Claims (16)

  1. Profilé (1) pour un vitrage, par exemple un vitrage fixe, une façade entièrement vitrée ou un vitrage de fenêtre, de porte coulissante et ou isolant, comprenant
    - un élément de profilé intérieur (2),
    - un élément de profilé extérieur (3) ainsi que
    - une pièce de remplissage en matière plastique (4) qui s'étend entre l'élément de profilé intérieur (2) et l'élément de profilé extérieur (3) dans le sens de la largeur du profilé (1),
    dans lequel l'élément de profilé intérieur (2) et l'élément de profilé extérieur (3) présentent chacun deux saillies (5) écartées l'une de l'autre dans le sens de la hauteur du profilé, de sorte que le segment de la hauteur du profilé (1) situé entre les saillies (5) forme un volume de logement, et dans lequel la pièce de remplissage en matière plastique (4) est assemblée avec les saillies (5), à savoir de préférence collée ou pressée,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la pièce de remplissage en matière plastique (4) remplit complètement le volume de logement sur toute la longueur du profilé (1)
    et en ce que le profilé (1) ne possède pas de compartiments dans lesquels de l'air pourrait s'accumuler et de la condensation se former aux températures adéquates.
  2. Profilé (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de remplissage en matière plastique (4) est faite d'un polystyrène expansé.
  3. Profilé (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le polystyrène expansé présente une masse volumique comprise entre 100 et 400 kg/m3.
  4. Profilé (1) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le polystyrène expansé présente une conductibilité thermique comprise entre 0,035 et 0,046 W/mK, de préférence de 0,0459 W/mK.
  5. Profilé (1) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de remplissage en matière plastique (4) est faite de COMPACFOAM® CF200.
  6. Profilé (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de profilé intérieur (2) et l'élément de profilé extérieur (3) sont faits d'aluminium ou d'un alliage d'aluminium.
  7. Profilé (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de profilé intérieur (2) et/ou l'élément de profilé extérieur (3) sont anodisés.
  8. Profilé (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de profilé intérieur (2) et/ou l'élément de profilé extérieur (3) comprennent une partie de profilé de base comportant les saillies (5) ainsi qu'une partie de profilé emboîtée (6) assemblée de façon amovible avec la partie de profilé de base.
  9. Profilé (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un segment de hauteur du profilé (1) disposé au-dessus du volume de logement dans le sens de la hauteur du profilé (1), de préférence faisant suite au volume de logement, présente une zone d'appui de vitre (7) destinée à recevoir au moins un appui de vitre (9), laquelle zone d'appui de vitre (7) est fermée latéralement par l'élément de profilé intérieur (2) et l'élément de profilé extérieur (3).
  10. Profilé (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une zone d'assemblage (8) est prévue pour l'assemblage du profilé (1) avec d'autres éléments de construction et/ou pour l'appui du profilé (1) sur un support, laquelle zone d'assemblage (8) est formée par un segment de hauteur du profilé (1) situé avant le volume de logement dans le sens de la hauteur du profilé (1) et fermé latéralement par l'élément de profilé intérieur (2) et l'élément de profilé extérieur (3).
  11. Profilé (1) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une rainure (13), de préférence deux rainures (13) parallèles, courant dans le sens de la longueur du profilé (1), sont prévues dans la zone d'assemblage (8) pour recevoir des éléments d'assemblage, l'élément de profilé intérieur (2) formant une paroi de rainure intérieure et/ou l'élément de profilé extérieur (3) une paroi de rainure extérieure d'une rainure.
  12. Vitrage comprenant une vitre (11) en verre ou en verre feuilleté et au moins un profilé (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que des appuis de vitre (9) et au moins une bande expansible (10) remplissent complètement la zone d'appui de vitre (7) du profilé (1) sur toute la longueur du profilé (1).
  13. Vitrage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la vitre (11) en verre ou verre feuilleté (11) est supportée sur deux appuis de vitre (9), un joint intérieur entre l'élément de profilé intérieur (2) et la vitre (11) en verre ou verre feuilleté et un joint extérieur entre l'élément de profilé extérieur (3) et la vitre (11) en verre ou verre feuilleté (11) étant rendus étanches au moyen d'un vitrage scellé par voie humide (12).
  14. Vitrage selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que les appuis de vitre (9) sont faits d'un polystyrène expansé, de préférence de COMPACFOAM® CF300, la solidité des appuis de vitre (9) étant plus grande que la solidité de la pièce de remplissage en matière plastique (4).
  15. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un vitrage comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes :
    - préparation d'un profilé (1) selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11 ;
    - au besoin, retrait d'au moins une partie de profilé emboîtée (6) du profilé (1) si la partie de profilé emboîtée (6) est déjà assemblée avec la partie de profilé de base en question ;
    - insertion de deux appuis de vitre (9) et d'une bande expansible (10) dans la zone d'appui de vitre (7) du profilé (1) ;
    - pose d'une vitre (11) en verre ou verre feuilleté sur les appuis de vitre (9), en intercalant éventuellement une bande de butyle ;
    - insertion de la partie de profilé emboîtée (6) dans la partie de profilé de base du profilé (1) pour fermer le profilé (1).
  16. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un vitrage comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes :
    - préparation d'un premier profilé (1) selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11 et d'au moins un autre profilé (1) selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11 faisant face au premier profilé (1) ;
    - au besoin, retrait de la partie de profilé emboîtée (6) du premier profilé (1) et de l'autre profilé (1) si la partie de profilé emboîtée (6) est déjà assemblée avec la partie de profilé de base en question ;
    - insertion de deux appuis de vitre (9) et d'une bande expansible (10) dans la zone d'appui de vitre (7) du premier profilé (1) ;
    - pose d'une vitre (11) en verre ou verre feuilleté sur les appuis de vitre (9), en intercalant éventuellement une bande de butyle, de telle manière que la vitre (11) en verre ou en verre feuilleté soit disposée entre le premier profilé (1) et l'autre profilé (1) ;
    - insertion d'une bande expansible (10) dans la zone d'appui de vitre (7) de l'autre profilé (1) ;
    - insertion de la partie de profilé emboîtée (6) dans le premier profilé (1) et dans l'autre profilé (1) pour fermer les profilés (1).
