- Bei der Montage von Kunststoffinnenteil und Karton-Aussenteil wird zuerst der Boden des Kunststoffinnenteils überdrückt, damit der Wulst am Kunststoffinnenteil durch das Aussenteil gedrückt werden kann und es nicht verletzt;
- gleichzeitig drückt der Eindrücker auf den Siegelflansch des Kunststoffinnenteils; dadurch wird verhindert, dass sich das Kunststoffinnenteil während der Montage deformiert; die ganze Eindrückvorrichtung ist abgefedert,

Claims (40)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Kombi-Verpackungsbehälters (28), welcher Kombi-Verpackungsbehälter (28) ein becherförmiges Kunststoffinnenteil (15) und ein das Kunststoffinnenteil (15) umgebendes und auf der Aussenseite des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) einrastend gehaltenes, mantelartiges Aussenteil (14) umfasst, bei welchem Verfahren die beiden Teile (14, 15) einrastend ineinander geschoben werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aussenteil (14) in einer Aufnahme (13) gehalten wird, und dass das Kunststoffinnenteil (15) in das in der Aufnahme (13) gehaltene Aussenteil (14) eingeführt und anschliessend in das Aussenteil (14) einrastend eingedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffinnenteil (15) in einer ersten Station (10) in das in der Aufnahme (13) gehaltene Aussenteil (14) lose eingesetzt wird, und dass das lose eingesetzte Kunststoffinnenteil (15) in einer zweiten Station (22) in das Aussenteil (14) einrastend eingedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eindrückbewegung des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) in das Aussenteil (14) in derselben Station durchgeführt wird wie die Einführbewegung des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) in das Aussenteil (14).
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gleichzeitig während der Einsetzbewegung des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) in das in der Aufnahme (13) gehaltene Aussenteil (14) das Aussenteil (14) in zur Bewegungsrichtung des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) entgegensetzter Richtung relativ hin zum Kunststoffinnenteil (15) bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich Kunststoffinnenteil (15) und Aussenteil (14) nach unten zu konisch verjüngen, und dass das Kunststoffinnenteil (15) von oben in das Aussenteil (14) eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffinnenteil (15) einen im wesentlichen flachen Boden (32) aufweist, und dass das Kunststoffinnenteil (15) beim losen Einsetzen in das Aussenteil (14) am Boden (32) gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffinnenteil (15) von einer durch das Aussenteil (14) von unten hindurchreichenden Haltevorrichtung (11, 12, 18) auf der Aussenseite des Bodens (32) lösbar gehalten und in das Aussenteil (14) hineingezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (11, 12, 18) das Kunststoffinnenteil (15) mittels eines Saugnapfes (18) lösbar hält.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Eindrücken des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) in der zweiten Station (22) das Kunsstoffinnenteil (15) gleichzeitig an seinem oberen Rand (34) und im Bereich des Bodens (32) mit einer in Eindrückrichtung wirkenden Kraft beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Haltern bzw. Verrasten von Kunststoffinnenteil (15) und Aussenteil (14) am Kunststofffinnenteil (15) Rastmittel (37, 38) vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erstes Rastmittel (37) im Bereich einer offenen Stirnseite (39) des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) durch den Siegelflansch (34) gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein weiteres Rastmittel (38) im Bereich des Bodens (32) durch mindestens einen zumindest bereichsweise über den Umfang des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) verlaufenden Wulst (29) gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wulst (29) über den Umfang des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) umlaufend ausgebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor bzw. während des Eindrückens des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) in das Aussenteil (14) ein äusserer Umfang der weiteren Rastmittel (38) durch eine vorbestimmbare Verformung des Bodens (32) soweit reduziert wird, dass dieser in etwa einem Innendurchmesser (46) des Aussenteils (14) im Bereich der kleineren Abmessung (35) entspricht und so mit deutlich verringertem Widerstand vollständig in das Aussenteil (14) eingeschoben werden kann.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (32) während des Eindrückens durch die auf ihn wirkende Eindrückkraft in vorbestimmter Weise elastisch nach aussen vorgewölbt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (32) während des Eindrückens durch eine auf ihn wirkende Kraft in vorbestimmter Weise elastisch in Richtung eines Aufnahmeraums (44) des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) hineingewöbt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf ihn wirkende Kraft mittels eines eigenen Druckstempels (47) erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf ihn wirkende Kraft durch Aufbau eines Unterdruckes im Bereich des Aufnahmeraums (44) des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, 6, 9 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aussenteil (14) mit seiner grösseren inneren Abmessung (36) nach unten in der Aufnahme (13) gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich Kunststoffinnenteil (15) und Aussenteil (14) in Richtung auf den Boden (32) zu konisch verjüngen, und dass das Kunststoffinnenteil (15) von unten in das Aussenteil (14) eingeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Kombi-Verpackungsbehälters durch das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Aufnahme (13) zum Halten des Aussenteils (14) sowie eine erste Station (22) zum einrastenden Eindrücken des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) in das in der Aufnahme (13) gehaltene Aussenteil.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Kunststoffinnenteil (15) und Aussenteil (14) nach unten zu konisch verjüngt ausgebildet sind, und dass die Aufnahme (13) einen Haltering (19) mit einer sich nach unten zu konisch verjüngenden Innenkontur (20) umfasst, in welchem das Aussenteil (14) klemmend gehalten wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenkontur (20) des Halterings (19) in einem unteren Abschnitt (21) der konisch verjüngten Form des Aussenteils (14) angepasst ist, und dass die Innenkontur (20) sich oberhalb des unteren Abschnitts (21) im Durchmesser zunehmend erweitert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 22 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltering (19) aus einem formstabilen Material mit geringer Gleitreibung, insbesondere einem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise einem Acetal-Homopolymer (Polyoximethylen POM), besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Station (22) einen in Eindrückrichtung verschiebbar gelagerten Eindrücker (27) umfasst, welcher zum einrastenden Eindrücken des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) in das Aussenteil (14) eine in Eindrückrichtung wirkende Kraft auf das Kunststoffinnenteil (15) ausübt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eindrücker (27) so ausgebildet ist, dass der beim Eindrücken eine Kraft sowohl auf den Boden (32) als auch auf den oberen Rand (34) des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) ausübt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25 oder 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eindrükker (27) ein flanschartiges Oberteil (30) zum Aufsetzen auf den oberen Rand (34) des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) und ein in Eindrückrichtung daran anschliessendes kolbenartiges Unterteil (31) zum Aufsetzen auf dem Boden (32) des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (L1) zwischen der Unterseite des Oberteils (30) und der Unterseite des Unterteils (31) des Eindrückers (27), vorzugsweise einige Millimeter, insbesondere etwa 5 mm, grösser ist als der Abstand (L2) zwischen dem oberen Rand (34) und dem Boden (32) des Kunststoffinnenteils (15).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eindrücker (27) in der ersten Station (22) durch in Eindrückrichtung verschiebbare Antriebsmittel (26) bewegt wird, und dass die Antriebsmittel (26) mit dem Eindrücker (27) über eine Feder (25) in Eingriff stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ersten Station (22) eine zweite Station (10) vorgeschaltet ist, in welcher das Kunststoffinnenteil (15) in das in der Aufnahme (13) gehaltene Aussenteil (14) lose eingesetzt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Station (10) Halte- und Transportmittel (18; 11, 12) umfasst, welche das Kunststoffinnenteil (15) lösbar halten und von einer Transport- bzw. Zuführvorrichtung (17) in das in der Aufnahme (13) gehaltene Aussenteil (14) transportieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel einen Saugnapf (18) umfassen, und dass die Transportmittel ein mittels eines Pneumatikzylinders in Einsetzrichtung bewegbares, sich durch das in der Aufnahme (13) gehaltene Aussenteil (14) hindurch erstreckendes Gestänge (12) umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21, 24 oder 30 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffinnenteil (15) und das Aussenteil (14) in Richtung auf den Boden (32) zu konisch verjüngt ausgebildet sind, und dass die Aufnahme (13) einen Haltering (19) mit einer sich in Richtung auf den Boden (32) zu konisch verjüngenden Innenkontur (20) umfasst, wobei die Verjüngung in vertikaler Richtung gesehen nach oben hin aufeinander zugerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenkontur (20) des Halterings (19) in einem oberen Abschnitt (21) der konisch verjüngten Form des Aussenteils (14) angepasst ist, und dass die Innenkontur (20) sich unterhalb des oberen Abschnitts (21) im Durchmesser zunehmend erweitert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21, 24, 30, 33 oder 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufnahme (13) zur Halterung des Aussenteils (14) Haltemittel zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21, 24, 30, 33 bis 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Kunststoffinnenteil (15) zum Einsetzen und/oder Eindrücken in das Aussenteil (14) ein Einsetzelement (40) zugeordnet ist, welches in den Aufnahmeraum (44) des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) teilweise hineinragt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsetzelement (40) in seinem Querschnitt an die inneren Abmessungen des Kunststoffinnenteils (15) angepasst ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 36 oder 37, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Einsetzelement (40) zumindest eine Saugleitung (45) angeordnet ist, welche in den zwischen dem Boden 32 des Kunststoffinnenteils 15 und dem Einsetzelement (40) gebildeten Freiraum bzw. Zwischenraum mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 38 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugleitung (45) mit einem Unterdruckerzeuger verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 38 oder 39, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugleitung (45) das Einsetzelement (40) überragt und bis auf eine vorbestimmbare Distanz an den Boden (32) des Kunststoffinnenteils 15 heranreicht.
