Claims (13)
- Dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture (1) d'un emballage hermétique (3), notamment destiné à la conservation de produits agroalimentaires, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprenddes moyens de percement (2),des moyens d'obturation (4) au-travers desquels on réalise le percement de l'emballage (3),lesdits moyens d'obturation (4) étant aptes à se refermer après percement lorsque les moyens de percement (2) sont retirés de manière à empêcher tout contact entre le milieu intérieur de l'emballage (3) et le milieu ambiant.
- Dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'obturation (4) sont constitués par au moins un élément (5) assujetti à la paroi dudit emballage (3).
- Dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'obturation (4) sont intégrés au niveau de la paroi dudit emballage (3).
- Dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ledit élément (5) est collé et/ou soudé à la paroi dudit emballage (3).
- Dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'obturation (4) sont constitués d'un matériau thermoplastique présentant une dureté shore comprise entre 55 et 90 et un coefficient d'élasticité compris de préférence entre 550 et 650 %.
- Dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture selon la revendication 5, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'obturation (4) sont en forme de rondelle dont le diamètre est compris entre 12 et 24 mm et dont le rapport entre le diamètre et l'épaisseur est voisin de 3.
- Dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la rondelle 5 est constituée d'un anneau 15, circonscrivant un disque 14, de telle façon que ledit anneau 15 constitue un cerclage, voire un sertissage du disque 14 .
- Dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ledit anneau (15) présente une dureté supérieure et un coefficient d'allongement inférieur audit disque (14).
- Dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on prévoit, au niveau desdits moyens de percement (2), des moyens d'injection et/ou d'aspiration (6) permettant l'injection et/ou l'aspiration de liquides ou semi-liquides dans et/ou hors de l'emballage en empêchant tout contact entre le milieu intérieur de l'emballage (3) et le milieu ambiant.
- Dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on prévoit, au niveau desdits moyens de percement (2), au moins un capteur (7) permettant l'obtention de données sur le milieu intérieur de l'emballage (3) en empêchant tout contact entre le milieu intérieur de l'emballage (3) et le milieu ambiant.
- Dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture seion l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens de percement (2) sont constitués d'une aiguille creuse (11) comportant un orifice (12) au niveau de la partie perçant la paroi dudit emballage (3).
- Emballage équipé des moyens d'obturation (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
- Rondelle d'obturation (5), destinée à équiper un dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 précédentes.
