Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of flexible pouches for shipping items of the envelope type, in particular those which have an inflation system making it possible to protect the items contained in the envelope against shocks during their shipment.
- the main objective of the present invention is to implement an alternative inflation system which best preserves the inflated envelope until it arrives at the recipient.
- Flexible envelope-type shipping pouches which provide protection for the items being shipped. Such protection proves to be necessary for fragile items given that the envelopes and, in general, the parcels are abused during their routing to the recipients. These shipments can be made by plane, train, or road transport (truck, car or cycle).
- a first implementation consists in providing foam padding in a pocket of the envelope, said padding defining a compartment for receiving the items to be dispatched.
- An example is the patent EP2345601B1 .
- a second implementation consists in providing an inflatable chamber which surrounds a compartment for receiving the articles to be dispatched.
- Examples include the following patent applications or patents: US4184596A , US4262801A , US5447235A , US6056119A , US2007053615A1 , WO02066338A1 , GB2545636A , GB2230509A , EP1170225A1 And CA2009365A1 .
- the envelope has an internal pocket defining a compartment for receiving an article, an external pocket integrating the internal pocket, an opening arranged on the internal and external pockets to access the compartment.
- the internal pocket and the external pocket are fixed together by their design in several sheets welded together or in a single sheet folded and welded at its edges, said internal and external pockets being arranged so as to define an inflatable chamber around said internal pocket.
- one or more valves on the external pocket make it possible to inflate the chamber which may be composed of one or more inflatable zones around the compartment, said valves being closed by plugs. These plugs are likely to come off during shipping, the pouch then no longer providing any protection for the item which therefore risks being delivered damaged.
- the external pocket comprises one or more flattened flexible valves which are crushed and closed under the effect of the inflation pressure in the chamber.
- the chamber can deflate at least partially, this deflation being able for example to occur when the pressure in the chamber is not high enough, in the event of poor inflation.
- the inflatable pouch comprises a duct implemented between the two faces of the internal pocket, this duct comprising two outlet orifices respectively on the two faces of the internal pocket, the said outlet orifices communicating in the chamber.
- the sealing of the duct is obtained by the pressure in the chamber which crushes the two faces of the internal pocket in the zone of the said duct.
- a conduit which has an outlet opening into the inflatable chamber and an inlet opening into the pouch.
- the duct also constitutes a valve which closes only thanks to the pressure in the chamber.
- the pocket also includes a flap which has the sole function of closing the access opening to the compartment.
- the inflatable pouch comprises a duct implemented between two folded strips arranged between one face of the outer pocket and one face of the inner pocket, the duct being delimited by welds.
- a point or a line of welding arranged between said face of the outer pocket and the two folded bands, makes it possible to stretch these two folded bands and thus the duct, which makes it possible to close it and prevent the pressurized air from escaping from the chamber.
- This pressurized air is also present in the chambers on each side of the folded strips and communicating with the chamber, said air pressure making it possible to keep the duct closed in addition to the stretching of said folded strips.
- the inflatable pouch comprises a duct implemented between two folded strips arranged between a face of the outer pocket and a face of the pocket internal, the duct being delimited by welds.
- a rigid tube is sealed and permanently sealed in this duct, its end being closed by a stopper after inflation of the pouch.
- the outlet orifice of the duct opens into the chamber and has a restricted section delimited by the weld bead at the level of which said outlet orifice is located. This only makes it possible to limit the escape of pressurized air into the chamber once the inflation has been carried out, only the plug ensuring a real sealing of the tube and, thus, of the duct.
- US2011192121A1 relating to a shipping pouch which comprises a pocket receiving an inflatable shirt in which is positioned an article to be shipped.
- the inflatable shirt includes a common conduit that communicates with a plurality of conduits.
- the common conduit includes one or two inlets which are in correspondence with one or two inlets on the bag.
- the inflation of the shirt is done by injecting air through the inlets on the pocket.
- a weld bead is made along the entire length of the common duct to seal it and prevent the air in the ducts from escaping through the inlet orifices.
- the pocket includes a flap for closing the opening so as to maintain the article in the pocket.
- US4465188A relating to a shipping pouch which comprises a traditional envelope in which an inflatable shirt is positioned and allows the receipt of an item to be shipped.
- the inflatable shirt includes an internal pocket defining an article receiving compartment and an external pocket, an inflatable chamber being defined between the internal and external pockets.
- This shirt comprises a valve which penetrates into the chamber and comprises lips positioned in this chamber. The sealing of the lips is ensured by the pressure in said inflated chamber.
- the envelope has a flap for closing it once the shirt has been incorporated therein.
- the present invention aims to overcome the problems of total or partial deflation that may appear on the inflatable pockets of the aforementioned prior art, during their shipments.
- the invention relates to a flexible envelope-type shipping pouch.
- the pouch comprises an internal pocket defining a compartment for receiving an article, an external pocket integrating the internal pocket, an opening arranged on the internal and external pockets to access the compartment.
- the inner pocket and the outer pocket are fixed between they so as to define an inflatable chamber around said internal pocket.
- This attachment between the internal and external pockets can be achieved in various ways within the reach of those skilled in the art, for example by welding or gluing between several sheets or by using a single folded sheet and having its edges welded or glued together.
- the pouch comprises a duct which extends inside the chamber.
- the duct has an outlet that opens into the chamber and an inlet that opens to the outside of the pouch.
- the duct extends in the direction of the length of the pouch and is implemented directly between a face of the outer pocket and a face of the inner pocket so that the inflation of the chamber ensures the formation of at least one fold on the cover, said fold ensuring the sealing of the duct.
- the implementation of the duct directly between a face of the external pocket and a face of the internal pocket advantageously makes it possible to generate folds in the duct during the inflation of the pouch.
- the inflation of the pocket has the effect of deforming the outer pocket and the inner pocket by generating folds on the outer surface of the pocket. These folds on the pocket close off the duct, which prevents the air in the chamber from escaping through said duct.
- the sender has the article to be sent into the compartment by inserting it into the internal pocket through the opening, then he inflates the chamber by blowing into the duct; the inner pocket and the outer pocket are deformed during inflation, which allows the inner pocket to match the shape of the article contained in the compartment, so as to immobilize it properly.
- the pressure in the inflation chamber makes it possible to crush the duct which extends in said chamber, due to its flexibility. This crushing of the duct already limits in almost all the possibilities that the gaseous fluid - generally air - contained in the chamber can escape.
- the deformation of the internal pocket and the external pocket makes it possible to generate one or more folds on the duct due to its implementation between two adjoining faces of said internal and external pockets, which naturally obstructs this duct and prevents the seem to escape from the room.
- the internal pocket comprises a first face and the external pocket comprises a first face.
- the duct is implemented between the side edges of the inner and outer pockets and a partial weld arranged between the two first faces along said side edges and with a slight spacing with respect to said side edges.
- Other variants of implementation of the duct between the first face of the external pocket and the first face of the internal pocket could be provided, said duct being offset and independent of the side edges of the internal and external pockets. It is also possible to provide the implementation of the conduit between a second face of the external pocket and a second face of the internal pocket.
- the conduit extends over the length of the outer pouch so that the outlet of said conduit is positioned in the third third of the chamber starting from its end located at the level of the opening.
- the outlet of the duct is located close to the lower edge of the outer pocket.
- the length of the conduit is at least half the length of the pouch, preferably at least two-thirds of the length of the pouch, so as to guarantee the presence of at least one fold on the duct during the inflation of the chamber and, thus, the sealing of said duct.
- the duct comprises a flat width, that is to say before the inflation of the chamber, of between five and thirty millimeters (5 mm and 30 mm), preferably between eleven and twenty -three millimeters (11 mm and 23 mm), preferably equal to twenty millimeters (20 mm).
- the pouch comprises a flap arranged to close the opening in a folded-down position and first adhesive means arranged to hold the flap in the folded-down position.
- the conduit inlet opens onto the outside of the pouch in a position such that the flap closes off the conduit in its folded-down position.
- the sender activates the first adhesive means and proceeds to fold the flap to close the opening, which concomitantly closes the duct.
- the first adhesive means then maintain the flap in its folded position and, thus, the sealed conduit, which definitively prevents any possibility of deflation of the chamber.
- the sealing of the duct when the flap is in its folded position can be obtained thanks to various arrangements between the duct and the pocket.
- the conduit inlet leads to the flap so that in its folded position, said flap folds the conduit on itself to close it.
- the sealing of the duct is obtained by the folding of the duct on itself when the flap is folded down.
- the inlet of the duct opens onto the outer pocket in a zone where the first adhesive means are located when the flap is in the folded-down position.
- the inlet of the duct opens onto an outer wall of the outer pocket, in the zone receiving the flap during its folding down and its gluing; the entrance to the duct is therefore imprisoned by the first adhesive means and the flap glued to said outer wall, which closes off the entrance to the duct.
- the flap comprises an upper part and a lower part in which the conduit inlet is located.
- second temporary adhesive means are arranged on the upper part. Thanks to this configuration of the flap, the upper part of the flap can be folded over the lower part of the flap, the presence of the second temporary adhesive means making it possible to temporarily hold the upper part folded over the lower part and, thus, over the entrance of the conduit, before use.
- temporary adhesive means is meant the fact that the upper part of the flap can be disengaged from the lower part of the flap, after it has been put in place, without any deterioration of said upper and lower parts.
- the outer pocket is made of a material chosen from polyolefins and the inner pocket is also made of a material chosen from polyolefins. This will make it easier to recycle the pouch after use.
- the cover comprises on its front upper part anti-fraud detection means which cooperate with the first adhesive means in the folded-down position of the flap. This allows you to see whether the pouch has been opened or not before it is delivered to the recipient. Of course, it is possible to envisage variants of covers without such detection means.
- the internal pocket comprises a lower edge which is floating vis-à-vis the external pocket.
- the internal pocket comprises a lower edge which is fixed to an internal wall of the external pocket. This second embodiment has the advantage, compared to the first embodiment, of totally immobilizing the article in the inflated chamber.
- the pouch comprises a rigid blowing tube partially incorporated into the duct for inflating the chamber, said tube being removable.
- This rigid tube makes it possible to inflate the chamber by simply blowing into said tube, without the need for additional inflation means of the compressor type.
- the tube is extracted, the extraction of the tube not only allows the pipe to collapse at least partially under the pressure in said chamber, and above all the formation of at least one fold on this pipe guaranteeing its filling.
- the sealing of the duct is reinforced by the positioning of the flap in its folded down position.
- the end of the duct remains free from the end of the tube, allowing the outlet of the duct to collapse under the effect of the pressure in the chamber when the sender stops blowing into the tube and during the extraction of said tube, thus avoiding deflation of the chamber.
- the tube can be prepositioned in the conduit; on the contrary, it is possible to provide for inserting the tube at the time of use of the pouch.
- the diameter of the rigid tube is between three and fifteen millimeters (3 mm and 15 mm), preferably between eight and eleven millimeters (8 mm and 11 mm), preferably equal to nine millimeters (9 mm).
- the diameter of the rigid tube is related to the flat width of the duct, which prevents the air blown from escaping on the sides of the duct during inflation of the chamber and properly maintains the rigid tube when it is prepositioned in the duct before using the pocket.
- the length of the rigid tube is between half and two-thirds of the length of the pouch. This allows the rigid tube to be pushed far enough into the duct so that air can easily enter the chamber during inflation by blowing normally into the rigid tube with the mouth.
- the rigid tube in the presence of the flap comprising an upper part and a lower part in which the entrance to the duct is located and second temporary adhesive means are arranged on the upper part, the rigid tube is prepositioned in the duct, before use .
- the upper part of the flap can be folded over the end of the rigid tube with the second adhesive means which ensures a temporary holding folded down of said upper part on the lower part of the flap, which protects the end of the rigid tube against dirt, before use.
- pouch is used to designate the flexible shipping pouch according to the invention.
- same references are used to designate the same characteristics according to the various cover variants.
- the pocket 1 - according to the various variants illustrated - has an internal pocket 2 and an external pocket 3.
- the internal pocket 2 comprises two faces 21, 22 and the external pocket 3 comprises two faces 31, 32.
- the internal pocket 2 is made of a polyethylene material, but one could choose other materials, for example polypropylene.
- the outer pocket 3 is made of a polyethylene material, but other materials could be chosen, for example polypropylene.
- the two faces 31, 32 of the outer pocket 3 are welded together at the side edges 33, 34 of said outer pocket 3. These two faces 31, 32 can also be welded together at the lower edge 35 of the pocket external 3, when the latter is implemented from two sheets and not from a single sheet folded in two at said lower edge 35.
- the two faces 21, 22 of the internal pocket 2 are welded together at the side edges 23, 24 of said internal pocket 2.
- These two faces 21, 22 can also be welded together at the lower edge 25 of the internal pocket 2, when the latter is implemented from two sheets and not from a single sheet folded in two at the level of said lower edge 25.
- first and second faces 21, 22 of the inner pocket 2 and the first and second faces 31, 32 of the outer pocket 3 are also welded together at their side edges 23, 33, 24, 34.
- the upper edge 26 of the first face 21 of the internal pocket 2 is welded with the upper edge 36 of the first face 31 of the external pocket 3.
- the upper edge 27 of the second face 22 of the internal pocket 2 is welded with the upper edge 37 of the second face 32 of the external pocket 3.
- two welds 81, 82 are provided at a distance from the upper edges 26, 36 and the upper edges 27, 37 on the internal 2 and external 3 pockets, which makes it possible to delimit the inflation chamber 4 in order to keep flat, after inflation of said chamber 4, the upper front part 1a and the flap 7 on the pocket 1, for a suitable closing of the opening 5 by the flap 7.
- the upper edge 27 of the second face 22 of the internal pocket 2 is welded with the second face 32 of the external pocket 3 while the upper edge 37 of the second face 32 of the external pocket 3 protrudes from the upper edge 27 of the second face 22 of the internal pocket 2.
- This also delimits the chamber 4 to keep the upper front part 1a and the flap 7 of the pocket 1, suitably flat after inflation of the said chamber 4.
- a first weld 83 is provided over the width of the pocket 1, between the first face 21 of the internal pocket 2 and the first face 31 of the external pocket 3, except for a small opening 9 which remains close to the side edges 23, 33 of said first faces 21, 31.
- a second weld 84 is provided in the direction of the length of the cover 1 between said first faces 21, 31, close to their side edges 23, 33. This second weld 84 is extends from the first weld 83 where it is positioned adjacent to the opening 9, to near the lower edge 25 of the inner pocket 2 and the lower edge 35 of the outer pocket 3.
- conduit 10 preferably having a flat width, before inflation of the chamber 4, of between five and thirty millimeters (5 mm and 30 mm), preferably between eleven and twenty-three millimeters (11 mm and 23 mm), preferably twenty millimeters (20mm).
- conduit 10 extends over at least two-thirds of the length of pouch 1.
- Inlet 10a of conduit 10 corresponds with orifice 9 and outlet 10a of said conduit 10 opens into chamber 4.
- the cover 1 includes an anti-fraud strip 12 integrating a system for displaying a fraudulent opening.
- anti-fraud display systems are well known in the field of envelopes or bags, in particular for transporting valuables.
- the anti-fraud strip 12 is positioned in the upper front part 1a of the pocket 1.
- Pouch 1 also comprises an adhesive layer 13 temporarily coated with a protective strip 14.
- This adhesive layer 13 is placed on the internal face 7a of flap 7.
- the adhesive layer 13 rests on the anti-fraud strip 12 and on the upper front part 1a of the pouch 1, which keeps the opening 5 closed and the conduit 10 folded back on itself.
- the adhesive layer 13 ensures a permanent closure of the pocket 1, the release of the flap 7 for the opening of the pocket 1 activating the anti-fraud band 12.
- the lower edge 25 of the internal pocket 2 can remain free vis-à-vis the external pocket 3, as shown in the figure 4 .
- the weld 85 will extend partially over the lower edge 25 of the inner pocket 2, as shown in figure 1 , so that the entire chamber 4 fills correctly during inflation.
- the pouch 1 comprises a rigid tube 15, illustrated alone on the figure 2 , which is inserted through the orifice 9, inside the conduit 10.
- This rigid tube 15 extends partially into the conduit 10 so as to retain the outlet 10b of the said flexible conduit 10, which allows the said outlet 10b to close when the chamber 4 is inflated and thus prevents almost all the air from escaping from the chamber 4 even before the complete sealing of the duct 10 obtained by the positioning of the flap 7.
- the diameter of the rigid tube 15 is chosen in proportion to the flat width of the duct 10.
- the diameter of the rigid tube 15 is between three and fifteen millimeters (3 mm and 15 mm).
- the diameter of the rigid tube 15 is between eight and eleven millimeters (8 mm and 11 mm).
- the diameter of rigid tube 15 is nine millimeters (9 mm). This avoids an escape of the air blown on the sides of the duct during the inflation of the chamber.
- the length of the rigid tube is between half and two-thirds of the length of the pouch. This makes it possible to push the rigid tube 15 sufficiently into the duct 10 so that the air can easily enter the chamber during inflation by blowing normally into the rigid tube with the mouth.
- the pouch 1 is designed so that the rigid tube 15 is prepositioned in the conduit 10 and so that the end 15a of said rigid tube 15 is protected against dirt before the use of the pouch 1.
- the flap 7 is dimensioned to protrude sufficiently significantly vis-à-vis the end 15a of the rigid tube 15 in position in the conduit 10, only said end 15a protruding from the opening 9.
- comprises a temporary adhesive strip 17 is arranged over the width of the flap 7, close to its upper end 7b, as shown in the figure 1 .
- the upper part 7c of the flap 7, located between the upper end 7b and a second fold line 18, is folded against the lower part 7d of said flap 7, located between the first fold line 11 and the second fold line 18, the temporary adhesive strip 17 ensuring the maintenance of said upper part 7c folded against said lower part 7d, which protects the end 15a of the rigid tube 15.
- the user releases the upper part 7c of the flap to access the end 15a of the rigid tube 15 and inflate the chamber 4.
- cover 1 without ensuring such protection of the end 15a of the rigid tube 7 against dirt, in which case the flap 7 may be shorter and not be equipped with the temporary adhesive strip 17 .
- the articles 16 are inserted through the opening 5, into the compartment 6 of the internal pocket 2. Then the sender blows into the tube 15, which inflates the chamber 4. This inflation of the chamber 4 allows the two faces 21, 22 of the internal wall 2 to be pressed against the article 16 and to block the opening 5, as illustrated in the picture 3 . Thus, the article 16 is immobilized in the compartment 6.
- the sender then removes the rigid tube 15; the flexibility of the materials internal 2 and external 3 pockets allows the outlet 10b of the duct 10 to close, as explained previously, which keeps the chamber inflated while the sender removes the protective strip 14 to release the adhesive layer and folds down the flap 7 against the upper front part 1a of the pocket 1, thus completely closing the duct 10.
- the conduit 10 could be implemented on the same principle as described previously, between the second face 22 of the internal pocket 2 and the second face 32 of the external pocket 3.
- the orifice 9, c that is to say the inlet 10a of the duct 10
- the orifice 9, c that is to say the inlet 10a of the duct 10
- the adhesive layer 13 and the said flap 7 cover the said orifice 9, this which also closes the duct 10 in the folded position of said flap 7.
- the arrangement of the conduit 10 between the first face 21 of the internal pocket 2 and the first face 31 of the external pocket 3 or between the second face 22 of the internal pocket 2 and the second face 32 of the external pocket 3, makes it possible to ensure the formation of folds on the pouch 1 and on the duct 10 during the inflation of the chamber 4. These folds on the duct 10 then naturally ensure its sealing, which prevents the deflation of the chamber 4 even before the installation of the flap 7.
- the placement of the flap 7 simply guarantees against any possible risk of deflation of the chamber 4. It is however understood that, within the framework of the invention, it is possible to envisage variants of pouches without any flap .
- the pouch 1 will also include on at least one of its outer walls 1b, 1c a window (not shown) allowing the address of the recipient and possibly that of the sender to be written, in particular before the inflation of the chamber 4.

Description
The present invention relates to the field of flexible pouches for shipping items of the envelope type, in particular those which have an inflation system making it possible to protect the items contained in the envelope against shocks during their shipment.
The main objective of the present invention is to implement an alternative inflation system which best preserves the inflated envelope until it arrives at the recipient.
Ces acheminements peuvent se faire par avions, trains, ou transports routiers (camion, voiture ou cycle).Flexible envelope-type shipping pouches are known which provide protection for the items being shipped. Such protection proves to be necessary for fragile items given that the envelopes and, in general, the parcels are abused during their routing to the recipients. These shipments can be made by plane, train, or road transport (truck, car or cycle).

The present invention aims to overcome the problems of total or partial deflation that may appear on the inflatable pockets of the aforementioned prior art, during their shipments.
To this end, the invention relates to a flexible envelope-type shipping pouch. The pouch comprises an internal pocket defining a compartment for receiving an article, an external pocket integrating the internal pocket, an opening arranged on the internal and external pockets to access the compartment. The inner pocket and the outer pocket are fixed between they so as to define an inflatable chamber around said internal pocket. This attachment between the internal and external pockets can be achieved in various ways within the reach of those skilled in the art, for example by welding or gluing between several sheets or by using a single folded sheet and having its edges welded or glued together.
According to the invention, the pouch comprises a duct which extends inside the chamber. The duct has an outlet that opens into the chamber and an inlet that opens to the outside of the pouch.
Furthermore, according to the invention, the duct extends in the direction of the length of the pouch and is implemented directly between a face of the outer pocket and a face of the inner pocket so that the inflation of the chamber ensures the formation of at least one fold on the cover, said fold ensuring the sealing of the duct.
The implementation of the duct directly between a face of the external pocket and a face of the internal pocket advantageously makes it possible to generate folds in the duct during the inflation of the pouch. Indeed, the inflation of the pocket has the effect of deforming the outer pocket and the inner pocket by generating folds on the outer surface of the pocket. These folds on the pocket close off the duct, which prevents the air in the chamber from escaping through said duct.
Thus, the sender has the article to be sent into the compartment by inserting it into the internal pocket through the opening, then he inflates the chamber by blowing into the duct; the inner pocket and the outer pocket are deformed during inflation, which allows the inner pocket to match the shape of the article contained in the compartment, so as to immobilize it properly. The pressure in the inflation chamber makes it possible to crush the duct which extends in said chamber, due to its flexibility. This crushing of the duct already limits in almost all the possibilities that the gaseous fluid - generally air - contained in the chamber can escape. Furthermore, the deformation of the internal pocket and the external pocket makes it possible to generate one or more folds on the duct due to its implementation between two adjoining faces of said internal and external pockets, which naturally obstructs this duct and prevents the seem to escape from the room.
According to one embodiment of the pouch, the internal pocket comprises a first face and the external pocket comprises a first face. In addition, the duct is implemented between the side edges of the inner and outer pockets and a partial weld arranged between the two first faces along said side edges and with a slight spacing with respect to said side edges. Other variants of implementation of the duct between the first face of the external pocket and the first face of the internal pocket could be provided, said duct being offset and independent of the side edges of the internal and external pockets. It is also possible to provide the implementation of the conduit between a second face of the external pocket and a second face of the internal pocket.
According to one embodiment of the pouch, the conduit extends over the length of the outer pouch so that the outlet of said conduit is positioned in the third third of the chamber starting from its end located at the level of the opening. Preferably, the outlet of the duct is located close to the lower edge of the outer pocket.
Preferably, the length of the conduit is at least half the length of the pouch, preferably at least two-thirds of the length of the pouch, so as to guarantee the presence of at least one fold on the duct during the inflation of the chamber and, thus, the sealing of said duct.
According to one embodiment of the pouch, the duct comprises a flat width, that is to say before the inflation of the chamber, of between five and thirty millimeters (5 mm and 30 mm), preferably between eleven and twenty -three millimeters (11 mm and 23 mm), preferably equal to twenty millimeters (20 mm).
According to one embodiment, the pouch comprises a flap arranged to close the opening in a folded-down position and first adhesive means arranged to hold the flap in the folded-down position. In addition, the conduit inlet opens onto the outside of the pouch in a position such that the flap closes off the conduit in its folded-down position.
Thus, once the chamber is inflated, the sender activates the first adhesive means and proceeds to fold the flap to close the opening, which concomitantly closes the duct. The first adhesive means then maintain the flap in its folded position and, thus, the sealed conduit, which definitively prevents any possibility of deflation of the chamber.
The sealing of the duct when the flap is in its folded position can be obtained thanks to various arrangements between the duct and the pocket.
According to a first embodiment of the pouch, the conduit inlet leads to the flap so that in its folded position, said flap folds the conduit on itself to close it. Thus, the sealing of the duct is obtained by the folding of the duct on itself when the flap is folded down.
According to a second embodiment of the pocket, the inlet of the duct opens onto the outer pocket in a zone where the first adhesive means are located when the flap is in the folded-down position. Thus, the inlet of the duct opens onto an outer wall of the outer pocket, in the zone receiving the flap during its folding down and its gluing; the entrance to the duct is therefore imprisoned by the first adhesive means and the flap glued to said outer wall, which closes off the entrance to the duct.
According to these aforementioned first and second embodiments, in a variant, the flap comprises an upper part and a lower part in which the conduit inlet is located. In addition, second temporary adhesive means are arranged on the upper part. Thanks to this configuration of the flap, the upper part of the flap can be folded over the lower part of the flap, the presence of the second temporary adhesive means making it possible to temporarily hold the upper part folded over the lower part and, thus, over the entrance of the conduit, before use. By temporary adhesive means is meant the fact that the upper part of the flap can be disengaged from the lower part of the flap, after it has been put in place, without any deterioration of said upper and lower parts.
According to one embodiment of the pocket, the outer pocket is made of a material chosen from polyolefins and the inner pocket is also made of a material chosen from polyolefins. This will make it easier to recycle the pouch after use.
According to one embodiment, the cover comprises on its front upper part anti-fraud detection means which cooperate with the first adhesive means in the folded-down position of the flap. This allows you to see whether the pouch has been opened or not before it is delivered to the recipient. Of course, it is possible to envisage variants of covers without such detection means.
According to a first embodiment of the pocket, the internal pocket comprises a lower edge which is floating vis-à-vis the external pocket. According to a second embodiment of the pocket, the internal pocket comprises a lower edge which is fixed to an internal wall of the external pocket. This second embodiment has the advantage, compared to the first embodiment, of totally immobilizing the article in the inflated chamber.
According to one embodiment of the pouch, the latter comprises a rigid blowing tube partially incorporated into the duct for inflating the chamber, said tube being removable. This rigid tube makes it possible to inflate the chamber by simply blowing into said tube, without the need for additional inflation means of the compressor type. Once the chamber is inflated, the tube is extracted, the extraction of the tube not only allows the pipe to collapse at least partially under the pressure in said chamber, and above all the formation of at least one fold on this pipe guaranteeing its filling. In the presence of a flap, as mentioned above, the sealing of the duct is reinforced by the positioning of the flap in its folded down position. Since the tube is not pushed down the full length of the duct, the end of the duct remains free from the end of the tube, allowing the outlet of the duct to collapse under the effect of the pressure in the chamber when the sender stops blowing into the tube and during the extraction of said tube, thus avoiding deflation of the chamber. The tube can be prepositioned in the conduit; on the contrary, it is possible to provide for inserting the tube at the time of use of the pouch.
According to one embodiment, for the duct width ranges defined above, the diameter of the rigid tube is between three and fifteen millimeters (3 mm and 15 mm), preferably between eight and eleven millimeters (8 mm and 11 mm), preferably equal to nine millimeters (9 mm). Thus, the diameter of the rigid tube is related to the flat width of the duct, which prevents the air blown from escaping on the sides of the duct during inflation of the chamber and properly maintains the rigid tube when it is prepositioned in the duct before using the pocket.
In addition, the length of the rigid tube is between half and two-thirds of the length of the pouch. This allows the rigid tube to be pushed far enough into the duct so that air can easily enter the chamber during inflation by blowing normally into the rigid tube with the mouth.
According to one embodiment, in the presence of the flap comprising an upper part and a lower part in which the entrance to the duct is located and second temporary adhesive means are arranged on the upper part, the rigid tube is prepositioned in the duct, before use . Thus, when the rigid tube is prepositioned in the conduit before use of the pouch, only the end of said tube protruding slightly from the entrance to said conduit, the upper part of the flap can be folded over the end of the rigid tube with the second adhesive means which ensures a temporary holding folded down of said upper part on the lower part of the flap, which protects the end of the rigid tube against dirt, before use.

The diameter of the

The arrangement of the
