Claims (11)

  1. Procédé d'essai du câblage d'une grue (1), en particulier d'une grue à montage rapide mobile, selon lequel au moins un câble (6), en particulier un câble de chariot, est soumis à l'action d'une force de traction d'essai,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le câble (6), dans un état monté sur la grue, est soumis à l'action de la force de traction d'essai par un dispositif tendeur de câble (7), qui peut être utilisé dans un mode d'essai avant l'activation du fonctionnement de la grue.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel après la mise à disposition de la force de traction d'essai, le dispositif tendeur de câble (7) est commuté dans un mode de fonctionnement de grue, dans lequel le câble (6) est soumis par le dispositif tendeur de câble (7) à l'action d'une force de tension de fonctionnement de grue plus faible par comparaison à la force de traction d'essai.
  3. Grue, en particulier grue à montage rapide mobile, comprenant un câblage ainsi qu'un dispositif d'essai (8) destiné à contrôler la résistance suffisante d'au moins un câble (6) du câblage,
    caractérisé en ce que

Grue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle un dispositif de commande (9) est prévu pour la commande du dispositif tendeur de câble (7) et comporte des moyens de commande de mode d'essai destinés à commuter automatiquement le dispositif tendeur de câble (7) en mode d'essai après le montage du câble et avant l'activation du fonctionnement de la grue.
  6. Grue selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle la force de traction d'essai sur le câble (6) peut être commandée par lesdits moyens de commande de mode d'essai de manière pulsatoire autour d'un niveau maximal de force de câble se produisant en conditions de fonctionnement et au-delà de ce niveau maximal de force de câble.
  7. Grue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la grue comprend une flèche (3) de préférence basculante, sur laquelle est monté un chariot (4) de manière déplaçable, qui peut être déplacé au moyen d'un câble de chariot (6), le dispositif d'essai (8) étant associé audit câble de chariot (6).
  8. Grue selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le dispositif de commande (9) comporte des moyens de commande de fonctionnement de grue, de préférence un dispositif de vanne de commande de pression, pour la commande automatique de la force de tension de fonctionnement de grue exercée sur le câble (6) en mode de fonctionnement de grue.
  9. Grue selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle le dispositif tendeur de câble (7) sollicite un brin extérieur du câble de chariot (6), qui mène du chariot (4) à une extrémité de flèche en porte-à-faux.
  10. Grue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le dispositif tendeur de câble (7) comprend une poulie de renvoi de câble (10) montée mobile, qui peut être déplacée par un actionneur de réglage (11).
  11.
