Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et des dispositifs manuels, automatisés et de masse, pour améliorer l'effet de désinfection par lumière UV (à une longueur d'onde UV de 200 nm à 340 nm) d'une lumière UV transmise sur ou dans des êtres humains et des dispositifs par au moins l'une des étapes consistant à : a) augmenter une puissance de sortie régulable d'un dispositif émetteur d'UV, comprenant l'utilisation de lasers UV haute puissance ou le placement direct de sources de lumière UV, b) augmenter l'efficacité de l'effet de désinfection UV avec le placement du dispositif émetteur d'UV comprenant l'utilisation de fibres émettrices latérales avec une sortie uniforme et un placement distant dirigé sur des sites chirurgicaux, des dispositifs portatifs de type otoscope dirigeant la lumière UV dans des orifices infectés, une rupture de biofilm, un marquage fluorescent d'agents pathogènes et c) la fourniture de protocoles pour diverses applications d'éradication d'agents pathogènes améliorées comprenant le dégagement de tissu pour augmenter la profondeur de pénétration, l'utilisation d'aiguilles d'aspiration pour un accès à des agents pathogènes, une désinfection de site pour augmenter la rémission de cancer et une désinfection in situ d'implant.
