Abstract
Description
Auch entsprechend breite und tiefe Gräben behindern die Truppenbwegung. Zur Überwindung von Gräben werden sogenannte Faschinen, gebündelte Pakete aus zum Beispiel dicken Knüppeln oder Baumstämmen, in den Graben geworfen, so daß ein Kettenfahrzeug den Graben überfahren kann.
Die herkömmliche Minenräumung mit Metalldetektor und Minensuchnadel ist zeitaufwendig und gefährlich. Generell gibt es nur zwei eindeutige Kriterien, die eine Mine von dem umgebenden Boden unterscheiden: ein Sprengstoffgehalt und eine minimale Größe von ca. 5 cm Kantenlänge oder Durchmesser. Dies ist begründet in einer angestrebten Wirkung und kann daher nicht ohne Wirkungsverlust unterschritten werden.
Weiterhin sind Vorrichtungen bekannt, die den Boden mit Schneiden oder Hämmern, die am Umfang einer waagerecht liegenden angetriebenen Walze angebracht sind, durcharbeiten und etwaige Minen im Boden mittels Druckbeaufschlagung durch die Schneiden zur Explosion bringen, wobei die Förderung von Bodenmaterial von sekundärer Bedeutung oder ein Störfaktor ist.
Nach der EP 0618423 ist es bekannt, mit einer Walze den Boden vor der Walze anzuhäufen und die im Boden enthaltenen Minen durch den Anpreßdruck der Walze oder den Materialdruck im angehäuften Boden zur Explosion zu bringen. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß lediglich ein Teil der Minen unschädlich gemacht wird.
Für die Kennzeichnung der Räumspur werden links und rechts am Fahrzeugheck bei Bedarf Markierungsgeräte angebaut, die die geräumte Trasse kennzeichnen mittels Abwurf einer Markierung oder Farbe.
Das Fahrzeug besitzt auch eine Abwurfeinrichtung für Faschinen, die beim Räumeinsatz mitgeführt wird und bei Bedarf Faschinen vor dem Räumpflug abwirft.
Um ein sicheres Manövrieren des Fahrzeugs als Kettenfahrzeug zu ermöglichen, ist die Arbeitsbreite des Minenpflugs größer als die Spurweite des Fahrzeugs ausgelegt.

Figur 3 zeigt den Minenräumpanzer 1 mit einer leeren Faschinentransporteinrichtung 3 und einem vorn angebauten Minenpflug 2.
Bei Verwendung eines Kampfpanzerfahrgestells 1 kann die gesamte Abwurfeinrichtung 3 am vorhandenen fahrzeugfesten Teil des vorhandenen Turmdrehkranzes (nicht dargestellt) montiert werden. Der Mannschaftsraum kann sich unterhalb des Turmdrehkranzes unter einer entsprechenden Abdeckung befinden.
Die Faschinen(pakete) 6 werden quer zur Fahrtrichtung auf der Abwurfeinrichtung 3 gelagert. Sie liegen auf den Transportbändern 11 und werden mittels Gurtbändern 10 in der Transportposition verzurrt. Die Gurtbänder wickeln sich nach der Entriegelung automatisch auf. Das vordere Faschinenpaket 6a wird gegen die Förderbänder gezogen. Die hinteren Pakete 6 werden mit Lagerplatten an der jeweiligen Hebeeinrichtung 14 verzurrt.
Die beiden in den Längsträgern 3a gelagerten Ausschübe 9 ermöglichen die Ablage der Faschine in einem größeren Abstand vor dem Fahrzeug. Dabei rutscht die Faschine über den ausgefahrenen Obergurt der Ausschübe bis auf den Boden aufgrund der schräggeschwenkten Abwurfeinrichtung.
Der Faschinenabwurfvorgang läuft in folgenden Schritten ab:
- Faschinenpakete 6, die nicht abgeworfen werden sollen, werden mit einer Hebeeinrichtung 14 angehoben (so daß sie vom Transportband 11 frei kommen),
- Die Abwurfeinrichtung 3 wird hochgeschwenkt,
- Die Aussübe 9 werden ausgefahren,
- Die Gurtbänder am abzuwerfenden Faschinenpaket 6a werden gelöst,
- Die Transportbänder 11 setzen sich in Bewegung mit dem Faschinenpaket 6a und werfen das Paket ab,
- Die Abwurfeinrichtung 3 wird wieder abgesenkt,
- Die Hebeeinrichtungen 14 werden abgesenkt bis die Faschinen 6 wieder auf den Transportbändern 11 aufliegen.

Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Räumen von Minen bestehend aus einem Kettenfahrzeug als Trägerfahrzeug (1) und einem am Fahrzeugbug angebauten Minensuchund -räumgerät (2), zum Beispiel einem Minenpflug, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Fahrzeugdach eine Faschinen-Transport- und Abwurfeinrichtung (3) aufgebaut ist und daß eine Absetzkonsole (4) für den Minenpflug über dem Fahrzeugheck angebaut ist und weiterhin am Fahrzeugheck ein Transportkran (5) eingebaut ist, welcher den Minenpflug auf die Absetzkonsole verbringen kann und zusätzlich Faschinen und andere Teile anheben und absetzen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerfahrzeug ein Kampfpanzerfahrgestell ist und die Faschinen-Transport- und -abwurfeinrichtung (3) an der fahrgestellseitigen Turmaufnahme befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faschinenabwurfeinrichtung als abnehmbare und auf dem Trägerfahrzeug (1) montierte Einheit aus zwei Längsträgern (3a), die links und rechts über dem Wannendach angeordnet und mittels Querträgern (3b) verbunden sind, sowie aus zwei Ausschubteilen (9), die in den Längsträgern gelagert sind und die mittels Fremdantrieb zum Beispiel hydraulisch in Fahrtrichtung ausgefahren werden können, sowie aus zwei gleichlaufend angetriebenen Transportbändern (11), die in den Hauptträgern als Endlosband eingebaut sind, sowie aus fernbetätigter Hebe- und Zurreinrichtung (10, 14) für die mitgeführten Faschinenpakete (6) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gesamte Einrichtung (3) mittels Anlenkungen und Antrieben um eine waagerechte, quer zur Fahrtrichtung liegende Achse (8) nach vorn geschwenkt werden kann, so daß die Einrichtung vorn mit den Ausschubteilen in Bodennähe kommt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Faschinenpakete (6, 6a) auf der Abwurfeinrichtung (3) mitgeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei gleichlaufend bewegliche Transportbänder (11) links und rechts in den Längsträgern (3a) in der Beweglichkeit ver- und entriegelbar sind und die Faschinen mittels Eigengewicht bei geschwenkter (siehe Figur 2) Transporteinrichtung und entriegeltem Transportband (11) abrollen können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei gleichlaufende Transportbänder (11) links und rechts in den Längsträgern (3a) fremdangetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem de Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der am Heck angebaute Transportkran (5) in eine Transportstellung am Heck zusammenfaltbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportkran (5) in ausgefahrener Arbeitsstellung den frontseitig angebauten Minenpflug (2) anheben und auf die Transportkonsole (4) auf dem Fahrzeugheck abstellen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportkran (5) mit seinem Arbeitsbereich mindestens jeden Punkt am Fahrzeug erreichen und bedienen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportkran (5) elektrisch oder hydraulisch und fernbedient aus dem Trägerfahrzeug (1) betrieben werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Minenpflug (2), die Faschinen-Abwurfeinrichtung (3), die Ablegekonsole (4)und der Transportkran (5) als Module ausgeführt sind, die an ein Kettenfahrgestell des Trägerfahrzeuges (1) nachgerüstet werden können.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrzeug (1) auch ferngesteuert und fernüberwacht eingesetzt werden kann.
