Claims (7)
- Toile de machine à papier constituée d'au moins un tissu individuel pour le côté papier et d'au moins un tissu individuel pour le côté roulant, qui sont constitués respectivement d'un jeu de fils (4, 6) de trame et de fils (1, 5) de chaîne, au moins une partie des tissus individuels superposés étant reliés entre eux par des fils (3) de liaison, le fil (3) de liaison respectif prenant par en dessus (7) du côté papier des fils (1) de chaîne aux points qui sur le côté opposé sont pris par en dessous (8) par au moins un fil (2) de trame de ce tissu individuel s'y appliquant, et dans laquelle, pour former la toile, deux tissus individuels l'un, sous la forme d'un tissu supérieur pour le côté papier, l'autre sous la forme d'un tissu inférieur pour le côté roulant, sont utilisés, caractérisée en ce que la prise par en dessus (7) du fil (3) respectif de liaison dans le tissu supérieur est, rapportée à un fil (2) de trame, séparée de trois fils (1) de chaîne interposés et en ce que, au point du fil (1) de chaîne médian de ce groupe triple, le fil (3) de trame de liaison prend par en dessous un fil (5) de chaîne sous-jacent du tissu inférieur.
- Toile de machine à papier suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, comme fils (3) de liaison, seul un premier type de fils de trame de liaison effectue respectivement la liaison des tissus individuels.
- Toile de machine à papier suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le tissu supérieur est constitué à la façon d'une armure toile et en ce que le fil (5) de trame de liaison respectif délimite, au point de la prise par en dessus (7) du fil (1) de chaîne pouvant être associé par rapport à celui-ci, une valeur angulaire qui est égale à la valeur angulaire formée de manière correspondante du fil (1) de trame prenant par en dessous.
- Toile de machine à papier suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le tissu intérieur a une armure à plusieurs lames, notamment à quatre lames ou à cinq lames, en ce que trois ou respectivement quatre fils (5) de chaîne sont pris par en dessous par les fils (6) de trame du tissu inférieur et respectivement un fil (5) de chaîne est pris par en dessus et en ce que le fil (3) de trame de liaison respectif passe, à l'extérieur ou au point de cette prise par en dessus (9), du tissu inférieur au tissu supérieur.
- Toile de machine à papier suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le fil (3) de trame de liaison respectif a essentiellement le même diamètre que le fil (2) de trame respectif du tissu individuel du côté papier.
- Toile de machine à papier suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la prise par en dessus (7) du fil (3) de liaison respectif est appuyée du côté supérieur par un fil (1) de chaîne, qui s'étend entre le fil (2) de trame pouvant être associé du tissu supérieur et celui du tissu inférieur.
- Toile de machine à papier suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que, par la séparation fonctionnelle de fils (2) de trame supérieurs du tissu supérieur et de fils (3) de trame de liaison, ceux-ci sont constitués de matériaux différents, les fils (2) de trame supérieurs étant en un matériau polyester et les fils (3) de trame de liaison en un matériau polyamide, de préférence pour augmenter la stabilité transversale de la toile.
