Abstract

- L'invention repose sur l'assemblage de deux barres superposées (11 et 12), décalées dans le plan vertical selon un angle variable en fonction de la destination, mais présentant toujours un écart dans le plan horizontal permettant d'insérer une pièce complémentaire (20), l'ensemble faisant l'objet de cette demande de brevet. - La pièce complémentaire (20) est composée d'un élément (25) d'épaisseur variable en fonction de sa destination et présentant toujours à l'arrière un ergot ascendant (31) et à l'avant un ergot (32) descendant assurant le blocage dans les deux directions horizontales avant et arrière. - Cette pièce (20) est prolongée d'un élément de forme variable en fonction de sa destination. - Dans le cas où il s'agit de mobilier, la pièce complémentaire (20) sera prolongée d'un plateau de forme variable en fonction du design restant à définir, elle pourra être de finition brute, plastique, métal ou bois, ou tout autre matériau approprié.

  • - La présente invention concerne un système d'assemblage composé de deux barres et d'une pièce complémentaire comportant deux ergots.
    • État de la technique antérieur :
  • - Après recherches, le seul brevet déposé qui corresponde à un principe de fixation amovible comparable trouvé est enregistré sous la référence EP 0277379 .L'inventeur est M. BARES, Jean Jacques, pour le compte du demandeur SARL MOULAGES PLASTIQUES DU MIDI, SARL, 10 Boulevard de Joffrey, 31600 MURET, France.
  • Ce principe d'accrochage se compose principalement de deux pièces, l'une femelle à fixer à un support, l'autre mâle, venant se clipser par emboitement dans la partie femelle et comportant une feuillure permettant de placer une tablette.
    • Objet de la demande de brevet :
  • Le principe d'assemblage faisant l'objet de la présente demande de brevet améliore le procédé cité plus haut en plusieurs points.
  • - Ce principe d'assemblage est notablement simplifié du point de vue du montage et du démontage, ce qui augmente la possibilité de déplacer ou de remplacer les éléments assemblés selon ce principe.
  • Ce principe d'assemblage étant d'une manipulation particulièrement facile, il permet de s'adapter aux contraintes de montage temporaire et de stockage dans le cas d'une utilisation ponctuelle.
  • - Ce principe d'assemblage étant composé de deux barres et d'une pièce complémentaire, il peut se décliner aussi bien dans l'ameublement que dans le luminaire par alimentation bipolaire sécurisée, ainsi que dans l'industrie.

  • - Sa fonction sera de permettre à l'utilisateur de s'en servir de table ou de plateau en prolongement de son système de fixation.
  • - Les différentes applications sont principalement dans l'aménagement des surfaces modulables ou de petite taille. On peut adapter ce système dans le but d'augmenter la surface disponible d'une table, servir de tablette amovible pour l'aménagement des camping cars ou des bateaux, ou de tout espace dont l'aménagement est susceptible de varier rapidement
  • - Le montage, d'une extrême facilité, permet de laisser l'espace libre quand le plateau n'a pas d'usage. Il peut être assemblé à un système fixé au mur, il peut également venir en prolongement d'un meuble de type bar ou guéridon, ou pied de parasol, ou tout autre meuble pouvant être ceinturé ou complété par ce système de fixation. Il pourra également s'adapter au cadre d'un lit afin de permettre de présenter un plateau porte repas (ex : lits d'hôpitaux) ou bien à une chaise (tablette d'écriture).
  • - Ce système de fixation étant composé de deux barres, il pourra recevoir un équipement électrique basse tension permettant de transmettre au plateau une alimentation électrique pour éclairer celui-ci par l'intérieur ou en périphérie, selon design à définir.
  • - Dans le cas d'une adaptation destinée à augmenter la surface d'une table simple ou d'une table de parasol, il conviendra de prévoir une pièce de type verrou permettant de solidariser les plateaux entre eux.
  • - Ce système peut également servir à équiper des présentoirs fixes ou mobiles principalement destinés au commerce en boutiques ou en étals de marchés. Dans ce cas, il est possible d'équiper le plateau d'un système d'éclairage en sous-face permettant de mieux mettre en valeur les marchandises exposées sur le plateau inférieur
  • - Le système précédemment décrit peut également être décliné sous forme de luminaire. Dans ce cas, le système de fixation peut être composé de deux barres placées dans le même plan horizontal ou décalées, comme pour le cas du plateau de table.
  • - Les deux barres seront alors utilisées comme conducteurs, soit par la nature même de leur matériau, soit par insertion d'un système conducteur sur chacune d'elles.

Claims (3)

  1. : Dispositif (10) d'assemblage, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux barres (11), (12) superposées et décalées dans le plan vertical, présentant un écart dans le plan horizontal permettant d'insérer une pièce complémentaire (20), et en ce que ladite pièce complémentaire (20) est composée d'un élément (25) d'épaisseur variable comportant un ergot ascendant (31) et un ergot descendant (32).
  2. : Dispositif (10) d'assemblage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce complémentaire (20) est prolongée d'un plateau (40).
  3. ; Dispositif (10) d'assemblage selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre une alimentation électrique.
