Claims (6)
- Blechumformmaschine, insbesondere zur Großserienfertigung von Rohkarosserieteilen, mit oberen und unteren, relativ zueinander hubbeweglich angetriebenen Maschinenteilen und an diesen jeweils auswechselbar befestigten Grundträgern für die mit einander zugekehrten Blechformflächen versehenen Formteile, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Grundträger (7, 8) unabhängig von der Raumform der Formteile (9, 10) gestaltet und die Formteile in Massivbauweise aus Stahlblöcken mit in diese eingearbeiteten Blechformflächen (12, 13) hergestellt sind. - Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Grundträger (7, 8) formteilseitig mit gerastert positionierten Befestigungspunkten (16) versehen und die entsprechenden Befestigungspunkte (17) am Formteil (9, 10) in einem nach Maßgabe des Rastermaßes der Grundträger bestimmten, formteilspezifischen Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind. - Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, mit einem formteilumgreifend und an seiner Spannfläche blechteilspezifisch gestalteten Blechhalter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Blechhalter (11) auf Seiten des zugeordneten Grundträgers (7) formteilunabhängig gestaltet und gleitend geführt ist und einschließlich der Spannfläche (14) ebenfalls aus einem massiven Stahlblock hergestellt ist. - Blechumformmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer unabhängig von den Maschinenteilen angetriebenen Hubplatte mit in der Vorschublage der Hubplatte in entsprechende Aufnahmeöffnungen des Grundträgers eingreifenden und den Blechhalter über Zwischenstößel an das Blechteil andrückenden Druckbolzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sämtlichen im Bereich der maschinenteilseitigen Auflagefläche des Grundträgers (7) gleichförmig verteilten Druckbolzen (4) entsprechende Aufnahmeöffnungen (22) im Grundträger zugeordnet und von diesen die zur Hubbetätigung des Blechhalters (11) ausgewählten durch blechhalterspezifische Anordnung der Zwischenstößel (21) aktiviert sind. - Blechumformmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Grundträger (7, 8) als Gussteile ausgebildet und die Formteile (9, 10) und/oder der Blechhalter (11) an den Blechform- bzw. Spannflächen (12, 13, 14) oberflächenveredelt sind. - Blechumformmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zumindest eines der Formteile (9) durch eine zwischen dieses und den zugehörigen Grundträger (7) eingesetzte Stahlkonsole (23) höhenpositionierbar ist.
