Claims (4)
- Dispositif de revêtement d'un fil conducteur comportant un four d'émaillage (2), ledit four comprenant une chambre (4) destinée à être traversée par ledit fil (3) revêtu d'un vernis d'émaillage et munie à cet effet d'une entrée (5) de fil et d'une sortie (6) de fil, et de moyens pour chauffer ledit fil le long de sa trajectoire dans ladite chambre (4) afin d'assurer l'évaporation des solvants dudit vernis et la cuisson dudit vernis sur ledit fil (3), l'atmosphère intérieure de ladite chambre (4) étant à faible teneur en oxygène, ladite chambre (4) comprenant en outre une entrée d'alimentation d'air (11) communiquant avec ladite chambre (4) et asservie à des moyens (10) de mesure de ladite teneur en oxygène, et un ventilateur (13),
caractérisé en ce que ledit ventilateur (13) et ladite entrée d'alimentation d'air (11) sont situés à des positions distinctes et espacées l'une de l'autre, ledit ventilateur (13) étant situé entre la zone d'évaporation des solvants (B) et ladite entrée d'alimentation d'air (11) de manière à entraíner lesdits solvants vers ladite entrée d'alimentation d'air (11) afin que lesdits solvants soient traités par combustion en dehors de la zone de cuisson (A) dudit vernis. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que , le traitement desdits solvants par combustion a lieu dans une zone © dite de combustion desdits solvants communiquant avec ladite chambre (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que ledit ventilateur (13) est situé avant ladite entrée d'alimentation d'air (11) par rapport à la direction de circulation desdits solvants.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce qu'un conduit d'alimentation d'air (12) communiquant à ses deux extrémités avec ladite chambre (4), et d'autre part avec ladite entrée d'alimentation d'air (11) est ménagé à l'intérieur dudit four (2), de manière à former un circuit fermé de circulation de gaz, ledit circuit comprenant ladite zone de cuisson (A) dudit vernis, ladite zone d'évaporation desdits solvants (B) et la zone de combustion (C) desdits solvants, les gaz circulant dans ce circuit en sens inverse de la direction de défilement (F) dudit fil (3) à l'intérieur de ladite chambre (4).
