  • at least one electrical cable can be connected to the contact sleeve and the center contact.
  • the contact sleeve comprises a substantially hollow-cylindrical receiving area for receiving the lamp base of the incandescent lamp and a conductor connection area for contacting a cable.
  • In the wall of the receiving area of the contact sleeve at least two guide engagements are provided, each with a bulge at the end of each guide engagement for latching located on the lamp base of the bulb bayonet pins.
  • sockets for incandescent lamps are known from the prior art.
  • bayonet connections for the soluble holding and fixing of incandescent lamps in the sockets are used for generic bulb sockets.
  • the Utility Model DE 20 2005 009 604 U1 describes, for example, a lamp socket for receiving a light bulb, wherein the light bulb has a lamp cap with attached bayonet pins and a ground contact. The contacting of the ground contact is made possible by means of a partially resiliently executed center contact.
  • the Contact sleeve of the socket has lateral recesses for receiving the bayonet pins of the lamp socket. After inserting an incandescent lamp in the socket, the inner wall of the contact sleeve is located on the conductive lamp base and thus causes an electrical contact of the lamp cap.
  • US 1 514 314 A is a socket for receiving and contacting a light bulb known.
  • a metal sleeve of the socket has two individual, laterally spaced ribs and a tab whose free end is opposite to a portion of the metal sleeve located between the two ribs.
  • the bulb engages with bayonet pins in bayonet mount the socket and is thereby locked accordingly.
  • the US patent application US 1 260 401 A describes a socket for receiving and contacting a light bulb. This version also has a bayonet lock for locking the bulb in the socket.
  • the socket also includes spring tabs which are opposite to the wall of the socket and which are each arranged between the two receptacles of the bayonet closure.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to improve a generic lamp holder to the effect that an incandescent bulb does not tilt at a pressure load on the bulb over the ground contact, but remains in the longitudinal axis of the socket.
  • the production of the contacts should be as simple as possible.
  • the invention comprises a contact sleeve according to claim 4 for introduction into a lamp holder.
  • the socket according to the invention for receiving and contacting an incandescent lamp has a housing in which a contact sleeve for receiving the lamp base of the incandescent lamp and a center contact for contacting a ground contact of the incandescent lamp are arranged.
  • at least one electrical cable can be connected to the contact sleeve and the center contact.
  • the contact sleeve comprises a substantially hollow-cylindrical receiving area for receiving the lamp base of the incandescent lamp and a conductor connecting area for contacting a cable.
  • At least two guide engagements are provided, each with a bulge at the end of each guide engagement for latching located on the lamp base of the bulb bayonet pins.
  • two elevations are provided in the inner wall of the contact sleeve.
  • an increase is an imprint.
  • the bulges in the wall of the receiving area of the contact sleeve are preferably arranged so that their respective connecting lines with the longitudinal axis of the receiving area enclose an angle ⁇ which lies between 5 and 180 °. In this case, the at least one increase lies within the sector of the receiving area formed by this angle.
  • the substantially hollow-cylindrical receiving region of the contact sleeve in a partial region of its to the socket opening pointing edge on a tongue in a further embodiment of the invention, the substantially hollow-cylindrical receiving region of the contact sleeve in a partial region of its to the socket opening pointing edge on a tongue.
  • the at least one elevation is preferably arranged on the inner wall of this tongue.
  • the invention further comprises a contact sleeve for a lamp holder in which an electrical cable can be connected to the contact sleeve and the contact sleeve comprises a substantially hollow-cylindrical receiving region for receiving the lamp base of the incandescent lamp and a conductor connection region for contacting a cable.
  • the contact sleeve In the wall of the receiving portion of the contact sleeve are also at least two guide engagements each provided with a bulge at the end of each guide engagement for engaging located on the lamp base of a light bulb bayonet pins. At least one elevation is provided on the inner wall of the receiving region of the contact sleeve.
  • An advantage of the invention lies in the axial alignment of the filament lamp body, which leads to an exact alignment of the filament and thus to an ideal radiation characteristic of the light emitted by the filament. If an embossing is used as an increase within the contact sleeve, this is in the sector of the lamp cap, which is defined by the angle between the bayonet pins or the corresponding bulges for receiving the bayonet pins. By the concerns of the lamp cap on the embossing a tilting of the light bulb is prevented by the bayonet pins.
  • this enlargement of the distance between an elevation and the bayonet pins has the advantage that, for example, the embossing height of an embossment can be increased.
  • embossments of greater height leads to a simpler and thus more cost-effective production process.
  • Fig. 1 shows a generic lamp holder with a housing 20, in which an incandescent lamp 10 is inserted.
  • the bulb is usually screwed with a bayonet lock in the socket and fixed so. However, it is a soluble compound, so that the bulb can be removed by a defined rotational movement back out of the socket.
  • the bayonet catch is typically designed so that at least two bayonet pins are mounted at a certain angle offset from each other on the outer wall of the lamp cap and that the bayonet pins can be screwed into guide engagements and protrusions at the ends of these guide engagements which are at the same angle to each other. This ensures that only appropriately trained light bulbs with bayonet pins, which are at a defined angle to each other, can be introduced into a lamp holder.
  • the incandescent lamp 10 usually consists of a luminous element in which a filament is located and a lamp base, via which the required electrical contact is made.
  • the light bulb is contacted inside the lamp socket with two electrical cables 30, which protrude from the socket.
  • the contacting of the lamp cap takes place via the outer wall of the base and a ground contact.
  • the end of a lamp cap is conically shaped and the ground contact is at the tip of this cone.
  • the contacting of the ground contact of the incandescent lamp can be done in various ways, but it is preferred that a not shown in the figures, resilient center contact is used by the pressure on the ground contact of the lamp cap is exercised. It has been found, however, that the bulb tilts due to the staggered bayonet pins from the longitudinal axis of the lamp socket. Therefore, the inventive introduction of an increase within the lamp socket is particularly advantageous because it prevents tilting of the bulb from the longitudinal axis of the socket.
  • a contact sleeve which has substantially the shape of a hollow cylinder and is located in the interior of the housing 20.
  • the fact that the contact sleeve is substantially hollow-cylindrical, in this context means that its basic shape corresponds to that of a hollow cylinder, which allows the inclusion of the cylindrical bulb socket.
  • the contact sleeve may also have different shape changes such as notches, slots or extensions. In particular, the contact sleeve in doing leadership interventions and bulges for the introduction of the bayonet pins of the light bulb.
  • Fig. 2 shows the hollow-cylindrical receiving portion 55 of a contact sleeve, in which an incandescent lamp 10 is introduced.
  • At the lamp base 11 of the light bulb are at least two bayonet pins 40 and 41, which are locked in the insertion of the light bulb in the lamp holder by a rotary movement along two correspondingly arranged guide engagements in protrusions at the end of the respective guide engagement.
  • These bulges are arranged at an angle to each other in the wall of the receiving area 55 of the contact sleeve, so that in the assembled state as well the bayonet pins not facing each other, but offset from each other.
  • At least one elevation is provided in the inner wall of the receiving region 55 of the contact sleeve.
  • the in Fig. 1 illustrated embodiment of the invention are provided as elevations two embossments 57 and 58.
  • the embossments are located within the sector enclosed by the angle between the connecting lines of the bayonet pins with the longitudinal axis of the lamp socket.
  • Fig. 3 shows the representation of a preferred embodiment of an entire contact sleeve 50 with a receiving area 55 and a conductor connection area 56.
  • the receiving area 55 is hollow-cylindrical with a longitudinal slot formed in the wall, while the subsequent conductor connection area 56 comprises suitable means for connecting a cable.
  • the hollow-cylindrical contact region 55 usually has a defined length and a defined diameter, which is predetermined for different incandescent lamps.
  • In the wall of the receiving area at least two guide engagements 51 and 52 are provided, in which the bayonet pins a to be inserted incandescent lamp.
  • At the end of each guide engagement is in each case a bulge 53 and 54, in which engage the bayonet pins by a corresponding rotational movement.
  • These bulges are preferably formed so that they do not face each other, but are arranged at an angle to each other. This angle ⁇ is formed by the connecting lines of the bulges 53 and 54 with the longitudinal axis of the contact sleeve 50.
  • the angle ⁇ is preferably between 5 and 180 °, wherein the respective connecting line extends approximately through the center of the respective circular bulge. In the assembled state, the angle is thus determined in accordance with the connecting lines of the bayonet pins with the longitudinal axis of the contact sleeve.
  • the angle ⁇ determines a sector in the inner wall of the receiving area 55 of the contact sleeve 50, in which according to the invention at least one elevation is provided.
  • two embossments 57 and 58 are mounted in the sector. The embossments are introduced from the outside into the wall, so that there is a corresponding increase in the inner wall.
  • embossment has proved to be particularly advantageous, since this allows the simple production of an increase, wherein the introduction of the incandescent lamp is not affected.
  • an embossment produces a smooth surface with an increase that does not entail any undesired mechanical damage to the lamp cap.
  • adjunct material can be applied selectively or one or more cuts in the wall material are provided to one fold up small area-wall. Further, it is possible to cut the opening of the lamp socket facing edge of the contact sleeve in a partial area and fold.
  • the contact sleeve 50 is preferably designed with a tongue 59 which is arranged in a partial region of the edge of the receiving region 55.
  • the area of the tongue is in Fig. 3 separated by a dashed line.
  • the receiving area is partially extended in the direction of the opening of the lamp holder and two embossments 57 and 58 are arranged on the tongue.
  • This has the advantage that the elevations can be arranged at a certain axial distance L to the bulges 53 and 54 and to the bayonet pins 40 and 41, which allows the introduction of elevations of a certain height.
  • the tongue is preferably as in Fig. 3 shown executed so that their side edges in the guidance operations 51 and 52 pass.
  • the maximum length of the tongue is determined by the length of the housing 20 of the lamp socket.
  • the axial distance L between the bulges in the wall of the receiving area and the at least one increase in one embodiment of the invention, for example in the Order of 5-10 mm, if the diameter of the contact sleeve is about 10 mm.
  • the tongue 59 is an advantageous solution for increasing the distance between embossments and protrusions or bayonet pins. Furthermore, this has the advantage over the extension of the entire contact sleeve a material savings.
  • Fig. 5 a schematic representation of a bottom view of the lamp cap 11 with the ground contact 12.
  • the position of the bulb is shown in the assembled state, however, only the components relevant for the determination of the position of the elevations components are shown for simplicity of illustration.
  • the bayonet pins 40 and 41 are mounted laterally on the outer wall of the lamp cap 11. Their respective connecting lines with the longitudinal axis of the lamp holder and thus the light bulb clamp the angle ⁇ . The angle corresponds to the angle between the bulges 53 and 54 of the corresponding guide engagements.
  • Through the bayonet pins extends a tilting axis Ka, about which the lamp base 11 tilts at a pressure load on the ground contact 12 in the direction of the angle.
  • the smaller the angle ⁇ the farther the tilting axis Ka is from the center of the lamp cap 11. With increasing distance between the center of the lamp cap 11 and the tilting axis Ka, the tilting moment of the incandescent lamp 10 is thus increased.
  • embossments 57 and 58 on the tongue 59 are located in the sector formed by the angle ⁇ of the contact sleeve two embossments 57 and 58 on the tongue 59, wherein the embossments abut the lamp base.
  • the embossments thus counteract the moment of the incandescent lamp when a force acts on the central axis of the incandescent lamp 10 and the incandescent lamp is held in the longitudinal axis of the lamp holder. This ensures that the filament of the lamp is always perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the socket and thus a defined radiation characteristic can be generated.
