Claims (7)
- Sprengwirkungshemmend ausgeführter Gebäudeabschluß (10, 30, 50, 60, 70), mit dem eine Öffnung in einem Gebäude verschließbar ist und der eine Füllung (3) sowie diese im wesentlichen ringsum einfassende Rahmenelemente (1, 2) aufweist, wobei die Rahmenelemente (1, 2) mittels Befestigungselementen mit an die Öffnung angrenzenden Gebäudeteilen (6) kraftschlüssig verbindbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf mindestens zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Gebäudeabschlusses (10, 30, 50, 60, 70) rechtwinklige Laschen (4, 34, 54, 64, 64', 74) an den Rahmenelementen (1, 2) befestigt sind, wobei jeweils mindestens ein Zugschenkel (7, 59, 79) der Laschen (4, 34, 54, 64, 64', 74) in der Nähe der Laibung (L) der Öffnung verläuft und jeweils mindestens ein im wesentlichen rechtwinklig hierzu verlaufender Stützschenkel (8, 38, 58, 81) der Laschen (4, 34, 54, 64, 64', 74) in einem Abstand von einer Ansichtsseite (9) des an die Öffnung angrenzenden Gebäudeteils verläuft.
- Gebäudeabschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Stützschenkel (8, 38, 58) und der zugeordneten Widerlagerfläche (17) der Ansichtsseite (9) des Gebäudeteils (6) ein Dämpfungselement (21, 41, 52, 62, 81) angeordnet ist, und daß weitere ankerartige Befestigungselemente im Bereich des Zugschenkels (7, 59) angeordnet sind und eine Verlagerung des Gebäudeabschlusses (10, 30, 50, 60, 70) in eine zu der durch die Füllung (3) definierten Ebene senkrechte Richtung zulassen.
- Gebäudeabschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente Anker sind, die den Zugschenkel (7, 37) in Langlöchern (11) durchdringen, die parallel zu der Richtung der möglichen Verlagerung verlaufen.
- Gebäudeabschluß nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dämpfungselement (21, 41, 52, 62) ein plastisch verformbarer Blechstreifen ist.
- Gebäudeabschluß nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dämpfungselement (21, 41, 52, 62) aus einem elastisch verformbaren Kunststoffmaterial mit Gaseinschlüssen besteht.
- Gebäudeabschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die U-förmigen Laschen (54) aus zwei L-förmigen Teilen (56, 57) bestehen, die durch Verschrauben oder Verschweißen miteinander verbunden sind.
- Gebäudeabschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Rahmenelement (1) des Gebäudeabschlusses (10, 70) mit den zugeordneten Laschen (4, 74) verschraubt ist.
