Definitions

  • the invention relates to a grinding tool device with a first grinding surface, which can be driven linearly or eccentrically back and forth.
  • Such grinding tool devices are in the form of so-called orbital and eccentric or triangular grinders, for example WO 00/29170 or DE 35 26 097 A1 known.
  • US 5,902,175 discloses a grinding tool for a non-generic underwater cleaning device; the grinding tool comprises segments with and segments without abrasive coating which alternate with each other and between which grooves and holes run. An eccentric or rotating drive is not provided; The device works with pulsating negative pressure.
  • said grinding tools are not or only very limited suitable.
  • the object of the invention is to propose a grinding tool device with which the surface of a curved workpiece can be machined.
  • a particular advantage of the flexibly flexible partial surfaces is that they can be pressed onto the curved surface of a workpiece without great effort.
  • the partial surfaces nestle against the curved surface. Because the partial surfaces are separated from one another by edge-open separations, one partial surface can deflect relative to an adjacent partial surface, preferably transversely to the grinding surface.
  • the separation may be a separating slot or a larger recess in the grinding surface, whereby the elongated finger-shaped partial surfaces are formed.
  • the first grinding surface is substantially polygonal, in particular rectangular, is formed.
  • the design of the grinding surface as an angular profile is particularly advantageous in that even corners are machined.
  • when editing parquet floors of the corner area can be edited in rooms.
  • the grinding surface as a triangle and corners with an angle of less than 90 ° can be edited.
  • the partial surfaces extend essentially parallel to one another.
  • the separations also run essentially parallel to one another.
  • an embodiment of the grinding tool device provides that the partial surfaces of the first grinding surface are substantially radially outwardly extending.
  • the partial surfaces of the first grinding surface can span an arc. In this radial extent of the partial surfaces, the grinding surface with its partial surfaces thus resembles a fan or a hand.
  • the grinding surface forms an arc segment which has an angle of 90 ° to 270 °, in particular of 90 ° to 180 °.
  • the grinding surface can be pressed against the surface of the workpiece essentially by the pressure of the user's fingers and palm of the hand.
  • the geometry the partial surfaces of the second grinding surface substantially corresponds to the geometry of the partial surfaces of the first grinding surface.
  • a further exemplary embodiment of the grinding tool device is preferred, which is characterized in that the second grinding surface can also be driven reciprocating linearly or eccentrically. Due to the arrangement of partial surfaces of the first grinding surface between partial surfaces of the second grinding surface, partial surfaces alternate with different drive.
  • the partial surfaces of the first grinding surface perform a movement which is offset by 180 ° with respect to a movement of the partial surfaces of the second grinding wheel. This leads to a particularly high surface quality.
  • an embodiment of the grinding tool device in which the partial surfaces of the first grinding surface and the partial surfaces of the second grinding surfaces alternate with one another.
  • a partial surface of the first grinding surface thus follows a partial surface of the second grinding surface.
  • an embodiment of the grinding tool device is proposed in which the linear or eccentric drive of one grinding surface lags the linear or eccentric drive of the other grinding surface by 150-210 °, in particular 170-190 °.
  • the linear or eccentric drive of one grinding surface lags the linear or eccentric drive of the other grinding surface by 180 °.
  • This has the consequence that the partial surfaces of the first grinding wheel perform a movement which is offset by a movement of the partial surfaces of the second grinding wheel by 180 °.
  • a grinding tool device is proposed that is characterized in that the first or second grinding surface is arranged on a flexibly flexible carrier.
  • the carrier may consist of an elastomer or of flexible metals.
  • the grinding surfaces are applied inseparably applied to the carrier in particular glued.
  • the flexibly flexible carrier comprises a sheet metal part.
  • the sheet metal part may consist of one piece or consist of several individual pieces.
  • the carrier can advantageously be produced as a stamped sheet metal part.
  • an embodiment of the grinding tool device which is characterized in that one of the first grinding surface associated first carrier on a first eccentric and the second grinding surface associated second carrier is arranged on a second eccentric.
  • the arrangement of the first and second carrier on a first and second eccentric ensures the linear or eccentric drive of the grinding surface.
  • a further embodiment of the above-mentioned grinding tool according to the invention first eccentric and second eccentric offset by 180 °.
  • one grinding surface of the other lags behind by 180 °.
  • Another embodiment of the grinding tool device provides that the first grinding surface releasably connected to the first Carrier and / or the second grinding surface is releasably connected to the second carrier, for example by a hook / loop connection mechanism (Velcro).
  • Velcro hook / loop connection mechanism
  • an embodiment of the grinding tool device is proposed in which the first carrier is releasably connected to the first eccentric and / or the second carrier is releasably connected to the second eccentric.
  • the advantage here is that in case of damage to the carrier this can be easily replaced by a new carrier without the eccentric must be replaced.
  • the first and the second eccentric are arranged by a common drive shaft drivable and axially superimposed.
  • the advantage here is that when using a single drive shaft both grinding surfaces can be driven differently.
  • Another embodiment of the grinding tool device is characterized by a manually tangible and flexibly bendable cover, which is arranged on a side facing away from the first and / or second grinding surface side, so that by applying manual pressure on the cover is an adjustment of the grinding surface (s) to a Surface of a workpiece to be machined is achievable.
  • the grinding surface is thus surrounded by a cover. This is manually available, allowing a user to grasp and guide the grinding tool in close proximity to the grinding surfaces. He can actively control the contact pressure of the grinding surface (s) by exerting force on his fingers or his handball.
  • the user can guide the grinding tool by exerting slight pressure on the cover.
  • a further embodiment of the grinding tool device provides that the cover engages over the grinding surface (s) on the outside.
  • the grinding surfaces are thus surrounded when processing a workpiece surface from all sides of the cover. This has an advantageous effect on the operating safety.
  • an embodiment of the grinding tool device which is characterized in that between the cover and the grinding surface, an elastically resilient means is arranged, which transmits a pressure generated by manual actuation pressure on the first and / or second grinding surface.
  • the aforesaid resilient means may advantageously be layered. It is also conceivable that the means comprises different means.
  • an embodiment of the grinding tool device which is characterized in that the means in the direction of the grinding surface projecting particular columnar structures.
  • the columnar structures are thereby extended to extend transversely or perpendicularly with respect to the abrasive surfaces. This ensures that the means in the longitudinal direction of the elevation is substantially unyielding and thus a force of the user via the means to the grinding surface (s) is transferable and in the direction parallel to the grinding surfaces is elastically yielding.
  • the cover can be connected to a suction device, so that removed material can be sucked away.
  • a suction device may be provided which sucks dust and chips through openings in the cover.
  • FIGS. 1 to 4 show an inventive partially and explosively illustrated grinding tool 2 in a Embodiment with a first grinding surface 4 and a second grinding surface 6.
  • the first grinding surface 4 is arranged on a first eccentric 8 and the second grinding surface 6 to a second eccentric eccentric 10 reciprocally driven drivable.
  • 4 flexibly flexible partial surfaces 14 formed by open-edge separations 12 in the first grinding surface.
  • flexibly flexible partial surfaces 16 of the second grinding surface 6 are formed by open-edge separations in the second grinding wheel 6.
  • the partial surfaces 16 of the second grinding surface 6 engage in the separations 12 of the first grinding surface 4 and the partial surfaces 14 of the first grinding surface 4 in the separations 18 of the second grinding surface 6, so that partial surfaces 14 of the grinding surface 4 and partial surfaces 16 of the second grinding surface 6 are arranged alternately.
  • the first grinding surface 4 is arranged on a first carrier 20 and the second grinding surface 6 on a second carrier 22.
  • First carrier 20 and second carrier 22 comprise a flexibly flexible sheet metal part. They can be punched from a single item or composed of several individual strips.
  • the first grinding surface 4 and the second grinding surface 6 extend with their partial surfaces 14 and 16 substantially radially outwardly. Radially inside, the first grinding surface 4 is connected to a first eccentric 8 and the second grinding surface 6 is connected to a second eccentric 10.
  • first eccentric 8 and second eccentric 10 are arranged on a drive shaft 24. For this purpose, the second eccentric 10 is pushed onto the drive shaft 24 and axially spaced by a first sleeve 26 against a stop.
  • first eccentric 8 is pushed onto the drive shaft 24 and spaced by a second sleeve 28 to the second eccentric 10.
  • a washer 30 and a screw 32 which is screwed into a receptacle 34 of the drive shaft 24, is ever an inner eccentric sleeve of the first eccentric 8 and the second eccentric 10 rotatably connected to the drive shaft 24.
  • the first eccentric 8 offset by 180 ° is arranged deflected to the second eccentric 10 on the drive shaft 24.
  • the offset by 180 ° arrangement of the first eccentric 8 to the second eccentric 10 causes the first grinding surface 4 and the second grinding surface 6 perform mutually offset movements.
  • FIG. 4 shows how the grinding surfaces 4, 6 on the carriers 20, 22 are detachably arranged.
  • a hook component 36 is applied on a side facing the grinding surfaces, which can be brought into engagement with a loop component 38 (Velcro).
  • the loop component 38 is fixedly arranged on a film 40.
  • the film 40 has in the region of the separations 12, 18 greatly exaggerated material projections 42.
  • an abrasive 44 is mounted, which forms the grinding surfaces 4, 6. This has a perforation 46 in the region of the separations 12, 18.
  • FIGS. 5a to 5c a grinding tool device 2 is shown in the processing of curved and flat surfaces.
  • the cover 50 In addition to a housing 48, in which the drive device is arranged, it has a cover 50.
  • the cover 50 encloses both the first grinding surface 4 and the second grinding surface 6 FIGS. 5a to 5c
  • the cover 50 is flexibly flexible. A user is able to manually guide the grinding tool device 2. For this he can put his hand on the cover 50. By pressure of the user's fingers, the pressure on the grinding surfaces 4, 6 can be increased.
