Description
Claims (11)
- Anzündhilfe zum Anzünden von festen Brennstoffen, wie Holz oder Holzkohle, insbesondere für Feuerstätten für feste Brennstoffe, jede Bauart von Kachelöfen und Holzkohle-Grillgeräte, die als ein mit Paraffin getränkter naturbelassener Holzwolle-Seilabschnitt ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Umfang des Holzwolle-Seilabschnitts eine Vielzahl von mit Paraffin überzogene Holzwollespäne (1, 2) abstehen, und dass die Paraffindichte im Innern (3) der Anzündhilfe höher ist als im äußeren Bereich.
- Anzündhilfe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit Paraffin getränkte Holzwolle-Seilabschnitt eine definierten Restfeuchte hat und das Paraffin einen festen, wachsartigen Paraffinkern bildet.
- Anzündhilfe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Paraffindichte und/oder die Holzwolledichte von außen zur Mittelachse der Anzündhilfe radial zunimmt.
- Anzündhilfe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Paraffin einem Reinheitsgrad entspricht, wie er von der Lebensmittelgesetzgebung verlangt wird, und dass die Anzündhilfe geruchsneutral ist.
- Anzündhilfe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Paraffin ein Hart-Paraffin ist, dessen Schmelzpunkt über 60° C liegt.
- Anzündhilfe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzündhilfe bei einer Länge von 50 mm ungefähr einen Durchmesser von 25 - 30 mm hat.
- Anzündhilfe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Paraffin für die Holzwollespäne der Anzündhilfe als Konservierungsmittel dient.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Anzündhilfe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem ein oder mehrere aus Holzwolle gefertigtes Seilstücke (4) in durch Erwärmung verflüssigtes Paraffin (8), welches sich in einem Tauchbecken (7) befindet, eingetaucht werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seilstücke (4) nach einer vorgegebenen Tauchzeit aus dem flüssigen Paraffin (8) entnommen und in langgestreckter Form wieder abgekühlt werden, dass dann jedes zu einem Stab erstarrte Seilstück (4) in kleine, Anzündhilfen bildende Teilstücke (9 bis 11) geschnitten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Seilstücke (4) mittels eines Tauchkorbs (5) gleichzeitig in das flüssige Paraffin (8) eingetaucht und nach der Tauchzeit wieder aus dem Tauchbecken (7) entnommen werden und so lange im Tauchkorb (5) verbleiben, bis die mit Paraffin getränkten Seilstücke (4) einen definierten Abkühlungsgrad aufweisen und erstarrt sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teilstücke (9 bis 11), welche die Holzwolle-Seilabschnitte und damit die fertigen Anzündhilfen darstellen, mittels einer Band-, Kreis-, Dekupier-, Gattersäge oder mittels Scheiben- und Portionsschneider von den erstarrten Seilstücken (4) abgeschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seilstücke (4) von einer Seilrolle mit mehreren Metern Holzwolleseil abgeschnitten werden.
