Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Verknoten des Endes eines Fadens (F) an einem flächigen Gegenstand (G), insbesondere einem Aufgußbeutel zur Bereitung von Getränken und/oder einem Etikett, der zwei im Abstand angeordnete Löcher (L) für den Knoten aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vor den Löchern (L) auf der einen Seite des Gegenstandes (G) liegende Faden (F) durch die Löcher (L) hindurch auf die andere Seite des Gegenstandes (G) gezogen wird und hier zwei Schlaufen bildet,
daß anschließend die vom durchlaufenden Faden (F) gebildete Schlaufe um mindestens 270° verdreht und der dieser Schlaufe benachbarte Teil der anderen Schlaufe unter Auflösung der das Fadenende (Fe) enthaltenden Schlaufe durch die verdrehte Schlaufe einschließlich des Fadenendes (Fe) hindurch gezogen und anschließend der gebildete Knoten festgezogen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlaufe um 450° verdreht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fadenende (Fe) anschließend an die Bildung der beiden Schlaufen aus dem einen Loch (L) auf die andere Seite des Gegenstandes (G) gezogen wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Verknoten des Endes eines Fadens (F) an einem flächigen Gegenstand (G), insbesondere einem Aufgußbeutel zur Bereitung von Getränken und/oder einem Etikett, der zwei im Abstand angeordnete Löcher (L) für den Knoten aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei rechtwinklig zur Fläche des Gegenstandes (G) durch die Löcher (L) hin- und hergehend bewegliche Stangen (1, 2) vorgesehen sind, die beide eine den Faden (F) ergreifende, hakenartige Ausnehmung (11, 21) aufweisen, wobei die das Fadenende (Fe) ergreifende Stange (1) zwischen einer den Faden (F) auf der einen Seite des Gegenstandes (G) ergreifenden vorderen und einer den Faden (F) in der Ausnehmung (11) lose festhaltenden, auf der anderen Seite liegenden hinteren Endstellung beweglich ist,
daß die andere Stange (2) endseitig vor der Ausnehmung (21) mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung (22) für einen quer zu den Stangen (1, 2) beweglichen Greifer (3) versehen ist, wobei diese Stange (2) zwischen einer vorderen, den Faden (F) mit der Ausnehmung (21) ergreifenden vorderen Endstellung auf der einen Seite des Gegenstandes (G), einer mit der Durchtrittsöffnung (22) auf der anderen Seite des Gegenstandes (G) liegenden, den Durchtritt des Greifers (3) ermöglichenden zweiten Stellung beweglich und in der zweiten Stellung um mindestens 270° verdrehbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die andere Stange (2) in eine aus dem Bewegungsbereich des Greifers (3) zurückgezogene hintere Endstellung beweglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (2) um 450° verdrehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchtrittsöffnung der verdrehbaren Stange (2) als ein in der Stirnfläche mündender Schlitz (22) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Stirnflächen (24) der den Schlitz (22) bildenden Gabelarme (23) Mitnehmernasen (25) für den in einer Schlaufe verlaufenden Faden (F) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnehmernasen (25) durch Vorsprünge gebildet sind, die jeweils zwischen der etwa rechtwinklig zur Stangenlängsachse liegende Stirnfläche (24) und einer auf einem Teil derselben ausgebildeten Schrägfläche (26) verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrägflächen (26) diagonal versetzt an den Stirnflächen (24) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchtrittsöffnung bzw. der Schlitz (22) rechtwinklig zur Ausnehmung (21) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (3) mit einer Greifbacke (32) und einer eine Öffnungs- bzw. Schließbewegung ausführenden Schließbacke (34) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (3) aus einer Flachstange (31) mit endseitig angeformter Greifbacke (32) und einem relativ zur Flachstange (31) beweglichen Schieber (33) besteht, dessen Stirnfläche als Schließbacke (34) mit der Greifbacke (32) zusammenwirkt.
