Claims (14)
- Ultraschallbildverarbeitungsvorrichtung (5), umfassend eine Bildprozessoranordnung (50), die angepasst ist, zum:Empfangen einer ersten Sequenz (100) von Ultraschallbildern (150), die ein interessierendes anatomisches Merkmal (151) während eines ersten vollständigen Herzzyklus in Abwesenheit einer invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung (15) in den Ultraschallbildern abbilden, wobei jedes Ultraschallbild einer anderen Phase des Herzzyklus entspricht;Empfangen einer weiteren Sequenz (100') von Ultraschallbildern (150), die das interessierende anatomische Merkmal (151) während eines weiteren vollständigen Herzzyklus in Gegenwart der invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung (15) in den Ultraschallbildern abbilden, wobei jedes Ultraschallbild einer anderen Phase des Herzzyklus entspricht, wobei die invasive medizinische Vorrichtung (15) das interessierende anatomische Merkmal zumindest teilweise verdeckt, und für jedes Ultraschallbild der weiteren Sequenz:Verfolgen der Position der invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung im Ultraschallbild;Isolieren der invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung vom Ultraschallbild; undEinfügen der isolierten invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung in ein Ultraschallbild der ersten Sequenz einer entsprechenden Phase des Herzzyklus an der verfolgten Stelle; undSteuern einer Anzeigevorrichtung, um die erste Sequenz von Ultraschallbildern einschließlich der eingeführten invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung anzuzeigen.
- Ultraschallbildverarbeitungsvorrichtung (5) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ultraschallbildverarbeitungsvorrichtung angepasst ist, um die Erfassung mindestens der weiteren Sequenz von Ultraschallbildern als Reaktion auf einen externen Stimulus auszulösen, der einen bestimmten Punkt im Herzzyklus anzeigt.
- Ultraschallbildverarbeitungsvorrichtung (5) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei jede der ersten Sequenz (100) und der weiteren Sequenz (100') von Ultraschallbildern (150) einen Cineloop definiert.
- Ultraschallbildverarbeitungsvorrichtung (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Bildprozessoranordnung (50) angepasst ist, um den Ort der invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung in einem Ultraschallbild (150) der weiteren Sequenz (100') unter Verwendung eines Objekterkennungsalgorithmus zu bestimmen.
- Ultraschallbildverarbeitungsvorrichtung (5) nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Objekterkennungsalgorithmus ein optischer Formmessungsalgorithmus ist.
- Ultraschallbildverarbeitungsvorrichtung (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die invasive medizinische Vorrichtung (15) mehrere elektromagnetische Sender in einer definierten Ausrichtung entlang der invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung umfasst, und wobei die Bildprozessoranordnung (50) angepasst ist, um den Ort der invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung in einem Ultraschallbild (150) der weiteren Sequenz (100') basierend auf empfangenen elektromagnetischen Übertragungen von der Vielzahl von elektromagnetischen Sendern zu bestimmen.
- Ultraschallbildverarbeitungsvorrichtung (5) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Sender Ultraschallsender sind.
- Ultraschallbildgebungssystem (1), umfassend die Ultraschallbildverarbeitungsvorrichtung (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 und eine Ultraschallsonde (10), die kommunikativ mit der Ultraschallbildverarbeitungsvorrichtung gekoppelt werden kann, und zur Bereitstellung des Ultraschallbildverarbeitungsvorrichtung mit mindestens der weiteren Sequenz (100') von Ultraschallbildern (150) angepasst ist.
- Computerprogrammprodukt, umfassend ein computerlesbares Speichermedium mit damit verkörperten computerlesbaren Programmanweisungen, um bei Ausführung auf der Bildprozessoranordnung (50) der Ultraschallbildverarbeitungsvorrichtung (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 zu bewirken, dass die Bildprozessoranordnung:Empfangen einer ersten Sequenz (100') von Ultraschallbildern (150), die ein interessierendes anatomisches Merkmal (151) während eines ersten vollständigen Herzzyklus in Abwesenheit einer invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung (15) in den Ultraschallbildern abbilden, wobei jedes Ultraschallbild einer anderen Phase des Herzzyklus entspricht;Empfangen einer weiteren Sequenz (100') von Ultraschallbildern (150), die das interessierende anatomische Merkmal (151) während eines weiteren vollständigen Herzzyklus in Gegenwart der invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung (15) in den Ultraschallbildern, wobei jedes Ultraschallbild einer anderen Phase des Herzzyklus entspricht, wobei die invasive medizinische Vorrichtung (15) das interessierende anatomische Merkmal zumindest teilweise verdeckt, und für jedes Ultraschallbild der weiteren Sequenz:Verfolgen der Position der invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung im Ultraschallbild.Isolieren der invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung vom Ultraschallbild; undEinfügen der isolierten invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung in ein Ultraschallbild der ersten Sequenz einer entsprechenden Phase des Herzzyklus an der verfolgten Stelle; undSteuern einer Anzeigevorrichtung, um die erste Sequenz von Ultraschallbildern einschließlich der eingeführten invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung anzuzeigen.
- Computerprogrammprodukt nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Computerprogrammprodukt weiter angepasst ist, um zu bewirken, dass die Bildprozessoranordnung die Erfassung mindestens der weiteren Sequenz von Ultraschallbildern als Reaktion auf einen externen Stimulus auslöst, der einen bestimmten Punkt im Herzzyklus anzeigt.
- Computerprogrammprodukt nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei jede der ersten Sequenz (100) und der weiteren Sequenz (100') von Ultraschallbildern (150) einen Cineloop definiert.
- Computerprogrammprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei das Computerprogrammprodukt ferner angepasst ist, um zu bewirken, dass die Bildprozessoranordnung den Ort der invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung in einem Ultraschallbild (150) der weiteren Sequenz (100') unter Verwendung eines Objekterkennungsalgorithmus bestimmt.
- Computerprogrammprodukt nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Objekterkennungsalgorithmus ein optischer Formmessungsalgorithmus ist.
- Computerprogrammprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei die invasive medizinische Vorrichtung (15) mehrere elektromagnetische Sender in einer definierten Ausrichtung entlang der invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung umfasst, und wobei das Computerprogrammprodukt weiter angepasst ist, um zu bewirken, dass die Bildprozessoranordnung den Ort der invasiven medizinischen Vorrichtung in einem Ultraschallbild (150) der weiteren Sequenz (100') basierend auf empfangenen elektromagnetischen Übertragungen von der Vielzahl von elektromagnetischen Sendern bestimmt.
