This causes the entire speed-regulating screw to axially shift its position, thereby changing the position of the needle rod portion inserted in the speed-regulating valve hole in the functional shaft, and consequently altering the gap between the needle rod portion and the speed-regulating valve hole. The varying diameter of the needle rod portion means that the cross-sectional size of the segments at different positions of the needle rod portion is set according to needs. When the needle rod portion extends into the depths at different positions of the speed-regulating valve hole, the gap between the needle rod portion and the speed-regulating valve hole also changes accordingly. This in turn alters the flow rate of the hydraulic oil in the functional shaft from a pressurized oil chamber to an oil storage chamber, thereby adjusting the axial movement speed of the piston when the hinge closes, which is equivalent to achieving the closing speed adjustment of the hinge. This allows the adjustment of the closing speed of the hinge with a tool from the end face direction of the hinge after the hinge is installed, thereby solving the problem of the current hydraulic dampening hidden hinges available on the market where the closing speed cannot be adjusted after installation. This facilitates installation and adjustment, saves labor, financial resources and time, and meets the needs of modern social life.
  • Second Embodiment:

    The driving member 4 as a whole is in a shape of a flat strip, including a handle portion 405 and a column body provided with an engaging portion 401, and the engaging portion 401 is teeth-shaped.
  • Furthermore, the longitudinal channel 201 passes through the plate at one end of the housing 1, and the transverse channel 202 passes through the plate at the same one end of the housing 1.
  • In the present embodiment, in addition to the principle being substantially the same as that of the first embodiment and the effect being substantially the same, it has advantages over the first embodiment in that the driving member is easier to manufacture and does not require another tool for turning the driving member, thus making it more convenient to use.
  • The user inserts the column body of the driving member into the longitudinal channel 201, causing the engaging portion 401 to engage with the first teeth 302 on the speed-regulating screw. As the column body moves downwards, it drives the speed-regulating screw to rotate, and causes the entire speed-regulating screw to shift its position axially, changing the extent to which it extends into the speed-regulating valve hole, and thereby altering the flow rate of the hydraulic oil and achieving regulation of the closing speed of the hinge. When the column body is pushed all the way in and can no longer advance, the column body is turned as shown in FIG. 10, causing its engaging portion 401 to disengage from the first teeth 302 of the speed-regulating screw, and the column body can then be pulled out. When it is necessary to rotate the speed-regulating screw in the other direction, the user inserts the column body - with its engaging portion oriented in the same axial direction as the functional shaft of the hinge - into the bottom of the housing. By turning the driving member, its engaging portion engages with the first teeth of the speed-regulating screw, and then by pulling it outwards, the speed-regulating screw can be rotated in the other direction. By pushing in or pulling out the column body, the forward and reverse rotation of the speed-regulating screw can be achieved, thus enabling the adjustability of the axial movement of the speed-regulating screw.
  • In the above embodiment, the needle rod portion 301 of the speed-regulating screw 3, the middle section of the speed-regulating screw and the driving portion are separate parts. The purpose is to facilitate production, and different materials can be used for each part to make it more durable and improve quality.

Claims (7)

  1. A hidden hinge, characterized in that comprising
    a functional shaft (1),
    a housing (2) for holding the functional shaft (1), and
    a speed-regulating screw (3) for adjusting a flow speed of a hydraulic oil in the functional shaft (1),
    wherein a longitudinal channel (201) perpendicular to an axial direction of the functional shaft (1) is provided on a plate at one end of the housing (2),
    wherein a transverse channel (202) is disposed on a sidewall at the same one end of the housing in a direction consistent with the axial direction of the functional shaft (1), the transverse channel (202) and the longitudinal channel (201) are in communication with each other in a staggered manner,
    wherein one end of the speed-regulating screw (3) is a needle rod portion (301) in a shape with a varying diameter, another end of the speed-regulating screw (3) is a driving portion having a cylindrical body provided with first teeth (302),
    wherein a middle section of the speed-regulating screw is provided with a thread (303) engaging with a first thread (101) on an inner wall of a lower cover of the functional shaft (1),
    wherein the needle rod portion (301) extends into a speed-regulating valve hole (102) on a piston in the functional shaft (1), the driving portion is provided outside the functional shaft (1) and extends into the transverse channel (202) on the housing (2),
    wherein the longitudinal channel (201) is used for insertion of a driving member (4), the driving member (4) is provided with an engaging portion (401) engaged with the first teeth (302).
  2. The hidden hinge as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the needle rod portion (301) of the speed-regulating screw (3), the middle section of the speed-regulating screw and the driving portion are separate parts.
  3. The hidden hinge as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the driving member (4) as a whole is in a shape of a circular column, including an upper end portion provided with a recess (402) and a middle section column body provided with the engaging portion (401), the engaging portion (401) is in the form of a thread.
  4. The hidden hinge as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that a lower section of the driving member (4) is a lower section column body with a diameter smaller than a diameter of the middle column body, a step surface (403) is formed between the middle section column body and the lower section column body, the lower section column body is configured to pass through the longitudinal channel (201) and protrude from a lower bottom surface of the housing (2), a protruding portion is fitted with a gasket (404).
  5. The hidden hinge as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the transverse channel (202) passes through the sidewall at the same one end of the housing (1).
  6. The hidden hinge as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the driving member (4) as a whole is in a shape of a flat strip, including a handle portion (405) and a column body provided with the engaging portion (401), the engaging portion (401) is teeth-shaped.
  7. The hidden hinge as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the longitudinal channel (201) passes through the plate at the one end of the housing (1), the transverse channel ((202)) passes through the plate at the same one end of the housing (1).
