Claims (5)
- Fernbedienungs-Vorrichtung (1) zum Übertragen eines Steuersignals an eine zu steuernde Einrichtung (10) zur Steuerung einer Anzeige von Daten auf verschiedene Weise, worin die zu steuernde Einrichtung (10) Signalempfängermittel zum Empfangen des von der Fernbedienungs-Vorrichtung (1) übertragenen Steuersignals und Vorgangsausführungsmittel zum Ausführen eines Anzeigevorgangs umfasst, der dem Steuersignal entspricht, worin die Fernbedienungs-Vorrichtung umfasst:Eine Neigungswinkel-Erfassungseinrichtung (31) zum Erfassen eines Neigungswinkels der Fernbedienungs-Vorrichtung,erste Handhabungsmittel (27) und zweite Handhabungsmittel (28), die bereitgestellt sind, um von einer Person bedient zu werden,Signal-Erzeugungsmittel (36) zum Erzeugen eines ersten Steuersignals, um die zu steuernde Einrichtung (10) dazu zu bringen, einen ersten Anzeigemodusvorgang abhängig von einem durch die Neigungswinkel-Erfassungseinrichtung (31) erfassten Neigungswinkel in dem Fall auszuführen, dass das erste Handhabungsmittel (27) bedient wird, und zum Erzeugen eines zweiten Steuersignals, um die zu steuernde Einrichtung (10) dazu zu bringen, einen zweiten Anzeigemodusvorgang abhängig von einem durch die Neigungswinkel-Erfassungseinrichtung (31) erfassten Neigungswinkel in dem Fall auszuführen, dass das zweite Handhabungsmittel (27) bedient wird, undSignalübertragungsmittel (37) zum Übertragen der erzeugten ersten und zweiten Steuersignale.
- Fernbedienungs-Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, weiter umfassend:Dritte Handhabungsmittel (21-26), die bereitgestellt sind, um von einer Person bedient zu werden,worin das Signal-Erzeugungsmittel (36) ein drittes Steuersignal erzeugt, um die zu steuernde Einrichtung (10) dazu zu bringen, einen dritten Anzeigemodusvorgang unabhängig von einem durch die Neigungswinkel-Erfassungseinrichtung (31) erfassten Neigungswinkel auszuführen, worin der dritte Anzeigemodusvorgang einen Betrachtungswinkel der Anzeige in dem Fall ändert, dass das dritte Handhabungsmittel (21-26) bedient wird
- Zu steuernde Einrichtung (10), die einen manipulierten Anzeigevorgang basierend auf einem von einer Fernbedienungs-Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 übertragenen Steuersignal ausführt, umfassend:Signal-Empfangmittel (18) zum Empfangen des übermittelten Steuersignals,einen Controller (11) zum Ausführen des ersten Anzeigemodusverfahrens oder des zweiten Anzeigemodusverfahrens entsprechend dem empfangenen ersten Steuersignal oder dem empfangenen zweiten Steuersignal, basierend auf einem Neigungswinkel, der von der Neigungswinkel-Erfassungseinrichtung (31) erfasst wurde.
- Zu steuernde Einrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 3, worin der Controller (11) das erste Anzeigemodusverfahren oder das zweite Anzeigemodusverfahren abhängig von dem Neigungswinkel ausführt und die dritte Manipulation nicht von dem Neigungswinkel abhängt, worin das dritte Anzeigemodusverfahren einen Betrachtungswinkel der Anzeige in dem Fall ändert, dass das erste Steuersignal oder das zweite Steuersignal, und das dritte Steuersignal empfangen werden.
- Fernbedienungs-Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin mindestens eines der ersten Handhabungsmittel (27) und/oder der zweiten Handhabungsmittel (28) und/oder der dritten Handhabungsmittel (21-26) ein Druck-Schalter ist.
