Abstract
Description
- L'invention concerne les prédalles en béton qui sont préfabriquées sur un site de production pour être transportées sur un chantier de construction d'un bâtiment avant d'y être installées. De telles prédalles sont destinées à recevoir sur leurs faces supérieures du béton formant une dalle de compression de façon à constituer, conjointement avec cette dalle de compression un plancher.
- De telles prédalles sont avantageusement fabriquées en béton précontraint de manière à être suffisamment légères pour être transportables, et suffisamment résistantes pour supporter le poids de la dalle de compression coulée sur chantier.
- Sur un chantier de construction d'un bâtiment, la réalisation d'un plancher en utilisant de telles prédalles consiste dans un premier temps à installer un ensemble de prédalles en appui sur des murs de refend ou des poutres du bâtiment, de manière à couvrir toute la surface du plancher à réaliser.
- Une fois que ces prédalles sont installées, des opérateurs placent sur la face supérieure qu'elles délimitent, un ensemble de ferraillages pour former les armatures de la dalle de compression à couler.
- Le coffrage de la dalle de compression à couler a ainsi un fond constitué par la face supérieure des prédalles, et un rebord périphérique qui est formé en partie par les murs entourant le plancher à construire, et en partie par des éléments additionnels en bois ou autre que les opérateurs ajoutent le long des bords libres correspondant par exemple à des balcons du bâtiment.
- Le coulage du béton de la dalle de compression est ainsi réalisé directement sur les prédalles. En pratique, la mise en oeuvre de prédalles pour bâtir les planchers d'un bâtiment permet de gagner un temps considérable sur la construction de ce bâtiment.
- Le but de l'invention est de proposer une structure de prédalle permettant de réduire encore le temps de construction d'un bâtiment.
- A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet une prédalle destinée à supporter le béton d'une dalle de compression pour constituer conjointement avec cette dalle de compression le plancher d'un bâtiment, cette prédalle comportant un corps en béton et au moins une embase de fixation ancrée dans un bord du corps en béton, cette embase de fixation étant destinée à recevoir un élément de retenue se solidarisant rigidement à cette embase par emboîtement afin de dépasser de la face supérieure du corps de prédalle pour constituer une portion de coffrage perdu du béton de la dalle de compression.
- Avec cette solution, le rebord périphérique du coffrage de la dalle de compression peut être très rapidement mis en oeuvre dans les régions correspondant à un bord libre du plancher à fabriquer : il n'est plus nécessaire aux opérateurs de confectionner un rebord de coffrage avec des éléments en bois ou autre, il leur suffit d'emboîter dans les embases de fixation des éléments de retenue de type becquets ou analogues prévus à cet effet.
- L'invention concerne également un système comprenant une prédalle telle que définie ci-dessus, et au moins un élément de retenue ayant une forme de becquet.
- L'invention concerne également un système comprenant une prédalle telle que définie ci-dessus, et au moins un élément de retenue formant becquet ainsi que isolant thermique.

- La
figure 1 montre une portion de prédalle pourvue conformément à l'invention d'une embase de fixation et d'un élément venant se fixer à cette embase ; - La
figure 2 montre schématiquement en coupe transversale une structure de bâtiment construit avec la prédalle selon l'invention ; - La
figure 3 montre en perspective un élément de retenue sous forme de becquet destiné à être solidarisé à une embase de fixation d'une prédalle selon l'invention ; - La
figure 4 montre en perspective un élément de retenue formant à la fois becquet et isolant et qui est destiné à être solidarisé à une embase de fixation d'une prédalle selon l'invention ; - La
figure 5 est une vue en perspective d'un élément de retenue formant à la fois becquet isolant et organe structurel qui est destiné à être solidarisé à une embase de fixation d'une prédalle selon l'invention. - L'idée à la base de l'invention est de simplifier la mise en oeuvre du coffrage de la dalle de compression. Ceci est obtenu en prévoyant des embases de fixation au niveau du bord périphérique délimité par l'ensemble des prédalles sur lesquelles doit être coulée la dalle de compression. Des becquets dépassant vers le haut peuvent ainsi être solidarisés à ces embases de fixation pour constituer tout ou partie du rebord périphérique du coffrage de la dalle de compression.
- La prédalle selon l'invention qui est repérée par 1 dans la
figure 1 comporte un corps en béton précontraint 2 comprenant des câbles de précontrainte 3 orientés longitudinalement et parallèlement les uns aux autres. Dans l'exemple de lafigure 1 , l'un des bords longitudinaux de cette prédalle est équipé d'une embase de fixation 4 qui est rigidement solidarisée au corps en béton 2 en étant ancrée dans celui-ci. - Cette embase comporte une portion inférieure d'ancrage, repérée par 6, qui est enrobée dans le béton du corps de prédalle 2, et elle comporte une portion supérieure de fixation 7 qui dépasse de la face supérieure 8 du corps de prédalle 2 et qui est destinée à recevoir un élément complémentaire qui est ici un élément de retenue en forme de becquet repéré par 9 dans l'exemple de la
figure 1 . - L'embase est constituée par exemple par une pièce en matière plastique, en tôle ou encore en béton, et elle peut être solidarisée au corps de prédalle par des éléments de fixation de type vis ou autre, ou bien par surmoulage durant la fabrication de ce corps de prédalle. Dans ce cas, l'embase est installée dans le moule de fabrication du corps de prédalle en étant positionnée le long des rives de ce moule, et elle est le cas échéant maintenue en position par des organes de maintien externes.
- Une fois que le béton a été coulé et a terminé de prendre, l'embase qui comporte avantageusement des reliefs à sa face en contact avec le béton du corps de prédalle, est alors rigidement solidarisée au corps de prédalle pour former avec celui-ci un tout rigide.
- L'invention permet ainsi de couler une dalle de compression sur un ensemble de prédalles qui n'est pas bordé de murs ou cloisons sur tout son pourtour au moment du coulage, comme par exemple dans l'architecture de construction de la
figure 2 . - Cette construction correspond à celle d'un bâtiment à plusieurs étages dont les différents planchers sont portés par les deux murs de pignon et par différents murs de refend intérieurs du bâtiment, mais dans lequel les murs longitudinaux externes sont des murs rideaux, montés après le coulage des planchers.
- Pour construire ce bâtiment, on a installé un ensemble de prédalles précontraintes 11-15 contiguës et jointives qui sont portées par différents murs de refend intérieurs tels que le mur 17, et par les murs de pignon qui ne sont pas représentés.
- Chaque prédalle possédant un bord longitudinal longeant le mur rideau à installer en dernier lieu, comme la prédalle 11, est une prédalle selon l'invention c'est-à-dire pourvue le long de son bord longitudinal externe d'une série d'embases de fixation non visibles dans la
figure 2 . - Conformément à l'invention, des éléments de retenue sous forme de becquets 18 sont fixés au bord longitudinal externe de la prédalle 11 pour constituer une portion du rebord périphérique du coffrage de la dalle de compression 19 à couler. Ainsi, comme visible dans la
figure 2 , le coffrage de la dalle de compression 19 a un fond qui correspond à la face supérieure des prédalles, et un rebord périphérique qui est délimité par les murs de pignon non visibles, par le mur 17', et par différents éléments de retenue 18 rapportés sur les embases de fixation. - Le montage du plancher du second étage est réalisé de la même manière, en installant l'ensemble des prédalles 11'-15' et en fixant les becquets 18' au bord longitudinal externe de la prédalle 11', de manière à procéder au coulage de la dalle de compression 19' du deuxième étage.
- Le mur rideau qui est installé après fabrication des différents planchers, comporte plusieurs tronçons 21-21" qui sont raccordés les uns aux autres par l'intermédiaire d'un becquet 18, 18'.
- A cet effet, dans l'exemple de construction de la
figure 2 , les éléments de retenue 18 et 18' constituent, outre des becquets de coffrage des dalles de compression 19 et 19', des éléments thermiquement isolants. Leur pouvoir d'isolation thermique permet de casser le pont thermique formé par l'interface du plancher avec le mur extérieur en rideau, de manière à réduire les déperditions thermiques du bâtiment. - Comme illustré aux
figures 3 à 5 , différents éléments de retenue peuvent être fixés à l'embase 4. Dans l'exemple de lafigure 3 , l'élément de retenue est un simple becquet 9, constituant une paroi verticale constituant un rebord de hauteur relativement importante s'élevant au dessus de la face supérieure de la prédalle lorsqu'il est en place. - Ce béquet 9 a une forme générale de plaque dont la portion inférieure est pourvue d'une fente, repérée par 22, s'étendant longitudinalement et débouchant vers le bas du becquet, et grâce à laquelle ce becquet vient s'emboîter sur la portion supérieure 7 de l'embase de fixation 4 pour se fixer rigidement à celle-ci par emboîtement et/ou encliquetage.
- L'élément de retenue 23 de la
figure 4 constitue quant à lui à la fois un becquet et un isolant thermique. Il comporte une structure de base 24 identique au becquet 9, et par laquelle il se fixe en s'emboîtant à l'embase 4, mais en outre un matériau isolant 26 est rapporté sur la face externe de la structure de base 24 de manière à lui conférer les fonctionnalités supplémentaires d'isolant thermique. - L'élément 27 qui est représenté à la
figure 5 constitue également un élément isolant comme l'élément 23 de lafigure 4 , mais il constitue en outre un organe structurel par lequel la chape de compression peut être solidarisée rigidement à un élément de mur externe structurel. - Comme visible dans cette
figure 5 , cet élément 27 comporte une structure 28 de même section que le becquet 9 et par lequel il se fixe à l'embase de fixation selon l'invention, ainsi qu'un matériau isolant 29 rapporté à la face externe de sa structure 28. Mais cet élément 27 comporte en outre différents éléments de ferraillage 31 qui traversent sa structure 28 ainsi que le matériau isolant 29, de sorte qu'ils constituent des fers dépassant des deux côtés du corps de cet élément 27. - En pratique après coulage du béton de la dalle de compression, les fers dépassant vers l'intérieur sont enrobés, de sorte qu'ils sont rigidement solidarisés à cette dalle de béton. La portion de ces fers qui dépasse de l'autre côté de l'élément 27 peut alors à son tour être noyée dans un élément de béton externe tel qu'un mur externe, ce qui permet de lier rigidement la dalle de compression du plancher à un élément de béton externe.
Claims (3)
- Prédalle (1, 11, 11') destinée à supporter le béton d'une dalle de compression (19, 19') pour constituer conjointement avec cette dalle de compression (19, 19') le plancher d'un bâtiment, cette prédalle comportant un corps en béton (2) et au moins une embase de fixation (4) ancrée dans un bord du corps en béton (2), cette embase de fixation (4) étant destinée à recevoir un élément de retenue (9, 18, 18') se solidarisant rigidement à cette embase (4) par emboîtement afin de dépasser de la face supérieure du corps de prédalle (2) pour constituer une portion de coffrage perdu du béton de la dalle de compression (19, 19').
- Système comportant une prédalle selon la revendication 1, et au moins un élément de retenue (9) ayant une forme de becquet.
- Système comportant une prédalle selon la revendication 1, et au moins un élément de retenue (23) formant becquet ainsi que isolant thermique.
