Claims (6)
- Verfahren für die weitestgehend fehlerfreie Verarbeitung von Druckbogen (1) auf dem Weg des Zusammentragens dieser Druckbogen (1) für die Herstellung von Druckprodukten (8) unter Verwendung einer Zusammentragmaschine oder Sammelhefter mit einer zugehörigen Kontrolleinrichtung (12) und wenigstens einem Anleger (7), dem eine bilderfassende Lesevorrichtung (9) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zentrale Kontrolleinrichtung (12) Topologiedaten des aus mehreren Druckbogen (1) herzustellenden Druckproduktes (8) enthält und im wesentlichen für jeden Druckbogen (1) einen Datenvergleich zwischen den gelieferten Daten der bilderfassenden Lesevorrichtung (9) und den genannten Topologiedaten ausführt und bei einem als unkorrekt erkannten Druckbogen (1) ein Fehlersignal liefert und die Zusammentragmaschine stoppt oder den fehlerhaften Druckbogen (1) ausschleust.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf jeden Druckbogen (1) ein Code (4) aufgebracht ist, der Topologiedaten des Druckproduktes (1) enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Code (3) unterschiedlicher Druckbogen (1) in ihrer Summe Topologiedaten enthalten, die eine Beurteilung der Korrektheit des Druckproduktes (8) ermöglichen
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lesevorrichtung (9) von jedem Druckbogen (1) einen Bereich (16) liest und die gelesenen Daten in der zentralen Kontrolleinrichtung (12) mit Referenzwerten verglichen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine bilderfassende Lesevorrichtung (9) selber die aus einem Bereich (16) eines Druckbogens (1) gelesenen Daten mit Referenzwerten vergleicht, die diesem Bereich (16) entsprechen.
- Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anleger (7) mittels eines Bussystems (11) mit der zentralen Kontrolleinrichtung (12) verbunden sind.
