Claims (6)
- Anwickelhilfe zum Aufwickeln eines Bandes, insbesondere eines Cordbandes auf eine Spule, die mit einer Antriebseinrichtung versehen ist, gekennzeichnet durch einen, vorzugsweise zweigeteilten, senkrecht zur Spulenachse gegen den Spulenkern (2) verfahrbaren, gegabelten Tragkörper (8, 9; 8') mit den Spulenkern (2) von unten her teilweise umschlingenden geschlossenen Führungsbändern (11; 11'), die unter Einklemmung des aufzuwickelnden Bandes (4) von der Antriebseinrichtung (6) mitgeschleppt werden.
- Anwickelhilfe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsbänder (11; 11') den Spulenkern (2) C-förmig bis in die Nähe dessen oberer Längskante (13) umschlingen.
- Anwickelhilfe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch zwei seitlich gegen den Spulenkern (2) verfahrbare Tragkörper (8, 9), wobei die Führungsbänder (11) des in Drehrichtung der Spule (1) vorlaufenden Tragkörpers (8) die des nachlaufend angeordneten Tragkörpers (9) übergreifen.
- Anwickelhilfe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragkörper (8, 9) auf einem dem Spulenkerndurchmesser entsprechenden Kreisbogen verteilte Umlenkrollen (10) für die Führungsbänder (11) besitzen.
- Anwickelhilfe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein von unten - bei H-Spulen zwischen den Antriebsrollen (6) - um die Spule (1) einfahrbarer Tragkörper (8') vorgesehen ist, dessen Gabelarme (17) vorzugsweise mit einem Gelenk (18, 19) versehen sind, das in der Anlagestellung am Spulenkern (2) jeweils oberhalb der Spulenmittelebene (20) liegt.
- Anwickelhilfe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragkörper (8') hydraulisch nach oben ausfahrbar in einem Bodenschacht (16) unter der Aufwickelstation angeordnet ist.
