Claims (9)
- Schienenkontakt (4) für einen Achszähler zur Befestigung an einen Schienenhals (2) mittels zweier Bolzen aufweisend zwei Befestigungsflansche (5, 6) mit jeweils einem Loch zur Durchführung eines Bolzens, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Anschlussdraht mindestens eines elektrischen Bauteils (7, 8) des Schienenkontakts (4) mit einem Befestigungsflansch (5, 6) verbunden ist.
- Schienenkontakt (4) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Anschlussdraht teilweise im Befestigungsflansch (5, 6) eingebettet ist.
- Schienenkontakt (4) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Anschlussdraht durch ein zusätzliches Loch im Befestigungsflansch (5, 6) geführt ist.
- Schienenkontakt (4) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Anschlussdraht um eine Ausstülpung an einem Befestigungsflansch (5, 6) geführt ist.
- Schienenkontakt (4) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausstülpung durch einen Bolzen gebildet ist.
- Schienenkontakt (4) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Anschlussdraht durch eine am Befestigungsflansch (5, 6) angebrachte Öse geführt ist.
- Schienenkontakt (4) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein weiterer Anschlussdraht mindestens eines elektrischen Bauteils (7, 8) des Schienenkontakts (4) mit einem weiteren Befestigungsflansch (5, 6) verbunden ist.
- Schienenkontakt (4) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein elektrisches Bauteil (7, 8) als Empfangsspule ausgeführt ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Befestigungsflansches (5, 6) für einen Schienenkontakt (4), bei dem der Befestigungsflansch (5, 6) in einer Form gegossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Gießen ein elektrischer Anschlussdraht derart in die Form eingelegt wird, dass sich die Enden des Anschlussdrahtes außerhalb der Form befinden, und der Befestigungsflansch anschließend gegossen wird, so dass sich der Anschlussdraht teilweise im gegossenen Befestigungsflansch (5, 6) befindet.
