Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine galvanische Beschichtungsanlage und ein Verfahren zu deren Betrieb zur Beschichtung einer Oberfläche eines als Arbeitselektrode geschalteten Werkstücks mittels einer auf die jeweilige zu erstellende Schicht abgestimmten, in einem Vorratsbehälter vorgehaltenen Arbeitslösung mit einer Beschichtungssubstanz vorgegebener Konzentration und Beschaltung des Werkstücks gegen eine Gegenelektrode über eine vorgegebene Beschichtungsdauer. Um die Beschichtung schnell und effektiv vornehmen zu können, ist mittels einer durch Umwälzen der Arbeitslösung über zumindest eine Zuleitung und zumindest eine Ableitung an der Oberfläche eine vorgegebene Strömung der Arbeitslösung zur Einstellung derselben Konzentration der Beschichtungssubstanz wie im Volumen der Arbeitslösung eingestellt.
