Claims (15)

  1. Élément de sécurité (10), de préférence sous la forme d'un feuillard de film (10c), d'un filament de film (10a, 10b) d'un patch de film (10d), pourvu d'un code lisible par machine, caractérisé en ce que
    le code lisible par machine est un codage magnétique qui est créé par technique d'impression à l'aide d'au moins deux encres magnétiques (Ml, M2, M3) opaques, qui contiennent chacune différents pigments magnétiques, qui se distinguent au niveau de leur coloration et / ou de leurs propriétés magnétiques et qui sont intégrées dans ou appliquées sur des zones codées (C1, C2, C3) définies de l'élément de sécurité (10),
    les encres magnétiques (M1, M2, M3) intégrées dans ou appliquées sur les zones codées (C1, C2, C3) mettant à disposition au moins une partie d'une caractéristique de sécurité visuellement perceptible en vue en élévation sur l'élément de sécurité (10).
  2. Élément de sécurité (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les au moins deux encres magnétiques (Ml, M2, M3) correspondent à la même couleur et se distinguent au niveau de leurs propriétés magnétiques, notamment au niveau de leur coercivité.
  3. Élément de sécurité (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les au moins deux encres magnétiques (Ml, M2, M3) correspondent à différentes couleurs et ne se distinguent pas au niveau de leur propriétés magnétiques, notamment de leur coercivité.
  4. Élément de sécurité (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la caractéristique de sécurité visuelle est une caractéristique de sécurité optiquement variable, laquelle présente une apparence visuelle dépendant de l'angle d'observation, laquelle est déterminée au moins en partie par au moins l'une des encres magnétiques (M1, M2, M3) intégrées ou appliquées.
  5. Élément de sécurité (10) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la caractéristique de sécurité optiquement variable comprend une structure en relief (11) micro-optique, notamment un réseau de microlentilles, au moins l'une des encres magnétiques (Ml, M2, M3) intégrées dans ou appliquées sur des zones codées (C1, C2, C3) étant recouverte par la structure en relief (11) micro-optique.
  6. Élément de sécurité (10) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la caractéristique de sécurité optiquement variable comprend un Moiré-Magnifier.
  7. Élément de sécurité (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les au moins deux encres magnétiques (M1, M2, M3) sont incorporées dans des microcavités (17), qui sont gaufrées dans une couche formatrice d'image (13) transparente ou translucide de l'élément de sécurité (10).
  8. Élément de sécurité (10) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les pigments magnétiques des encres magnétiques (Ml, M2, M3) incorporées dans les microcavités présentent un diamètre de moins de 2 µm.
  9. Élément de sécurité (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une couche de couverture (19) opaque de l'élément de sécurité est imprimée à pleine surface au moins par endroits avec les au moins deux encres magnétiques (Ml, M2, M3) ou est constituée en tant que couche colorée en au moins l'une des encres magnétiques (M1, M2, M3).
  10. Élément de sécurité (10) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les pigments magnétiques des au moins deux encres magnétiques (Ml, M2, M3), à l'aide desquelles la couche de couverture (19) opaque est imprimée ou au moyen desquelles la couche de couverture (19) opaque est constituée, présentent un diamètre compris entre 2 µm et 10 µm, de préférence entre 3 µm et 5 µm.
  11. Élément de sécurité (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pigments magnétiques des au moins deux encres magnétiques (Ml, M2, M3) comprennent un noyau magnétisé ou magnétisable, qui est enveloppé d'un colorant opaque, lequel contient de préférence de l'argent ou un composé d'argent.
  12. Élément de sécurité (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des encres magnétiques (Ml, M2) est intégrée dans ou appliquée sur l'une des zones codées (C1, C2) en épaisseur de couche variable.
  13. Élément de sécurité (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux des zones codées (C1, C2, C3), dans ou sur lesquelles les deux encres magnétiques (Ml, M2, M3) sont intégrées ou appliquées, sont conçues, vues en élévation sous la forme de zones écartées l'une de l'autre et / ou de zones se chevauchant, vues en élévation.
  14. Document de valeur (100), pourvu d'au moins un élément de sécurité (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  15. Procédé, destiné à fabriquer un élément de sécurité (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le codage magnétique est créé par technique d'impression en ce que les encres magnétiques (Ml, M2, M3) opaques, contenant au moins deux pigments magnétiques chaque fois différents sont intégrées dans ou appliquées sur des zones codées (C1, C2, C3) définies de l'élément de sécurité (10), de telle manière qu'elles mettent à disposition au moins une partie d'une caractéristique visuelle de l'élément de sécurité (10).
