Eine Sanitärinstallation (1) für eine Ausziehbrause umfasst einen Brausekopf (6), einen Bxauseschlauch und eine in einem Einbauraum (11) angeordnete Aufwickelvorrichtung für den Brauseschlauch. Zur platzsparenden Installation ist der Einbauraum (11) in einer senkrechten Gebäudewand (7) oberhalb einer Bade- oder Duschwanne angeordnet.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sanitärinstallation mit einer Ausziehbrause, die einen Brausekopf, einen Brauseschlauch und eine in einem Einbauraum angeordnete Aufwickelvorrichtung für den Brauseschlauch aufweist.
Sanitärinstallationen mit einer Ausziehbrause dieser Art sind bisher für eine Wannenrandmontage unmittelbar benachbart zu einer Bade- oder Duschwanne bekannt. Dabei umfassen die Sanitärinstallationen im Wesentlichen ein tragendes Gerüst, beispielsweise aus Metallprofilen, wobei an dem Gerüst die unterschiedlichen Bestandteile der Sanitärinstallation angeordnet sind. Wichtigster Bestandteil bildet eine Aufwickelvorrichtung für einen Brauseschlauch in Form eines Schlauchkastens, in dem auf eine Wickelwelle ein Brauseschlauch einer Handbrause auf- und abgewickelt werden kann. Zum selbsttätigen Aufwickeln nach Beenden eines Duschvorgangs ist die Welle mit einer Federkraft beaufschlagt, um den Brauseschlauch in den Schlauchkasten zurückzuziehen und aufzurollen. An der Sanitärinstallation ist ein Anschluss für Mischwasser vorgesehen, um den Brauseschlauch an eine Sanitärarmatur anzuschließen. Letztere dient zur Temperatur- sowie zur Durchflussmengenregulierung in an sich bekannter Weise.
Zur Wannenrandmontage wird die Sanitärinstallation in eine entsprechend ausgebildete Einbauöffnung oder einen Einbauraum zwischen einer Stirn- öder Längsseite einer Dusch- oder Badewanne und einer Gebäudewand von oben her eingesetzt und in bekannter Weise mit dem Wasseranschluss verbunden. Anschließend wird die Einbauöffnung durch einen Deckel nach oben verschlossen und gegebenenfalls verfliest. An dem Deckel ist eine Haltevorrichtung für einen Brausekopf der Ausziehbrause vorgesehen, aus der der Brausekopf vom Nutzer entnommen und mit dem Brauseschlauch im Wesentlichen senkrecht nach oben herausgezogen wird. Nach Beendigung des Duschvorgangs wird der Brauseschlauch durch die Haltevorrichtung hindurch zurückgeführt, selbsttätig aufgewickelt und der Brausekopf selbst wiederum in die Haltevorrichtung beziehungsweise deren konusförmige Aufnahmeöffnung eingesteckt.
Die DE 101 14 856 A1 offenbart eine Haltevorrichtung für eine Ausziehbrause bei der ein Brausehalter um eine feststehende erste Achse sowie.unabhängig hiervon um eine zweite zur ersten senkrechten Achse verschwenkbar ist. Somit kann der Brausekopf einer am Wannenrand montierten Sanitärinstallation auch seitlich oder schräg nach oben herausgezogen werden.
Als nachteilig hierbei hat sich erwiesen, dass aufgrund der immer beengteren Platzverhältnisse in Bädern besonders in Mietwohnungen derartige Sanitärinstallationen .für eine Wannenrandmontage zu viel Platz beanspruchen, da diese eine zusätzliche Konsole oder ein Podest zwischen der Wanne und einer Wand des Badezimmers erfordern. Daher wird bei der Planung auf eine an sich komfortable Ausziehbrause verzichtet und statt dessen eine ästhetisch weniger ansprechende Handbrause mit einem freihängenden Brauseschlauch installiert.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es; eine Sanitärinstallation für eine Ausziehbrause der Eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, dass sie platzsparend installiert werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass der Einbauraum in einer senkrechten Gebäudewand oberhalb einer Bade- oder Duschwanne angeordnet ist.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Sanitärinstallation in einem hierfür vorgesehenen Einbauraum oberhalb der Bade- oder Duschwanne installiert. Somit kann die vorstehend beschriebene Konsole zwischen Wanne und Gebäudewand entfallen, so dass eine platzsparende Installation der Sanitärinstallation möglich ist. Es versteht sich, dass bei der Planung eines Bades eine entsprechend dimensionierte Wandausnehmung beziehungsweise ein Einbauraum mit dem entsprechenden Wasseranschluss eingeplant werden muss. Somit kann ein Brauseschlauch unmittelbar aus der Wand oberhalb der Wanne horizontal oder nach schräg oben ausgezogen und wieder eingeführt werden. Dabei ist die Sanitäriristallation beziehungsweise eine Haltevorrichtung für den Brausekopf in einer ergonomisch günstigen Höhe angeordnet.
Hierbei ist es im Rahmen der Erfindung möglich, dass der Brauseschlauch auf eine im wesentlichen horizontal oder im Wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtete Wickelwelle der Aufwickelvorrichtung in der Sanitärinstallation auf- und abgerollt wird.
Der Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, dass eine Ausziehbrause platzsparend in einer Gebäudewand installiert werden kann und eine Beschädigung eines herunterhängenden Brauseschlauchs ausgeschlossen ist.
In einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform wird für den Brauseschlauch, der Bestandteil der Sanitärinstallation ist, eine 90°-Umlenkung in der Sanitärinstallation vorgesehen. Das bedeutet, dass entgegen dem Stand der Technik, in dem der Brauseschlauch im Wesentlichen senkrecht nach oben aus der Sanitärinstallation heraus geführt ist, der Brauseschlauch nun seitlich und im Wesentlichen in horizontaler Richtung aus der Sanitärinstallation austritt. Bei einer senkrecht angeordneten Aufwickelvorrichtung in Form eines an sich bekannten Schlauchkastens, dessen Wickelwelle für den Brauseschlauch also horizontal ausgerichtet ist, wird zwar der Brauseschlauch nach wie vor nach oben hin von der Rolle abgewickelt, nachfolgend aber um 90° umgelenkt, so dass der Brauseschlauch selbst beziehungsweise der am freien Ende des Brauseschlauchs angeordnete Brausekopf im Wesentlichen in eine horizontale Richtung weist. Im Rahmen der Erfindung ist es dabei mit umfasst, dass die Austrittsrichtung des Brauseschlauchs.aus der Sanitärinstallation parallel zur Wickelwelle ausgerichtet ist oder in eine sonstige im Wesentlichen horizontale Richtung. Geringfügige Abweichungen beispielsweise bis zu +/- 10° von einer 90°-Umlenkung sind selbstverständlich von der Erfindung umfasst.
In vorteilhafter Weise ist die 90°-Umlenkung durch ein viertelkreisförmiges Rohr gebildet. Dieses viertelkreisförmige Rohr ist insbesondere unmittelbar an der Oberseite des Schlauchkastens an dessen Austrittsöffnung für den Brauseschlauch angeordnet, um den Brauseschlauch aufzunehmen und umzulenken. Dabei kann das viertelkreisförmige Rohr selbst auch aus der Sanitärinstallation seitlich hervorstehen. In zweckmäßiger Weise besteht das viertelkreisförmige. Rohr aus geeigneten Kunststoffen oder Metallen.
Um die Sanitärinstallation insbesondere bei der Montage vor Beschädigungen zu schützen sowie Einflüsse des Mauerwerks wie Feuchtigkeit oder dergleichen während des Betriebs von der Sanitärinstallation abzuschirmen ist diese in einen Montagekasten eingesetzt. Dieser Montagekasten, der vorzugsweise quaderförmig ausgebildet ist, schließt die Sanitärinstallation im Wesentlichen durchgehend nach allen Seiten hin ab, wobei in den Wandungen des Montagekastens die entsprechenden Öffnungen für den Wasseranschluss und für den Brauseschlauch ausgebildet sind. Der Montagekasten verfügt über eine Revisionsöffnung, um auf die Sanitärinstallation zugreifen zu können.
Als Material für den Montagekasten empfiehlt sich Kunststoff und/oder Metall, die auf dem Gebiet der Sanitärinstaliation bekannt sind und entsprechende Verschleißfestigkeit und Korrosionsbeständigkeit besitzen.
Zur Befestigung der Haltevorrichtung für den Brausekopf dient in vorteilhafter Weise eine Wandbefestigung, mit der die Haltevorrichtung an einer senkrechten Wand befestigt werden kann. Die Wandbefestigung ist beispielsweise in Form eines die Haltevorrichtung umgreifenden und unmittelbar an der Wand anliegenden Ringes ausgebildet.
Um ein Volllaufen des Montagekasten oder des Schlauchkastens mit Kondenswasser oder durch an Undichtigkeiten austretendes Leitungswasser zu vermeiden, weisen diese vorzugsweise einen Abwasseranschluss auf, um dieses Wasser aus dem Montagekasten oder dem Schlauchkasten heraus abzuführen. Dabei kann der Montagekasten entweder eine leicht geneigte Unterseite zum selbsttätigen Ablaufen des Wassers aufweisen oder er ist mit einer geringfügigen Neigung in eine Wand eingebaut.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert; die einzige Figur zeigt einen vertikalen Schnitt durch eine Gebäudewand mit installierter Schlauchaufwickelvorrichtung.
Die in Figur 1 dargestellte Sanitärinstallation 1 umfasst einen Schlauchkasten 2 zur automatischen Schlauchrückführung eines zur Vereinfachung der Darstellung hier nicht abgebildeten Brauseschlauchs. Diese Schlauchrückführung wird in an sich bekannter Weise mit einer federbeaufschlagten Wickelwelle ausgeführt. Obenseitig tritt ein Brauseschlauch aus dem Schlauchkasten 2 aus und wird zur 90°-Umlenkung durch ein viertelkreisförmiges Rohr 3 hindurchgeführt. Das Rohr 3 besteht aus Metall oder Kunststoff. Am anderen Ende des Rohrs 3 ist eine Wandbefestigung 4 in Form eines Rings angeordnet, mit der eine Haltevorrichtung 5 für einen Brausekopf 6 an einer senkrechten Wand 7 oberhalb einer Dusch- oder Badewanne befestigt werden kann. Somit kann der Brausekopf 6 schräg nach oben aus der entsprechend geneigt ausgebildeten Haltevorrichtung 5 gezogen werden. Zusätzlich ist die Sanitärinstallation 1 mit einem an sich bekannten Wasseranschluss 8 zur Verbindung mit einer nicht dargestellten Sanitärarmatur versehen.
Zur einfacheren Montage und um die Sanitärinstallation 1 vor Beschädigungen zu schützen ist die Sanitärinstallation 1, die zusätzlich über ein Tragegerüst entsprechend dem Stand der Technik verfügen kann, in einen im Wesentlichen quaderförmigen Montagekasten 9 eingesetzt. Der Montagekasten 9 besteht aus Metall und/oder Kunststoff.
Es versteht sich, dass für die Installation der Sanitärinstallation 1 beziehungsweise des Montagekastens 9 ein entsprechend dimensionierter Einbauraum 11 in einer senkrechten Wand 7 beispielsweise im Bad einer Privatwohnung oberhalb der Dusch- oder Badewanne vorgesehen werden muss. Dabei kann der Montagekasten 9 entweder vollständig in die Wand 7 eingesetzt und in dem Fachmann bekannter Weise verblendet werden oder eine Außenwand des Mantagekastens 9 schließt bündig mit der umgebenden Wand 7 ab. Auf jeden Fall muss es gewährleistet sein, dass eine Revisionsöffnung zur Inspektion oder Reparatur der Sanitärinstallation 1 und ihrer Bestandteile installation 1 und ihrer Bestandteile vorhanden ist. Zum Abführen von Kondenswasser aus dem Schlauchkasten 2 dient ein Abwässeranschluss 10.

Claims (7)

  1. Sanitärinstallation (1) mit einer Ausziehbrause, die einen Brausekopf (6), einen Brauseschlauch und eine in einem Einbauraum (11) angeordnete Aufwickelvorrichtung für den Brauseschlauch umfasst,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Einbauraum (11) in einer senkrechten Gebäudewand (7) oberhalb einer Bade- oder Duschwanne angeordnet ist.
  2. Sanitärinstallation (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine 90°-Umlenkung für den Brauseschlauch vorgesehen ist.
  3. Sanitärinstallation (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die 90°-Umlenkung durch ein viertelkreisförmiges Rohr (3) gebildet ist.
  4. Sanitärinstallation(1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sanitärinstallation (1) in einen Montagekasten (9) eingesetzt ist.
  5. Sanitärinstallation (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montagekasten (9) aus Kunststoff und/oder Metall besteht.
  6. Sanitärinstallation (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für eine Haltevorrichtung (5) des Brauseschlauchs eine Wandbefestigung (4) vorgesehen ist.
  7. Sanitärinstallation(1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abwasseranschluss (10) für einen Schlauchkasten (2) und/oder den Montagekasten (9) vorgesehen ist.
