the second plastic wrap.
- the first plastic packaging comprises means for recessed fixing in a wall and the second plastic packaging comprises fixing means projecting into a wall.
- first plastic packaging of larger volume, the contents of which can be used spaced over time.
- the overall dimensions of this first plastic packaging is not changed.
- the second plastic packaging of smaller volume, generally for single use, may include, without damage, means of surface mounting projecting from the body of this second package.
- a first plastic package 10 in the form of a container, is formed of a body 11 substantially parallelepiped and bottom 12.
- the upper part of this first package 10 further comprises a handle 15 for gripping this packaging.
- Such packaging is generally made of molded plastic and is intended to contain different liquids, or possibly powders or granules.
- this first package 10 includes fixing means generally designated by the reference 16.
- These fixing means 16 are hollow in the body 11 of the plastic packaging, and more precisely in a wall 11a of this packaging plastic 10.
- these fixing means 16 are produced in a wall 11a corresponding to a small side of the plastic packaging 10 substantially cuboid.
- This wall 11a is opposite to a second wall 11b, forming the other small side of the plastic packaging 10, this second wall 11b being located near outlet 13.
- these fixing means 16 form a groove 16 in the wall 11a of the plastic packaging 10.
- This groove 16 is higher near the bottom 16a of the groove 16 as in its part 16b flush with the wall 11a of the package 10.
- This groove 16 thus has a cross section, such as illustrated in FIG. 1, substantially in the form of a dovetail.
- this groove as illustrated in FIG. 3 extends from one edge to the other of the wall 11a of the plastic packaging 10, parallel to the bottom 12 of packaging 10.
- this groove 16 thus open on each side of the packaging 10, respectively in the two walls 11c, 11d extending in the length of the plastic packaging 10.
- FIGS. 4 to 6 a second plastic packaging, suitable for cooperating with the first plastic packaging described above, is illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 6.
- This second plastic package 20 also here has the form of a container and is formed by a substantially parallelepipedic body 21 and a bottom 22.
- this second plastic package 20 being of more capacity smaller than previously, there is no need to provide a handle for gripping this packaging.
- This packaging is for example made of molded plastic and can also contain liquids or powders or granules as described previously.
- this second package 20 includes fixing means generally designated by the reference 26.
- These fixing means 26 are molded directly in the body 21 of the second plastic packaging 20.
- These fixing means 26 protrude from the body 21 of the packaging, and more precisely projecting into a wall 21a of this packaging plastic 20.
- these projecting fastening means 26 are produced in a wall 21a corresponding to a large side of the plastic packaging 20 substantially cuboid.
- These fixing means form a rib 26 in the wall 21a of plastic packaging 20.
- this rib 26 consists of a portion 26a flat and rectangular connected by a thinned portion 26b to the wall 21a of the second packaging 20.
- This rib 26 as illustrated in FIG. 6 extends from one edge to the other of the wall 21a of the plastic packaging 20, parallel to the bottom 22 of this packaging 20.
- This rib 26 thus extends only in the wall 21a of plastic packaging 20.
- these fixing means in projection 26 are adapted to cooperate with the fastening means 16 of the first plastic packaging 10.
- the twinning of the two packages 10, 20 is therefore carried out by translation of these packages relative to each other.
- the external shape of the rib 26 is adapted exactly to the internal shape of the throat 16.
- the distance between the bottom 12, 22 of the groove 16 and the rib 26 is determined so that when the two packages 10, 20 are combined, the bottoms 12, 22 of these packages extend in the same plane such as illustrated in figure 7.
- the width L of the wall 11a forming the small side of the first plastic package 10 is equal to the width L of the wall 21a forming the long side of the second plastic package 20.
- the second plastic package 20 has a volume less than the first plastic packaging 10.
- This second plastic package 20 can be intended to contain a disposable product or liquid.
- the first plastic package 10 can be used multiple, the groove 16 recessed in the wall 11 of the first plastic package 10 does not increase the external dimensions of this packaging.
- a first plastic package 30, having the shape of a container, is formed of a body 31 substantially parallelepiped and a background 32.
- a grip handle 35 is also provided on the part top of this package 30.
- This first package 30 includes fixing means generally designated by the reference 36.
- this wall 31a corresponds to a small side of the plastic packaging 10 and is opposite the wall 31b which is located at near outlet 33.
- These fixing means 36 are here formed of a circular cavity to the interior of the wall 31a comprising means allowing the fixing of the bayonet type of a corresponding nipple.
- the cavity 36 has notches 37 opening onto the wall 31a of the plastic packaging 30.
- the cavity 36 has two first notches 37 arranged diametrically opposed around the cavity 36 and extending along an axis horizontal.
- the cavity 36 further comprises two other notches 38 located in the bottom of the cavity 36 and also arranged diametrically opposite around the cavity 36 and parallel to a vertical axis.
- the first plastic package 30 comprises, and so in no way limiting, three cavities 36a, 36b, 36c, intended to cooperate with additional fixing means for second plastic packaging of different size.
- FIGS. 13 and 14 a second plastic packaging 40, adapted to cooperate with the first plastic packaging 30 described above, is illustrated in FIGS. 13 and 14.
- This second plastic package 40 also has the shape of a can and is formed by a body 41 substantially parallelepiped and a bottom 42.
- Fastening means 46 are molded directly into the body 41 of this second plastic package 40.
- These fixing means 46 protrude from the body 41 and more precisely in a wall 41a of this plastic packaging 40.
- these fixing means 46 are produced in the wall 41a corresponding to a large side of the plastic packaging 40, of width equal to the wall 31a of the first package 30.
- these fixing means 46 consist of a stud 46 provided of two diametrically opposite lugs 47 and arranged along a vertical axis of plastic packaging 40.
- the pairing of a first and second plastic packaging 30, 40 can thus be easily produced using the pin 46 cooperating with a cavity 36 of the first plastic package 30.
- the second plastic package 40 is positioned perpendicular to the first plastic package 30 so that the pins 47 of nipple 46 can penetrate inside the notches 37 of a cavity 36.
- the distance separating the cavity 36 from the bottom 32 of the first packaging 30 and the stud 46 at the bottom 42 of the second packaging 40 are identical so that when the packages 30, 40 are paired, their bottoms respective 32, 42 extend in the same plane.
- the first packaging plastic 30 includes three cavities 36a, 36b, 36c superimposed in a vertical direction.
- the second plastic packages 40a, 40b, 40c include respective pins 46a, 46b, 46c adapted to be fixed as described previously respectively in each cavity 36a, 36b, 36c of the first plastic wrap.
- the bayonet type fixing device is replaced here by a screw fixing device.
- each cavity 36a ', 36b', 36c ' has an internal thread adapted to cooperate with an external thread made on each of the nipples 46a, 46b, 46c of the second plastic packages 40a, 40b, 40c.
- fixing the second packaging plastics 40a, 40b, 40c can be made on the first plastic packaging 30 by rotating the second plastic packaging a quarter turn relative to the first plastic packaging.
- a first plastic package 50 having the shape of a container, is formed by a body 51 substantially parallelepiped and of a background 52.
- This first package 50 includes fixing means generally designated by the reference 56.
- the plastic package 50 comprises two pins 56a, 56b, arranged along a vertical axis of the plastic packaging 50.
- the first stud 56a in the upper part of the plastic package 50, has a circular shape, while the second stud 56b, in the lower part of the plastic package 50 has an elliptical shape.
- this wall 51a corresponds to a small side plastic packaging 50.
- pins 56a, 56b are thus molded onto the wall 51a and form a plastic allowance on the packaging 50.
- a second plastic packaging 60 adapted to cooperate with the first plastic packaging 50 described above, is illustrated in Figures 31 and 32.
- This second plastic packaging 60 also has the shape of a container and is formed of a body 61 substantially parallelepiped and a bottom 62.
- Fastening means 66 are also molded directly into the body 61 of this second plastic package 60.
- These fixing means 66 are hollow on the body 61, and more precisely in a wall 61a of this plastic packaging 60.
- these fixing means 66 are produced in the wall 61a corresponding to a large side of the plastic packaging 60, of width equal to the width of the wall 51 a of the first package 50.
- these fixing means 66 consist of two cavities 66a, 66b, arranged along a vertical axis of the packaging 60.
- cavities 66a, 66b have a shape complementary to the pins 56a, 56b so that the latter can be forcibly accommodated inside the cavities 66a, 66b.
- the pairing of the first and second plastic packaging 50, 60 can thus be produced easily thanks to the latching of each stud 56a, 56b inside a cavity 66a, 66b.
- the fixing of the two packages can be carried out by simple pressure of the first plastic packaging 50 against the second packaging plastic 60, wall 51a against wall 61a.
- This attachment to one another of the two plastic packages 50, 60 is easy to automate since it suffices to bring the two cans together against each other and apply slight pressure on the packaging to allow their snap fastening.
- twin packages 50, 60 have their respective funds. 52, 62 which extend in the same plane.
- the first plastic package 30 could have only one cavity 36 allowing it to be paired with a second volume plastic packaging predetermined.
