Description

    TECHNISCHES GEBIET
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Stuhl mit Rückenlehne gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruch 1.
    • STAND DER TECHNIK
  • Stühle mit Rückenlehne, welche innerhalb einer Polsterung eine aus einem geschäumten Kunstoffmaterial hergestellte plattenförmige Aussteifung aufweisen sind bekannt und grundsätzlich in einer Vielzahl von Formen ausführbar. Bekannt sind auch Nackenstützen für Stühle mit Rückenlehne.
  • US 2003/0137176 offenbart eine Kopfstütze für einen Stuhl mit Rückenlehne, welche Kopfstütze im Querprofil etwa u-förmig und auf einen Rand der Rückenlehne aufsteckbar ist. In einem Polsterteil der Kopfstütze ist ein Klemmarm mit einem äusseren und einem inneren Armabschnitt eingebettet, wobei die beiden weitgehend formstabilen Abschnitte über ein federbelastetes Gelenk miteinander verbunden und in eine Öffnungsstellung schwenkbar sind.
  • JP 2001 340159 A offenbart eine Nackenstütze für einen Stuhl mit Rückenlehne, welche Nackenstütze im Querprofil etwa u-förmig und auf den oberen Rand der Rückenlehne aufsteckbar ist, wobei sie eine, die u-Form bildende, weitgehend formstabile Schale umfasst, welche bezüglich der u-Form aussenseitig mit einer durch gängigen Polsterung versehen ist.
    • DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNG
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen Stuhl der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, welcher inbesondere einfach und rationell herstellbar und dadurch kostengünstig ist und auf dessen Rückenlehne eine Nackenstütze in einfacher Weise so befestigt werden kann, dass sie gegen unbeabsichtigtes Abziehen gesichert ist, sich dennoch aber mit wenigen Handgriffen auch wieder abnehmen lässt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch die im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale. Der Kern der Erfindung besteht demnach darin, dass die plattenförmige Aussteifung mit etwas Abstand vom oberen Rand der Rückenlehne rückseitig mit mindestens einem, die Dicke der Posterung dort überbrückenden ersten Befestigungsdom für einen Einhängeknopf und vorderseitig mit mindestens einem, die Dicke der Polsterung dort ebenfalls überbrückenden zweiten Befestigungsdom für einen Druckknopf bzw. eine entsprechende Druckknopföse angeformt sind
  • Eine für den erfindungsgemässen Stuhl bevorzugte Nackenstütze umfasst zwei formstabile, im wesentlichen die Schenkel der u-Form bildende, aus dieser heraus in eine Öffnungsstellung schwenkbar miteinander verbundene, weitgehend formstabile Schalen, welche bezüglich der u-Form aussenseitig mit einer durchgängigen Polsterung versehen sind.
  • Durch die beiden weitgehend formstabilen, gegeneinander schwenkbaren Schalen kann bereits die Polsterung sehr rationell angebracht werden, indem z.B. der äussere Polsterstoff (oder auch das äussere Polsterleder) nach Anbringen einer weichen Polsterauflage auf den Aussenseiten der beiden Schalen von aussen über diese gezogen und gespannt und anschliessend innenseitig (bezüglich der u-Form) an den Schalen befestigt wird. Diese Befestigung lässt sich mit üblichen Mitteln wie z.B. Antackem ebenfalls sehr einfach ausführen, wenn dabei die beiden Schalen in ihre Öffnungsstellung verschwenkt sind. Die beiden Schalen garantieren auch, dass die Polsterung und die Nackenstütze insgesamt "in Form" bleibt, selbst wenn sie über einen längeren Zeitraum intensiv belastet wird.
  • Die beiden Schalen können mit Vorteil Spritzgussteile aus Kunststoff sein.
  • Bei einer spitzgusstechnischen Herstellung können die beiden Schalen sogar in einem einzigen Vorgang als ein einstückiges Teil hergestellt werden, wobei die Verbindung zwischen ihnen, die ein Verschwenken gegeneinander erlaubt, in Form mindestens eines Filmscharniers realisiert sein kann.
  • Zur Befestigung der vorbeschriebenen Nackenstütze auf dem oberen Rand der Rückenlehne des erfindungsgemässen Stuhls kann sie an ihrem einen Schenkel mit mindestens einer schlüssellochförmigen Einhängeöffnung und an ihrem anderen Schenkel mit mindestens einem Druckknopf bzw. einer entsprechenden Druckknopföse einer Druckknopfverbindung versehen sein, wobei bei dieser Ausbildung von der Schwenkbarkeit der beiden Schalen gegeneinander zum Teil auch wieder Gebrauch gemacht wird. Bei dieser Ausbildung wird die Nackenstütze zur Befestigung auf dem oberen Rand der Rückenlehne nämlich zunächst mit ihrer mindestens einen, schlüssellochförmigen Einhängeöffnung an dem mindestens einen, an der Rückseite der Rücklehne geeignet plazierten und von dieser vorstehenden Einhängeknopf eingehängt und danach durch leichtes Hochziehen an dem Einhängeknopf gesichert. Danach wird sie über den oberen Rand der Rückenlehne in ihre u-Form geklappt und schliesslich durch Betätigen der mindestens einen Drucknopfverbindung auf der gegenüberliegenden Vorderseite der Rückenlehne, hier aber leicht wieder lösbar, fixiert.
  • Die Einhängeverbindung ist auf der Lehnenrückseite angeordnet, damit sie sich nicht ablöst, wenn z.B. der gesamte Stuhl einmal von hinten an der Nackenstütze erfasst und damit bewegt werden sollte.
    • KURZE ERLÄUTERUNG DER FIGUREN
  • Die Erfindung soll nachfolgend anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen im Zusammenhang mit der Zeichnung näher erläutert werden. Es zeigen:

    WEGE ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNG
  • In den Figuren 1, 2 und 5 bezeichnet 1 die mit einer plattenförmige Aussteifung 2 sowie einer Polsterung 3 versehene Rückenlehne eines Stuhls und 4 eine auf deren oberen Rand aufgesetzte, im Querprofil etwa u-förmige Nackenstütze.
  • Die Nackenstütze 4 umfasst gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 zwei innere, im wesentlichen die Schenkel der u-Form bildende Schalen 5 und 6, welche aussenseitig ebenfalls mit einer Polsterung 7 versehen sind. Die Schale 5 ist auf der Rückseite und die Schale 6 auf der Vorderseite der Rückenlehne 1 angeordnet.
  • Die beiden Schalen 5, 6 sind als weitgehend formstabile Kunststoffspritzgussteile zusammen sowie einstückig hergestellt und über zwei spitztechnisch dabei gleich mit ausgebildete Filmscharniere 8 schwenkbar miteinander verbunden.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt die beiden Schalen 5, 6 in aufgeklappter und Fig. 4 in zusammengeklappter Stellung.
  • Die aus einem Schaumzuschnitt und einem Bezug bestehende Polsterung 7 der Nackenstütze 4 wird durch die beiden Schalen 5, 6 in Form gehalten. Der Bezug ist von aussen nach innen über deren Aussenkanten gezogen und gespannt und innenseitig an ihnen durch Antackern befestigt.
  • Die Nackenstütze 4 ist auf der Rückenlehne 1 zusätzlich befestigt. An ihrer rückseitigen Schale 5 sind dazu zum einen zwei schlüssellochförmige Einhängeöffnungen 9 ausgebildet, welche in Einhängeknöpfe 10 an der Lehnenrückseite eingehängt und darin durch Verschieben gegen Aushängen gesichert werden können. Zum anderen sind an der vorderseitigen Schale 6 zwei Druckknopfösen 11 vorgesehen, welche mit zwei Druckknöpfen 12 an der Lehnenvorderseite zusammenwirken. Die Druckknöpfe 12 sind auf einer solchen Höhe angeordnet, dass die Druckknopfverbindung 11, 12 nur geschlossen werden kann, wenn sich die rückseitigen Einhängeverbindungen 9, 10 in ihrer gegen Aushängen gesicherten Stellung befinden. Derart befestigt kann die Nackenstütze 4 nach Belieben von der Rückenlehne sehr einfach wieder abgenommen werden. Beim Anbringen wie beim Abnehmen sowie zum Schliessen oder Lösen der Druckknopfverbindung ist ihre Aufklappbarkeit aus der u-Form von zusätzllichem Vorteil.
  • Wie dies in Fig. 2 erkennbar ist, sind die Einhängeknöpfe 10 in Befestigungsdomen 13 fixiert, welche rückseitig an der plattenförmigen Aussteifung 2 der Rückenlehne 1 angeformt sind und auch die Polsterung 3 der Rückenlehne überbrücken. Die Druckknöpfe 12 sind in entsprechenden, vorderseitig an der plattenförmigen Aussteifung 2 der Rückenlehne 1 angeformten Befestigungsdomen 14 fixiert, welche dort ebenfalls die Polsterung 3 der Rückenlehne 1 überbrücken.
  • Die plattenförmige Aussteifung 2 der Rückenlehne 1 kann beispielsweise aus einem in einer Form geschäumten Kunstoffmaterial hergestellt sein. Die Befestigungsdome 13, 14 können dabei ohne zusätzlichen Aufwand durch entsprechende Ausbildung der Form mit angeformt werden.
  • Fig. 5 zeigt noch eine Gesamtdarstellung der Rückenlehne 1 mit aufgesetzter Nackenstütze 4, wie sie sich von vorn optisch darstellt.

Claims (6)

  1. Stuhl mit Rückenlehne (1), welche innerhalb einer Polsterung (3) eine aus einem geschäumten Kunststoffmaterial hergestellte plattenförmige Aussteifung (2) aufweist, dadurch gekenzeichnet, dass an die plattenförmige Aussteifung (2) mit etwas Abstand vom oberen Rand der Rückenlehne rückseitig mindestens ein, die Dicke der Polsterung (3) dort überbrückender erster Befestigungsdom (13) für einen Einhängeknopf (10) und vorderseitig mindestens ein, die Dicke der Polsterung (3) dort ebenfalls überbrückender zweiter Befestigungsdom (14) für einen Druckknopf (12) bzw. eine entsprechende Druckknopföse angeformt sind.
  2. Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mit einer auf den auf den oberen Rand der Rückenlehne (1) aufgesteckten, im Querprofil etwa u-förmigen Nackenstütze (4) versehen ist, wobei die Nackenstütze (4) zwei formstabile, im wesentlichen die Schenkel der u-Form bildende, aus dieser heraus in eine Öffnungsstellung schwenkbar miteinander verbundene, weitgehend formstabile Schalen (5, 6) umfasst, welche bezüglich der u-Form aussenseitig mit einer durchgängigen Polsterung (7) versehen sind.
  3. Stuhl nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polsterung (7) um die Aussenkanten der beiden Schalen (5, 6) herumgezogen und bezüglich der u-Form innenseitig an diesen befestigt ist.
  4. Stuhl nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schalen (5, 6) Spritzgussteile aus Kunststoff sind.
  5. Stuhl nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schalen (5, 6) ein einstückiges Teil bilden und über mindestens ein Filmscharnier (8) miteinander verbunden sind.
  6. Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nackenstütze (4) an ihrem als rückseitig vorgesehenen Schenkel (5) , mindestens eine schlüssellochförmige Einhängeöffnung (9) und an ihrem anderen Schenkel (6) mindestens einen Druckknopf bzw. eine entsprechende Druckknopföse (11) einer Druckknopfverbindung (11, 12) aufweist.
