NECROPHORUM Y LA POSTERIOR PRODUCCION DE UNA VACUNA DE LEUCOTOXOIDES INACTIVADOS PARA ANIMALES RUMIANTES CONTRA LA INFECCION PROVOCADA POR EL F. NECROPHORUM Y LOS CONSIGUIENTES ABSCESOS DEL HIGADO Y/O COMALIA DEL PIE EN TALES ANIMALES. EL METODO CONSISTE EN FORMAR UN CULTIVO DE BACTERIAS DE F. NECROPHORUM EN UN MEDIO DE CULTIVO, DEJAR QUE LAS BACTERIAS CREZCAN EN EL Y ELABORAR SIMULTANEAMENTE UNA LEUCOTOXINA EN UN SOBRENADANTE; EL CULTIVO SE LLEVA A CABO PREFERENTEMENTE A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 35 A 41 (GRADOS) C APROXIMADAMENTE, A UN PH DE 6,5 A 8 APROXIMADAMENTE Y DURANTE UN PERIODO DE TIEMPO DE 4 A 9 HORAS APROXIMADAMENTE. AL FINAL DEL CULTIVO, SE TERMINA CON EL CULTIVO BACTERIANO Y CON LA ELABORACION DE LA LEUCOTOXINA, PREFERENTEMENTE SEPARANDO EL SOBRENADANTE DE LEUCOTOXINA, TRAS LO CUAL SE PRODUCE LA VACUNA MEDIANTE LA INACTIVACION DE LAS MENOS EL SOBRENADANTE.
