Claims (8)
- Dispositif de verrouillage et déverrouillage avec clé (3) d'un tampon ou couvercle (1) sur un cadre (2), comprenant un verrou solidaire du tampon (1) qui présente une ouverture (4) d'accès au verrou pour la clé (3) comportant un bras (6) portant à son extrémité une douille (7) permettant de manoeuvrer le verrou lorsque la clé (3) est introduite dans l'ouverture (4) du tampon (1) d'une position de verrouillage dans laquelle un pêne (10) du verrou est retenu prisonnier d'une gâche (11) du cadre (2) à une position de déverrouillage pour laquelle le pêne (10) est dégagé de la gâche (11) et la clé (3) est retenue prisonnière dans l'ouverture (4) du tampon (1), le verrou comprenant également un rotor (16) monté à rotation dans le tampon (1), accessible par l'ouverture (4) et accouplé au pêne (10) perpendiculairement à ce dernier de manière à permettre le pivotement du pêne (10) autour de l'axe longitudinal du rotor (16) sous l'action de la clé (3) entre ses positions prisonnière et dégagée de la gâche (11), caractérisé en ce que le rotor (16) du verrou comprend un fût généralement cylindrique (17) monté à rotation dans le tampon (1) en étant solidarisé en rotation au pêne (11) et un axe cylindrique (18) monté fou dans le fût (17), l'axe cylindrique (18) comportant une tête cylindrique (21) en appui sur le fût (17) et logée dans une cavité (5) du tampon (1) accessible de l'extérieur par l'ouverture (4) du tampon, et en ce que des moyens sont prévus pour retenir élastiquement et axialement dans le tampon (1) le fût (17) et l'axe cylindrique (18) dont la tête (21) s'engage axialement dans la douille (7) de la clé (3) lors de son introduction dans la cavité (5) du tampon (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pêne (10) est constitué par une plaque rigide plane comportant, au voisinage de l'une de ses extrémités, un perçage (13) dans lequel sont ménagées deux entailles arquées radiales diamétralement opposées (14) et une troisième entaille arquée radiale (15) dirigée vers l'extrémité libre opposée active (12) de la plaque du pêne (10), en ce que le fût (17) traverse la paroi de fond (1b) de la cavité (5) du tampon (1) et comporte une tête circulaire (19) à ergot radial (20) logée dans le perçage (13) du pêne (10) avec l'ergot (20) engagé dans la troisième entaille (15) du pêne, la tête cylindrique (21) de l'axe fou (18) étant en appui sur la tête circulaire (19) du fût (17), en ce que la douille (7) de la clé (3) comporte deux tenons externes parallèles diamétralement opposés (9) pouvant s'engager respectivement dans les deux entailles opposées (14) du pêne (10) en position verrouillée du tampon (1) au cadre (2) au travers de deux rainures diamétralement opposées (29) de la paroi latérale de la cavité (5) surplombant les deux entailles opposées (14) du pêne (10) et permettant d'entraíner en rotation d'environ un quart de tour l'ensemble à axe fou (18), fût (17) et plaque du pêne (10) en tournant la clé (3) dans le sens correspondant pour amener le pêne (10) à sa position de déverrouillage à laquelle la clé (3) est emprisonnée dans le tampon (1) par ses deux tenons (9) retenus axialement respectivement dans deux encoches longitudinales (30) de la paroi latérale de la cavité (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de chaque rainure (29) de passage d'un tenon (9) de la douille (7) de la clé (3) est inférieure à la largeur de l'entaille (14) qu'elle surplombe de la plaque du pêne (10) en position verrouillée du tampon (1) au cadre (2) de manière que l'entaille (14) soit inaccessible à un outil, tel qu'un tournevis, introduit dans l'ouverture (4) du tampon (1) et la rainure (29) pour empêcher toute manoeuvre frauduleuse du pêne (10) à l'aide de cet outil.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque tenon (9) de la douille (7) de la clé (3) est en forme de L inversé dont la petite branche (9b) est solidaire radialement de la douille (7) et l'autre branche (9a) parallèle au bras (6) de la clé (3) fait saillie au-delà de la partie débouchante de la douille (7).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque du pêne (10) et la tête circulaire (19) du fût (17) sont en appui sur la face interne de la paroi de fond (1b) de la cavité (5) du tampon (1) et en ce que les moyens retenant élastiquement la tête (19) du fût (17) en appui sur la paroi de fond (1b) et la tête cylindrique (21) de l'axe fou (18) sur la tête (19) du fût (17) comprennent un organe élastique (224), tel qu'un ressort, monté coaxialement à la partie du fût (17) située à l'extérieur de la paroi de fond (1b) en étant précontraint entre la face externe de cette paroi et une rondelle d'appui (25) retenue axialement relativement au fût (17) par une goupille (26) traversant l'extrémité libre de l'axe fou (18) faisant saillie du fût (17) .
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'organe élastique (24) est en appui sur la face externe de la paroi de fond (1b) par l'intermédiaire d'une rondelle ondulée (27) solidaire en rotation du fût (17) et coopérant avec quatre encoches (28) réalisées dans cette face externe et régulièrement espacées autour du perçage (1d) de passage du fût (17) au travers de la paroi de fond (1b) lors de la rotation du fût (17) pour positionner le pêne (10) à l'une ou l'autre de ses positions de verrouillage et déverrouillage du tampon (1) au cadre (2).

- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le pêne (10) fait saillie à l'extérieur de la paroi latérale de la cavité (5) du tampon (1) au travers d'une fente (1c) permettant le pivotement du pêne (10) d'environ un quart de tour.
