Description
- la figure 1 est une représentation schématisée du cylindre d'impression et du cylindre presseur d'une machine d'impression à héliogravure, ledit cylindre presseur étant pourvu d'un dispositif d'assistance électrostatique à l'impression ;
- la figure 2 est une représentation schématisée, partielle et en coupe axiale d'un cylindre presseur pourvu d'un dispositif d'assistance électrostatique selon l'invention, conforme à un premier mode de réalisation ;
- la figure 3 est une représentation schématisée, partielle et en coupe axiale d'un cylindre presseur pourvu d'un dispositif d'assistance électrostatique selon l'invention, conforme à un second mode de réalisation;
- la figure 4 est une représentation schématisée, partielle et en coupe axiale d'un cylindre presseur pourvu d'un dispositif d'assistance électrostatique selon l'invention, conforme à un troisième mode de réalisation;
- la figure 5 est une vue schématisée et en coupe partielle selon V-V de la figure 4;
- la figure 6 est une vue similaire à la figure 4, illustrant un dispositif d'assistance électrostatique selon l'invention, conforme à un quatrième mode de réalisation
Claims (13)
- Machine d'impression (1), plus particulièrement à héliogravure, comportant un dispositif d'assistance électrostatique (5) pour soumettre à une charge électrostatique un cylindre presseur (4) coopérant avec un cylindre d'impression (3), ledit cylindre presseur(4), étant enrobé extérieurement d'une enveloppe (9) en un matériau semi-conducteur et comportant, à chacune de ses extrémités (13, 14), un tronçon d'axe (11, 12) contribuant à son maintien en rotation dans des paliers supports fixes (15, 16), caractérisée par le fait que ledit cylindre presseur (4) comporte un gainage (7) en un matériau isolant au-dessus duquel s'étend un manchon (8) en un matériau conducteur d'électricité enrobé sur sa périphérie de l'enveloppe (9) en matériau semi-conducteur, ledit dispositif d'assistance électrostatique (5) consistant en au moins un contacteur (17, 18) défini à même de coopérer avec le manchon conducteur (8) du cylindre presseur (4), au moins à une extrémité (13, 14) de ce dernier.
- Machine (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un organe isolant destiné à canaliser le courant électrique de sorte à n'autoriser son transit qu'entre le ou les contacteurs (17, 18) et le manchon conducteur (8).
- Machine (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe isolant est défini par un disque (21) d'un matériau isolant, de diamètre sensiblement égal à celui du cylindre presseur (4) et présentant, située vis-à-vis du manchon conducteur (8), une fente annulaire (22) ou au moins un orifice (23), permettant d'établir un contact électrique entre ledit manchon conducteur (8) et les contacteurs (17, 18).
- Machine (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit disque (21) est prolongé par une collerette (24) en matériau isolant s'étendant au-dessus d'un tronçon d'axe (9) au moins sur une portion entre l'extrémité (13) du cylindre presseur (4) et le palier support (15).
- Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que le ou les contacteurs (17, 18) sont prolongés d'un embout conducteur (25) apte à s'insérer dans ladite fente annulaire (22) de sorte à venir au contact dudit manchon conducteur (8) et assurer le passage du courant électrique entre ce dernier et les contacteurs (17, 18).
- Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une bague (26) en matériau conducteur rapportée sur ledit disque (21) en matériau isolant et solidaire en rotation du cylindre presseur (4), ladite bague (26) coopérant par contact électrique pour permettre le passage du courant avec les contacteurs (17, 18) et le manchon conducteur (8).
- Machine (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que ladite bague (26) présente sur sa face (28) placée contre le disque isolant (21) un ou une série de picots (27) répartis de manière annulaire et aptes à venir s'insérer dans le ou les orifices (23) pour venir au contact du manchon conducteur (8).
- Machine (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que ladite bague (26) présente sur sa face (28) placée contre le disque isolant (21) une languette annulaire destinée à coopérer avec le manchon conducteur (8) du cylindre presseur (4) au travers de la fente annulaire (21).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que ladite bague (26) est prolongée d'une collerette (29) engagée sur la collerette (24) en matériau isolant correspondant au disque (21) et s'étendant au-dessus d'un tronçon d'axe (11), contre cette collerette (29) étant placés en contact par frottements le ou les contacteurs (17, 18).
- Machine (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe en matériau semi-conducteur (9) est interrompue au moins à une extrémité (13) du cylindre presseur (4) et laisse apparaítre une partie annulaire (30) du manchon conducteur (8) avec laquelle le ou les contacteurs (17, 18) sont maintenus en contact radial, soit directement ou au travers d'une bague (26A), en matériau conducteur montée sur ladite extrémité (13).
- Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les contacteurs (17,18) sont logés dans un boítier (19) en forme d'une couronne, intégré sur la partie d'un tronçon d'axe (11) s'étendant entre un palier support (15) et l'extrémité (13) du cylindre presseur (4).
- Machine (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens d'étanchéité (31) entre le boítier (19), en forme d'une couronne intégrant le ou les contacteurs (17, 18), et le tronçon d'axe (11) sur lequel il est monté à l'extrémité (13) du cylindre presseur (4).
- Machine (1) selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'étanchéité (31) consistent en un montage par emboítement et de type tournant du boítier (19) sur une couronne tournante (32) solidaire en rotation du cylindre presseur (4).
