Claims (14)

  1. Elément de fixation (1) dévolu à la fixation d'un panneau isolant (2) à une structure sous-jacente (3), ledit élément de fixation (1) comprenant une douille de chevillage (4), un élément d'écartement (5) et une rondelle de maintien (6), sachant que ledit élément de fixation (1) est muni d'un élément de butée (15) qui est apte à porter contre une face extérieure du panneau isolant (2), est situé sur la rondelle de maintien (6) et est distinct de ladite rondelle de maintien (6),
    caractérisé par le fait
    que la rondelle de maintien (6) est pourvue d'un prolongement (16) et la douille de chevillage (4) est dotée d'une surface de butée (21) concordante, de telle sorte que la course d'enfoncement de l'élément d'écartement (5), dans ladite douille de chevillage (4), soit limitée par une venue en applique dudit prolongement contre ladite surface de butée (21), et/ou
    que l'élément de fixation (1) présente un élément de contrôle (22), d'une manière propre à visualiser l'atteinte de la profondeur de pénétration bien définie, dans le matériau d'isolation, ledit élément de contrôle (22) étant réalisé sous la forme d'une protubérance ménagée sur ladite rondelle de maintien (6) et orientée dans la direction opposée à la direction d'insertion dudit élément de fixation (1).
  2. Elément de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la rondelle de maintien (6) peut tourner vis-à-vis de la douille de chevillage (4) et est verrouillée en rotation avec l'élément d'écartement (5).
  3. Elément de fixation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la rondelle de maintien (6) ne peut pas coulisser axialement par rapport à l'élément d'écartement (5).
  4. Elément de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de butée (15) est réalisé sous la forme d'une bague cylindrique sur la rondelle de maintien (6).
  5. Elément de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de contrôle (22) est aplati et se trouve sur le pourtour de la rondelle de maintien (6).
  6. Elément de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de contrôle (22) peut être dissocié d'avec ledit élément de fixation (1), à la main ou à l'aide d'un outil manuel.
  7. Elément de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le pourtour extérieur (12) de la rondelle de maintien (6) comporte un renflement (13) pourvu d'une arête extérieure (14) de section transversale rectangulaire, pointant dans la direction de la structure sous-jacente (3).
  8. Agencement comprenant un panneau isolant (2), une structure sous-jacente (3) et un élément de fixation (1) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dévolu à la fixation dudit panneau isolant (2) à ladite structure sous-jacente (3).
  9. Procédé de fixation d'un panneau isolant (2) à une structure sous-jacente (3), à l'aide d'un élément de fixation (1) comprenant une douille de chevillage (4), un élément d'écartement (5) et une rondelle de maintien (6), ladite rondelle de maintien (6) étant animée d'une rotation au stade de l'ancrage, ledit élément de fixation (1) étant muni, en vue de porter contre une face extérieure du panneau isolant (2), d'un élément de butée (15) situé sur la rondelle de maintien (6) et distinct de ladite rondelle de maintien (6), et ledit procédé incluant l'étape suivante :
    a) façonnage d'un trou foré (19) à travers ledit panneau isolant (2), jusque dans ladite structure sous-jacente (3),
    caractérisé par les étapes consistant à :
    b) insérer l'élément de fixation (1) dans le trou foré (19) jusqu'à ce que l'élément de butée (15) soit en applique contre une face extérieure du panneau isolant (2), état dans lequel la douille de chevillage (4) n'est pas encore déployée par l'élément d'écartement (5) ;
    c) enfoncer ledit élément d'écartement (5) dans ladite douille de chevillage (4) à l'aide d'un outil de vissage, la rondelle de maintien (6) étant alors reliée, avec verrouillage rotatif, audit élément d'écartement (5) avec lequel elle est animée d'une rotation vis-à-vis de ladite douille de chevillage (4) au cours du déploiement, sachant que seul l'élément de butée (15) pénètre dans le panneau isolant (2), dans un premier temps, jusqu'à ce que ladite rondelle de maintien (6) porte contre ledit panneau isolant (2).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que la rondelle de maintien (6) pénètre dans le panneau isolant (2), au stade de l'ancrage, en provoquant un enfoncement dudit panneau le long du pourtour (12) de ladite rondelle de maintien (6).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que la pénétration, dans le panneau isolant (2), a lieu avec une profondeur prédéterminée.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que la profondeur de pénétration est prédéterminée par l'élément de fixation (1).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément d'écartement (5) est enfoncé davantage dans la douille de chevillage (4), à l'issue de l'étape c), jusqu'à ce
    - qu'un prolongement (16) de la rondelle de maintien (6) porte contre une surface concordante de butée (21) de ladite douille de chevillage (4), et/ou
    - qu'un élément de contrôle (22) de l'élément de fixation (1) visualise l'atteinte de la profondeur de pénétration bien définie, dans le matériau d'isolation.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'à l'issue de l'ancrage de l'élément de fixation (1), la zone enfoncée du panneau isolant (2), provoquée par ledit ancrage, est obturée par une pièce de comblement en matériau d'isolation.
