Claims (2)
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Anlage, umfassend wenigstens:- ein Walzwerk (7), in dem das Band kontinuierlich durchlaufend gewalzt wird,- Walzmittel, die mit den Walzen des Walzwerks und mit dem Band in Kontakt gebracht werden,- eine Bandzugeinheit (9, 9'), die am Ausgang des Walzwerks angeordnet ist,- ein mindestens eine Entfettungseinrichtung umfassendes Dekontaminationsmodul (8), das zwischen dem Ausgang des Walzwerks und der Zugeinheit angeordnet ist, um am Ausgang des Walzwerks die restlichen Mittel vom Band zu entfernen,- einen Bandspeicher (10), der am Ausgang mindestens eines Teils (9) der Zugeinheit (9, 9') angeordnet ist, wobei der Speicher am Ausgang des Speichers eine Banddurchlaufgeschwindigkeit unter einer Höchstgrenze beibehält, um die Geschwindigkeit hinter dem Speicher für eine Dauer zu reduzieren, die ein Einfügen einer Papierbahn mittels eines hinter dem Ausgang des Bandspeichers (10) angeordneten Papierbahn-Einfügemoduls ermöglicht, und wobei das Band im Wesentlichen ein nichtoxidierbares Metall umfasst und wobei:- in einem ersten Schritt die Banddurchlaufgeschwindigkeit im Walzwerk (7) bis zum Eintritt des Bandes in den Speicher (10) hinter dem Walzwerk eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit wie 400 bis 600 m/min erreicht;- in einem zweiten kurzzeitigen Schritt der Speicher (10) einen Austritt des Bandes in Richtung mindestens einer Wickelmaschine (13, 14) mit einer Geschwindigkeit einleitet, die gegenüber derjenigen des ersten Schritts vermindert ist, wie 30 bis 60 oder gar 100 m/min;- in einem dritten Schritt nach der Laufzeit von kurzer Dauer die Wickelmaschine eine maximale Bandwickelgeschwindigkeit einleitet, wie mehr als 550 m/min oder gar 750 m/min,- das Einfügen der Papierbahn auf dem Band im zweiten Schritt eingeleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei während des zweiten Schritts eine Prüfung (11) und ein Schneiden (12) erfolgen.
