PARA MEJORAR SUS PROPIEDADES SE AÑADEN OTROS INGREDIENTES TALES COMO SULFATOS, FOSFATOS Y/O CARBONATOS NO REACTIVOS DE NA+, K+, MG2+, CA2+ Y/O ZN2+. UNA CARACTERISTICA ESPECIAL DE ESTE CEMENTO EN APLICACIONES DENTALES ES QUE PROMUEVE EL SELLADO DE LOS TUBULOS DE LA DENTINA AL INDUCIR LA PRECIPITACION DE FOSFATOS DE CALCIO EN SU INTERIOR.
