Claims (7)

  1. Tampon pour surfaces non planes contenant un boîtier cylindrique (1) et une matrice d'impression (2), caractérisé en ce que la matrice d'impression (2) est constituée par une membrane monocouche hautement élastique, la matrice d'impression (2) est de forme sphéroïde, le bord de la matrice d'impression (2) est en contact parallèle avec le côté du boîtier (1) et fixé au boîtier cylindrique (1) par un étau annulaire de compression (3) afin d'obtenir la forme sphéroïde de la matrice d'impression (2) uniquement par compression avec le boîtier cylindrique (1).
  2. Tampon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le biseau localisé sur le bord de l'étau annulaire de compression (3) sur le côté de la matrice d'impression (2) a un angle allant de 20° à 90°, de préférence de 20° à 45°, afin de conférer la forme sphéroïde de la matrice d'impression (2).
  3. Tampon selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la matrice d'impression (2) est composée de polyoléfine expansée ou d'EVA expansé.
  4. Tampon selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre du boîtier cylindrique (1) comprend au moins 90 % du diamètre B de la matrice d'impression (2).
  5. Procédé de production de la forme sphéroïde de la matrice d'impression (2) du tampon comprenant :
    a) la fixation du boîtier cylindrique (1) et de la matrice d'impression (2),
    b) la compression de la matrice d'impression (2) sur le boîtier cylindrique (1) à l'aide de l'étau annulaire de compression (3),
    caractérisé en ce que la matrice d'impression (2) se présente sous la forme d'une membrane monocouche hautement élastique de forme sphéroïde, la forme sphéroïde de la matrice d'impression (2) est obtenue uniquement par compression de l'étau annulaire de compression (3) avec le boîtier cylindrique (1).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'étape a) comprend le placement du bord de la matrice d'impression (2) parallèlement au côté du boîtier cylindrique (1).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'étape b) comprend la torsion, la compression ou la fermeture par encliquetage de l'étau annulaire de compression (3) sur le boîtier cylindrique (1).
