- Gerät zur Mobilisierung des Körpers mit einer Aufnahmeplattform (1), die bezogen auf einen festen Rahmen (20, 22) beweglich ist, dazu bestimmt ist, einen zu behandelnden Patienten in aufrechter Haltung zu tragen, wobei die Plattform (1) mit dem Rahmen über eine doppelte Zapfenverbindung fest verbunden ist und über eine Schwingbewegung bezogen auf eine Achse, die im Wesentlichen durch ihr Zentrum verläuft, mittels zweier Stellglieder (8, 9) betätigt wird, von denen jedes über eine Zapfenverbindung an derselben Welle (6) befestigt ist, die ihrerseits mit dieser Plattform fest verbunden ist und senkrecht zu der von dieser Plattform definierten Ebene liegt, wobei diese Stellglieder eine Aktivierungsrichtung haben, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur anderen und zur Welle liegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:• diese Stellglieder (8, 9) selbst über Gelenke mit dem Rahmen verbunden sind;• dass die Plattform (1) mit Gelenken an einem Rahmen oder einer oberen, starren Bewehrung (3) befestigt ist, die eine erste, im Wesentlichen waagrechte Gelenkachse (A-A) definiert, die die erste Zapfenverbindung der doppelten Zapfenverbindung bildet, wobei dieser obere Rahmen (3) selbst über ein Gelenk mit einer starren Bewehrung (4) über eine zweite Gelenkachse (B-B) verbunden im Wesentlichen waagrecht und senkrecht zur genannten ersten Gelenkachse ist, die die zweite Zapfenverbindung der doppelten Zapfenverbindung bildet, wobei diese starre Bewehrung mit dem Rahmen (20, 22) fest verbunden ist;und dadurch, dass die Stellglieder (8, 9) am freien Endstück dieser Welle über ein Kardangelenk (39, 40) befestigt ist.
- Gerät zur Mobilisierung des Körpers gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellglieder (8, 9) jeweils aus einem Heber, der vor allem elektrisch ist, bestehen, dessen Befestigungspunkt am Rahmen aus einer Zapfenverbindung (10, 11) vom Typ Kardanverbindung besteht.
- Gerät zur Mobilisierung des Körpers gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellglieder jeweils aus einem Kugelgewinde (37, 38) bestehen, die sich in beide Richtungen mittels eines Brushless-Motors (12, 13)drehen, der mit einem Kodierer oder sogar einem Untersetzungsgetriebe ausgerüstet ist.
- Gerät zur Mobilisierung des Körpers nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es außerdem Handgriffe und ganz allgemein alle Haltevorrichtungen umfasst, mit denen der zu behandelnde oder zu trainierende Patient sich mit seinen oberen Gliedmaßen in Anbetracht der Ungleichgewichte festhalten kann, die aufgrund des Schwingens der Plattform (1), auf der er steht, entstehen.
