Claims (20)
- Falzaufbau einer Rollendruckmaschine, welcher einen quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (T) einer auflaufenden Bahn bzw. Teilbahn (B1 bis B4; B1.1 bis B4.1) bewegbaren Falztrichter (03) mit zwei zur Bahnlaufrichtung (T) geneigten Trichterwangen (17) aufweist, wobei eine Breite (b03) des Falztrichters (03) mindestens zwei nebeneinander angeordneten Druckbildern eines ersten Druckbildformates entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Falzaufbau (01) zusätzlich ein Umlenkelement (04) vorgesehen ist, welches im Gegensatz zu den beiden Trichterwangen (17) des Falztrichters (03) lediglich eine zur Umlenkung wirksame Wirkkante (06) in der Art einer Trichterwange (06) aufweist.
- Falzaufbau einer Rollendruckmaschine, welcher einen quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (T) einer auflaufenden Bahn bzw. Teilbahn (B1 bis B4; B3.2; B1.1 bis B4.1) bewegbaren Falztrichter (03) mit zwei zur Bahnlaufrichtung (T) geneigten Trichterwangen (17) aufweist, wobei eine Breite (b03) des Falztrichters (03) mindestens zwei nebeneinander angeordneten Druckbildern eines ersten Druckbildformates entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zwei Druckseiten eines kleineren zweiten Druckbildformates breite Teilbahn (B3.2) über den Falztrichter (03) geführt ist und gleichzeitig eine einseitenbreite Teilbahn (B3.1) des kleineren Druckbildformates über ein Umlenkelement (04) geführt ist, welches in Projektion zur auflaufenden Teilbahn (B3.1) im wesentlichen teilbahnbreit ausgeführt ist.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umlenkelement (04) in Projektion zur auflaufenden Teilbahn (B3.1; B4.1) eine Breite aufweist, welche kleiner ist als die beiden nebeneinander angeordneten Druckbilder des ersten Druckbildformates.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Gegensatz zu den beiden Trichterwangen (17) des Falztrichters (03) das Umlenkelement (04) lediglich eine zur Umlenkung wirksame Wirkkante (06) in der Art einer Trichterwange (06) aufweist
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trichterwangen (06; 17) von Umlenkelement (04) und Falztrichter (03) im wesentlichen in einer selben Ebene liegen.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umlenkelement (04) in gestreckter Bauweise rohrförmig ausgeführt ist.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umlenkelement (04) in der Art einer Luftaustrittsöffnungen aufweisenden Wendestange ausgeführt ist.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umlenkelement (04) quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (T) einer auflaufenden Bahn bzw. Teilbahn (B1.1 bis B4.1) bewegbar ausgeführt ist.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Umlenkelement (04) und dem Falztrichter (03) voneinander mechanisch unabhängige Stellmittel zum Bewegen zugeordnet sind.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Umlenkelement (04) eine Walze (11) nachgeordnet ist, welche quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (T) einer in den Falzaufbau (01) einlaufenden Bahn bzw. Teilbahn (B1 bis B4; B1.1 bis B4.1) bewegbar ausgeführt ist.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walze (11) als Zugwalze (11) ausgeführt ist.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walze (11) eine Zugwalze (13) nachgeordnet ist.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Falztrichter (03) eine Zuggruppe (16) nachgeordnet ist, welche quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (T) einer in den Falzaufbau (01) einlaufenden Bahn bzw. Teilbahn (B1 bis B4; B1.1 bis B4.1) bewegbar ausgeführt ist.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugwalze (11; 13) motorisch unabhängig von weiteren Zugwalzen angetrieben ist.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuggruppe (16) motorisch unabhängig von weiteren Zugwalzen angetrieben ist.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich ein Abschnitt einer Trichterwange (17) des Falztrichters (03) und eine in der Art einer Trichterwange (06) wirksame Wirkkante (06) des Umlenkelementes (04) in vertikalem Schnitt betrachtet überschneiden.
- Falzaufbau nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Betriebsweise Falzspitzen (18; 19) von Falztrichter (03) und Umlenkelement (04) einen Abstand aufweisen, welcher kleiner ist als eine halbe Breite (b03) des Falztrichters (03).
- Verfahren zur Weiterverarbeitung einer Bahn mittels eines Falzaufbaus, wobei eine erste Bahn (B1; B2) in einer ersten Betriebssituation - entweder in voller Breite oder in zwei Teilbahnen geschnitten - mittig auf einen Falztrichter (03) geführt und mittig längsgefalzt wird bzw. die geschnittenen Teilbahnen aufeinander geführt werden und in einer zweiten Betriebssituation von einer Bahn (B3; B4) eine Teilbahn (B3.1; B4.1), insbesondere eine einseitenbreite Teilbahn (B3.1; B4.1), durch Längsschnitt abgetrennt und die verbleibende Teilbahn (B3.2; B4.2) - entweder in voller verbleibender Breite oder in zwei weiteren Teilbahnen geschnitten - mittig auf den Falztrichter (03) geführt und mittig längsgefalzt wird bzw. die geschnittenen Teilbahnen aufeinander geführt werden, während die abgetrennte Teilbahn (B3.1; B4.1) auf ein Umlenkelement (04) geführt wird, welches lediglich im wesentlichen eindruckseitenbreit ausgeführt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Umstellung von der ersten in die zweite Betriebssituation der Falztrichter (03) aus der zur einlaufenden Bahn (B1 bis B4) mittigen Lage herausbewegt und das Umlenkelement (04) in den Strangweg der abzutrennenden Teilbahn (B3.1; B4.1) hineinbewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Umstellung von der zweiten in die erste Betriebssituation der Falztrichter (03) in eine zur ungeschnittenen einlaufenden Bahn (B1 bis B4) mittige Lage hineinbewegt und das Umlenkelement (04) aus einem möglichen Wirkbereich mit Bahnen bzw. Teilbahnen herausbewegt wird.
