Claims (4)

  1. Ofen (1), umfassend
    - einen Gehäusekörper (2),
    - eine Garungskammer (3), die im Gehäusekörper (2) angeordnet ist und in die zu garende Lebensmittel gegeben werden,
    - eine Tür (4), die Zugriff auf die Garungskammer (3) bietet,
    - wenigstens eine Heizeinrichtung (5), die dafür sorgt, dass die Luft in der Garungskammer (3) erwärmt wird,
    - ein Gebläse (6), das die von der Heizeinrichtung (5) erwärmte Luft bewegt,
    - einen Motor (7), der dafür sorgt, dass das Gebläse (6) angetrieben wird,
    - wenigstens eine Welle (8), die dafür sorgt, dass der Antrieb vom Motor (7) an das Gebläse (6) übertragen wird,
    - einen Sensor (9), der derart am Motor (7) angeordnet ist, dass er der Welle (8) zugewandt ist, und die Momentangebläsedrehzahl (N) erkennt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Steuereinheit (10) dazu konfiguriert ist:
    - eine Änderungsgröße der Gebläsedrehzahl (DN) zu bestimmen, indem sie die Differenz zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Messungen der Momentangebläsedrehzahl (N) berechnet, die von dem Sensor (9) in dem vom Hersteller vorgegebenen Zeitraum (ti) erkannt werden, um eine Abnahme der Gebläsedrehzahl (N) aufgrund eines plötzlichen Abfalls der Temperatur der Garungskammer (3) zu bestimmen, der auftritt, wenn die Tür (4) geöffnet wird,- zu bestimmen, dass die Tür (4) geöffnet wurde, wenn die Änderungsgröße der Gebläsedrehzahl (DN), die von der Steuereinheit (10) bestimmt wurde, gleich oder größer als der vom Hersteller vorgegebene Grenzwert der Änderung der Gebläsedrehzahl (DNlimit) ist, und
    - dafür zu sorgen, dass Änderungen an den Garungsschritten vorgenommen werden, wenn erkannt wird, dass die Tür geöffnet wurde.
  2. Ofen (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (10) dazu konfiguriert ist, den zu sprühenden Dampf anzuhalten, wenn die Tür (4) geöffnet wird.
  3. Ofen (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (10) dazu konfiguriert ist, dafür zu sorgen, dass die Heizeinrichtungen (5) derart arbeitet, dass sie, den Wärmeverlust in der Garungskammer (3) kompensiert, wenn die Tür (4) wieder geschlossen wird, nachdem die Tür (4) als offen erkannt wurde.
  4. Ofen (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (9) ein Hall-Sensor ist.
