Claims (36)
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung und/oder Förderung einer Bahn in einer bahnbe-und/oder verarbeitenden Maschine mit mindestens einem als Falztrichter (06; 07) und einem diesem auf dem Bahnweg nachgeordneten, als Walze (30) ausgeführten Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeug (06; 07; 30), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei äußere und ein mittlerer Falztrichter (06; 07) vorgesehen sind, wobei die beiden äußeren Falztrichter (06; 07) bei einer Änderung der Breite der Teilbahnen verschiebbar und der mittlere unverschoben ist und dass der verschiebbare Falztrichter (06; 07) und die zugeordnete Walze (30) durch mindestens ein Stellglied (08, 11) quer zur Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (01, 02, 26, 36) bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falztrichter (06; 07) und die Walze (30) an einem gemeinsamen Gestell (15) angeordnet und durch einen gemeinsamen Antrieb (11) bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein dem Falztrichter (06; 07) vorgeordnetes Messer (05; 28; 32) und der Falztrichter (06; 07) durch mindestens ein Stellglied (08, 11; 34) quer zur Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (01, 02, 26, 36) bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer (28; 32) als Messer (28; 32) einer dem Falztrichter (06; 07) vorgeordneten Längsschneideinrichtung (71) mit einem von einem Antrieb (11) des Falztrichters (06; 07) mechanisch unabhängigen seitlichen Antrieb (34) ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (11) des Falztrichters (06; 07) und der Antrieb (34) das Messers (28; 32) mit einer gemeinsamen Steuereinrichtung (10; S) in logischer Wirkverbindung stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Falztrichter (06, 07) ein Wendewerk (72) mit zumindest einer Wendestange (37; 38) vorgeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsschneideinrichtung (71) dem Wendewerk (72) vorgeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wendestange (37; 38) und der Falztrichter (06; 07) durch jeweils einen voneinander mechanisch unabhängigen Antrieb (11; 49) quer zur Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (01, 02, 26, 36) bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (11) des Falztrichters (06; 07) und der Antrieb (49) der Wendestange (37; 38) mit einer gemeinsamen Steuereinrichtung (10; S) in logischer Wirkverbindung stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsschneideinrichtung (71) wenigstens zwei quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung voneinander beabstandete Messer (28) aufweist, welche durch einen gemeinsamen Antrieb (34) quer zur Bahn, jedoch in entgegengesetzter Richtung zueinander bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wendewerk (72) wenigstens zwei quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung einer einlaufenden Bahn voneinander beabstandete Wendestange (37; 38) aufweist, welche durch einen gemeinsamen Antrieb (49) quer zur Bahn bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die logische Wirkverbindung in der Weise ausgebildet ist, dass ein Stellen der Antriebe (11; 34; 49) in einem gemeinsamen Arbeitsgang, insbesondere während eines Einstellvorgangs, infolge eines Programmablaufs erfolgen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7, 9 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung (10; S) dazu ausgebildet ist, aus Angaben zur Bahnbreite und/oder einem vorgesehenen Bahnlauf eine geeignete Sollposition für das betreffende Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeug (05; 06; 07; 28; 30; 32; 37; 38) zu ermitteln und auf den jeweiligen Antrieb (11; 34; 49) zu wirken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (10; S) eine Benutzerschnittstelle zum Eingeben und/oder Einlesen einer Breite einer zu verarbeitenden Bahn (01, 02, 12, 13, 26, 36, 51, 52, 53, 54), Rechenmittel zum Ermitteln einer Sollposition der bewegbaren Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeuge (05, 06, 07, 16, 28, 32, 37, 38) anhand der Bahnbreite sowie Treiber zum Ansteuern der Antriebe (11; 23; 34; 49), um die jeweils ermittelte Sollposition einzustellen, umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7, 9 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Antriebe (11; 23; 34; 49) durch die gemeinsame Steuereinheit (10; S) angesteuert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Falztrichter (06, 07) vorgesehen sind, von denen wenigstens einer quer bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei an einem Zylinder (03) abrollende, als Rollen (16) ausgeführte Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeuge (16) zum Drücken der Materialbahn gegen den Zylinder (03) vorgesehen sind, von denen wenigstens eine quer bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen (16) Fangrollen (16) oder Zugrollen (16) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer (28, 32) zum kontinuierlichen Längsschneiden der Materialbahn (26, 36) ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer (05) als ein Intervallschneidmesser (05) zum seitenweisen Längsschneiden der Materialbahn (01, 02, 12, 13) ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weiteres einzustellendes Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeug wenigstens ein quer bewegbarer Rollenarm eines Rollenwechslers vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weiteres einzustellendes Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeug wenigstens eine quer bewegbare Sensorik für das Schnittregister vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weiteres einzustellendes Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeug wenigstens eine quer bewegbare Sensorik für das Farbregister vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weiteres einzustellendes Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeug wenigstens eine quer bewegbare Bahnkantenregelung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weiteres einzustellendes Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeug wenigstens ein quer bewegbares Schaufelrad im Ausgang eines Falzapparates vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weiteres einzustellendes Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeug wenigstens eine quer bewegbare Klebedüse einer Klebeeinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weiteres einzustellendes Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeug wenigstens eine quer bewegbare Vorrichtung zur Bildung eines 2ten Längsfalzes vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weiteres einzustellendes Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeug wenigstens eine quer bewegbare Vorrichtung zur Längsperforation vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Stellglied (08, 11; 22, 23; 33, 34; 48, 49) eine drehbare Gewindespindel (08, 22, 33, 48) aufweist und dass jedes an das Stellglied (08, 11; 22, 23; 33, 34; 48, 49) gekoppelte verschiebbare Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeug (05, 06, 07, 16, 28, 32, 37, 38) mit der Gewindespindel (08, 22, 33, 48) im Eingriff steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes an das Stellglied (08, 11; 22, 23; 33, 34; 48, 49) gekoppelte verschiebbare Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeug (05, 06, 07, 16, 28, 32, 37, 38) einen Gleitstein (09, 18, 19, 21, 42, 43, 44, 46) aufweist, der mit der Gewindespindel (08, 22, 33, 48) im Eingriff steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 29 oder 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere verschiebbare Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeuge (06, 07, 16, 28, 37, 38) gleichen Typs mit einer gleichen Gewindespindel (08, 22, 33, 48) im Eingriff stehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindespindel (08, 22, 33, 48) mehrere Abschnitte mit unterschiedlichem Drehsinn aufweist, und dass mit jedem Abschnitt wenigstens eines der Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeuge (06, 07, 16, 28, 37, 38) im Eingriff steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 29 bis 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindespindel (08, 22, 33, 48) durch einen von der Steuereinheit (10; S) gesteuerten Elektromotor (11, 23, 34, 49) drehangetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 29 bis 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindespindel (08, 22, 33, 48) mehrere Abschnitte mit unterschiedlicher Steigung aufweist, und dass mit jedem Abschnitt wenigstens eines der Bahnbearbeitungswerkzeuge (06, 07, 16, 28, 37, 38) im Eingriff steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falztrichter (06; 07) und eine eine Nut (25) aufweisende Walze (03) gemeinsam bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebe (11; 23; 34; 49) durch eine gemeinsame Steuerung (10; S) bezüglich der Positionierung des betreffenden Bearbeitungswerkzeugs (06; 07; 05; 28; 30; 32; 37; 38) relativ zur Bahn ansteuerbar sind.
