Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zur Verwendung einer Vorrichtung mit einem Sensor (11), welcher einen Temperaturdetektor (13), einen Prozessor (17) und eine Speichereinheit (18) aufweist, und mit einem Empfänger (12) zum Empfangen von Nachrichten von dem Sensor (11), um ein bestehendes Kühlsystem mit einem pulsgeregelten Kompressor (1) und einer von dem Kompressor (1) kommenden, ein Kühlmittel fördernden Leitung (8) zu überwachen,
    gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:
    - der Temperaturdetektor (13) wird mit einem bestimmten Abstand von dem Kompressor (1) auf der Leitung (8) angeordnet und dazu gebracht, die Temperatur der Mantelfläche der Leitung (8) und damit indirekt die Temperatur des Kühlmittels mit einer bestimmten Messrate zu messen,
    - des Kompressors (17) für die gemessenen Temperaturwerte Tn:
    - Vergleichen von Tn mit einem ersten, in der Speichereinheit (18) gespeicherten Temperaturwert Tmax und mit einem zweiten, in der Speichereinheit (18) gespeicherten Temperaturwert Tmin,
    - Ersetzen von Tmax durch Tn in der Speichereinheit (18), wenn Tn Tmax überschreitet, oder Ersetzen von Tmin durch Tn in der Speichereinheit (18), wenn Tn weniger als Tmin ist,
    - Berechnen eines Betriebszustandswerts auf der folgenden Basis: T n - T n - 1 / t n - t n - 1 + T n - 1 - T mean / K

    wobei Tn-1 der vorher gemessene Temperaturwert ist, tn die zeit des zuletzt gemessenen Temperaturwerts ist, tn-1 die Zeit des zuvor gemessenen Temperaturwerts ist, Tmean der Durchschnitt der ersten und zweiten gespeicherten Temperaturwerte ist, und K eine Konstante in dem Bereich 2 - 30 Minuten ist,
    - Ermitteln, ob der Betriebszustandswert positiv oder negativ ist, wobei ein positiver Wert mit dem Betrieb des Kompressors und ein negativer Wert mit dem Stillstand des Kompressors in Zusammenhang gebracht wird,
    - Berechnen der Länge (a) der letzten vollständigen Periode, in welcher der Betriebszustandswert negativ ist, und der Länge (b) der letzten vollständigen Periode, in welcher der Betriebszustandswert positiv ist, und, wenn der Betriebszustand des Kompressors (1) seit der vorhergehenden Messung unverändert ist, Berechnen der Länge (c) der unvollständigen Periode in dem aktuellen Betriebszustand,
    - Berechnen einer aktuellen Zykluszeit für den Kompressor (1) auf der Basis: Zykluszeit = Laufzeit + Stillstandszeit

    und eines aktuellen Belastungsfaktors für den Kompressor (1) auf der Basis: Belastungsfaktor = Laufzeit / Zykluszeit ,

    wobei die Laufzeit gleich der Länge (b) der letzten vollständigen Periode ist, in welcher der Betriebszustandswert positiv ist, oder, wenn der Betriebszustand des Kompressors ein unveränderter positiver Wert zu der Zeit der Messung ist, gleich der Länge (c) der unvollständigen aktuellen Periode ist, wenn sie größer ist, und wobei die Stillstandszeit gleich der Länge (a) der letzten vollständigen Periode ist, in welcher der Betriebszustandswert negativ ist, oder, wenn der Betriebszustandswert des Kompressors ein unveränderter negativer Wert zu der Zeit der Messung ist, gleich der Länge (c) der vollständigen aktuellen Periode ist, falls sie größer ist, und
    - Senden einer Nachricht zu dem Empfänger (12), mit welcher die gemessene Temperatur, die Laufzeit, die Stillstandszeit und der Belastungsfaktor übertragen werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorbestimmte Abstand zwischen dem Kompressor (1) und dem Temperaturdetektor (13) innerhalb des Bereichs von 10-100 cm liegt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen dem Kompressor (1) und dem Temperaturdetektor (13) 50 cm beträgt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorbestimmte Messrate mindestens 24 Messungen pro Stunde beinhaltet.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorbestimmte Messrate mindestens 30-60 Messungen pro Stunde umfasst.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Tmin und Tmax anfänglich auf 20°C eingestellt werden bzw. auf ungefähr 80°C, wenn der Sensor aktiviert oder reaktiviert wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstante K 8 Minuten entspricht.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betriebszustandswert auf der folgenden Basis berechnet wird: T n - T n - 1 / t n - t n - 1 + T n - T mean / K

  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nachricht auch Tmax und Tmin überträgt.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Prozessor (17) in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen, vorzugsweise ein Mal pro 24 Stunden, Tmax und Tmin um einen vorbestimmten Temperaturwert, vorzugsweise 1°C-2°C, verringert.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kühlsystem für Lebensmittel vorgesehen ist.
