Claims (10)
- Piston (10) pour un moteur à combustion interne, qui présente une tige de piston (14) ainsi qu'une tête de piston (13) avec une partie annulaire (21) périphérique et un canal de refroidissement (24) périphérique fermé par un élément de fermeture (26), dans lequel un évidement (23) périphérique est réalisé entre la tête de piston (13) et la tige de piston (14), dans lequel
l'élément de fermeture (26) est constitué d'au moins deux éléments partiels (27, 28), caractérisé en ce
que chaque élément partiel (27, 28) présente une plaque de base (29) orientée de manière radiale et au moins un collet (31) périphérique orienté de manière axiale au niveau du bord (29a) extérieur de la plaque de base (29), lequel est logé dans au moins un pli (34) extérieur s'étendant en dessous de la partie annulaire (21). - Piston selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un collet (31) et/ou l'au moins une plaque de base (29) sont fixés au niveau du piston (10) par soudage, collage ou brasage.
- Piston selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un collet (31) est disposé au même niveau que le contour extérieur de la tête de piston (13).
- Piston selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément partiel (27, 28) présente précisément un collet (31) continu.
- Piston selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une ouverture d'entrée d'huile et/ou de sortie d'huile (32, 33) est prévue dans au moins une plaque de base (29).
- Piston selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une ouverture d'entrée d'huile et/ou de sortie d'huile (32, 33) est réalisée dans les zones d'extrémité (27a, 27b ; 28a, 28b) de deux éléments partiels (27, 28) adjacents.
- Piston selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bord (29a) libre de l'au moins une plaque de base (29) est disposé à distance du piston (10).
- Piston selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (26) est réalisé sous la forme d'un composant en tôle.
- Piston selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (26) est réalisé sous la forme d'une tôle élastique.
- Piston selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le bord (29a) libre au moins d'une plaque de base (29) repose sous précontrainte au niveau du piston (10).
