Abstract

Cabezal con plato excéntrico para el rectificado de cigüeñales. El cabezal (1) comprende un husillo (2) motriz y un plato excéntrico (5) con él, y está provisto de un cambio de fase (25) automático, gracias a un servomotor (16) accionado por CNC. El cigüeñal (6) sujetado por sus apoyos (6a) rota solidariamente con el husillo (2) durante el rectificado de las muñequillas (6b), las cuales se sitúan en el eje (2a) de rotación. El plato excéntrico (5) se acopla con un plato complemento (4) el cual es desplazable verticalmente respecto al husillo (2), y los medios de acoplamiento del plato (5) excéntrico para el cambio de cambio de fase con un par de anillos dentados (26, 27) con fina división, separables mediante un pistón (29) hidráulico. El giro (25) del cambio de fase es conferido al plato (5) a través de un eje interno (15) alojado en el husillo (2).
